series ice makers on REMCORâ Model TJ150 series Ice Dispensers: (Use page 2 for reference).

1. Seal cover to dispenser as follows:
A. Unpack new cover assembly and run a bead of RTV on the hopper flange.

B. Set cover onto dispenser. Be careful not to disrupt dispenser cabinet labels, if present.
C. Wipe excess RTV away immediately.
D. Cover must be sealed completely to dispenser hopper. Seal any gaps between cover and hopper.

2. Seal ice maker to dispenser cover.
A. Locate outline of icemaker on dispense cover as shown.

B. Run a bead of RTV on the dispenser cover around the outline of the ice maker frame sides and rear.
C. Set ice maker onto cover.
D. Wipe excess RTV away immediately.

3. Secure ice maker to dispenser with mounting brackets provided. Drilling must not interfere with ice maker
components.

4. Install adhesive backed gasket strip to removable lid.

5. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to complete the installation of the ice maker. Check that there is no
interference between agitator and bin thermostat control bracket.

APPLY rtv ALONG HOPPER FLANGES AND FLANGE
OF ICE RAMP FOR PROPER SEAL. COMPLETE
COVER MUST BE SEALED TO HOPPER.

ICEMAKER TO BE FLUSH

WITH BACK EDGE OF COVER.

APPLY RTV AROUND INSIDE OF ICE-

MAKER OUTLINE ON DISPENSER
COVER TO FORM A SEAL. (SIDES

AND REAR)

REMOVE SCREWS AND TURN

BRACKETS AROUND180_.

REPLACE SCREWS. USING

BRACKET AS TEMPLATE,
DRILL (4) .136 DIA. HOLES
INTO ICEMAKER CABINET
FOR SCREWS PROVIDED.

DRILLING IS NOT TO

INTERFERE WITH ICEMAKER

COMPONENTS.

REMOVABLE FRONT

LID FOR MANUAL ICE

FILLING.

ADD INSULATION STRIP TO
