The ball clamp system allows
unrestricted angle adjustment

The MDS-9 drum stand used in the V-Tour series employs a ball
clamp system for tilting snare drums and cymbals. Because it
enables free rotation and fine adjustment in any direction, you can
quickly set any angle you desire.
