Remington
20 velvety soft rollers with heated clips
Dual Heating Technology
Heated Clips allow heat to penetrate the hair from the outside as well as from the roller
on the inside. Maximum heat transfer onto the hair sets the curls faster and holds them
longer; creating curls in 5 minutes versus 20 minutes with ordinary setters.
Ceramic Protection
Emits far-infrared, radiant heat to help dry water molecules inside the hair strand. This fast and
efficient process helps prevent heat damage to the outer cuticle for less frizz and more shine.
Ionic Conditioning
Negative Ions neutralize positive ions that cause static and frizz, giving hair a more
healthy-looking shine.

Remington® Heated Clip Setter
■
Close lid and plug in unit. Turn the power switch to the "On" position.
■Roller will be ready in 90 seconds.
For a soft, wavy curl, use the rollers for only a couple of minutes.
■
For a tighter curl, leave the rollers in the hair for 5-10 minutes.
1. Get Ready
Before setting, hair should be dry or only slightly damp, never
wet. Section hair and comb it smooth. Roll hair as usual in the
direction of desired style. To secure each roller place the clip
crosswise over the rollers.
2. Get Set
Continue until your entire head is set. The time the rollers are left in the
hair affects the tightness of the curl. The shorter the time, the softer the
curl. Rollers will remain actively curling for approximately 15 minutes.
3. Go!
To release secured roller, remove each clip and roller gently. Unwind,
never pull. Let each new curl spring back into position and cool for a
moment. Then brush out hair and style. Spritz hair for extra hold.
Roller Placement:
To maximize roller temperatures, place the larger rollers on the
front three rails and the medium rollers on the back two rails.
Operating Instructions
1. These heated rollers are designed to work on ordinary household current only
(120 volts, 60 cycles AC). They are not intended for commercial use.
2. Plug cord into outlet, leaving lid closed. When unit is heated, follow “How To
Use” section. Unplug unit after use.
3.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a
safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician to install a polarized outlet. Never try to defeat this safety feature.
4. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify this appliance.
BE ADVISED THAT THE END RINGS OF THE ROLLERS AND THE CLIPS MAY BE
WARMER THAT OTHER ROLLERS DUE TO THE UNIQUE DUAL HEATING TECHNOLOGY.
CAUTION: DO NOT TOUCH THE METAL RAILS THAT HEAT THE ROLLERS. THE
RAILS BECOME VERY HOT WHEN HEATING. DO NOT TOUCH THE INSIDE OF
THE CLIPS, AS THEY ALSO BECOME HOT WHEN HEATING.
Maintenance Instructions
1. Clean unit with damp cloth only. No other maintenance is required.
2. Rollers may be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent or soap.
3. Store appliance and cord where they will not be damaged.
4. Do not wrap cord around hairsetter.
5. Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself; return it to Remington
