SYMPTOM

From the beginning of the mass-production of E-700, a parallel cable was included in the
carton by mistake.

The following table shows the cut-in serial number for correct production without the
parallel cable.

SOLUTION

If a parallel cable is included, discard it. (This cable cannot be used for system installation
or printing. E-700 does not support a parallel interface.)
