INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

KIT 8018 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

For installing Cornelius IAC/IWC 330, 530, 630, 830, 1030, and 1230 series Icemakers on Remcor Model TJ300
series Dispensers.

1. Seal icemaker to dispenser top cover as follows:
A. Locate outline of icemaker on dispenser cover as shown in attached sketch.

B. Apply a bead of RTV around the inside of the icemaker outline on the cover.
C. Position the icemaker on the dispenser cover.
D. Wipe away any excess RTV immediately.

2. Secure icemaker to dispenser. Using the mounting brackets as templates, locate and drill holes in the ice­maker cabinet for the #10 sheet--metal screws provided in the Kit. Drilling must not interfere with icemaker
components.

3. Follow the icemaker manufacturer’s instructions to complete the installation of the icemaker.
