installing your iZi Up.

Incorrect installation could endanger

your child.

Safety and convenience

As you and we know, safety comes fi rst when children are
involved. For that reason the iZi Up complies to the highest
safety requirements.

The shoulder belt guides and backrest will move to the
correct height and width automatically and simultaniously
when adjusting the head rest.

The iZi Up can be placed in the sleeping position, by a
simple movement. Because of the optimally engineered
belt guide system, full safety is guaranteed.

In order to maintain safety, moving upright when the child
is seated is prohibited, unless your child gets up and
takes his or her seat once more.

Montaggio del rivestimento

Per il montaggio seguire le istruzioni precedenti ma in ordine
inverso. Iniziare con il rivestimento del sedile.

Il rivestimento dell’ iZi Up può essere lavato con un
programma per lana a 30° con un detersivo delicato. Non
asciugare in asciugatrice – asciugare solo all’aria.

Pulizia del seggiolino iZi Up

Lavare a mano con acqua e sapone delicato. Evitare
di utilizzare detersivi aggressivi o sostanze chimiche.
Potrebbero danneggiare i materiali del seggiolino.

Dopo un incidente

Dopo un incidente occorre sostituire il seggiolino e la
cintura a tre punti dell’automobile. Anche se possono
sembrare integri si rischia in caso di un altro incidente che
il seggiolino e le cinture di sicurezza dell’automobile non
proteggano il vostro bambino nel modo corretto.

seggiolino.Non utilizzare mail il seggiolino iZi Up senza il
rivestimento originale.

Rimuovere il rivestimento

Fare attenzione all’ordine nel momento di rimuovere il
rivestimento poiché il montaggio si eseguirà in ordine
inverso. Il seggiolino iZi Up è composto da tre rivestimenti
separati: il rivestimento per il poggiatesta, il rivestimento
per lo schienale e il rivestimento per il sedile.

Rimuovere il rivestimento dallo schienale dall’ iZi Up:

The cover is a safety feature. Never use the iZi Up

without it.

Removing the cover

Pay attention when removing the cover, refi tting is done in
reverse order. The upholstery of the iZi Up consists of 3
separate cover parts; the head rest cover, the back rest
cover and the seat cover.

Removing the back rest cover from the iZi Up:

Washing instructions

The cover of the iZi Up should be washed in accordance

with the instructions (on the inside of the cover).

Cleaning the iZi Up

Do not use any agressive cleaning products; these may
harm the construction material of the iZi Up. Clean by
hand with water and mild soap.

After an accident

After an accident, the iZi Up and your car seat belts should
be replaced. Although they may look undamaged, if you
were to have another accident, the iZi Up and your car seat
belts may not be able to protect your child as well as they
should.

All BeSafe products are carefully designed, manufactured
and tested. All BeSafe child safety seats are tested
periodically out of our continuous production in our test
laboratory. Furthermore they are tested by independent
test institutes.

Should this product prove faulty within 24 months of
purchase due to materials or manufacturing fault, except
covers, please return it to the original place of purchase.

The guarantee is only valid when you use your seat
appropriately and with care. Please contact your
dealer, he will decide if the seat will be returned to the
manufacturer for repair. Replacement or return cannot be
claimed. The guarantee does not get extended through
repair.

The guarantee expires:

- When there is no receipt.

- When defects are caused by wrong and improper use.

- When defects are caused by abuse, misuse or
negligence.

Make sure the 3-point-belt is tightened fi rmly, in order

DO NOT use anything, such as a cushion or coat, to raise

­the iZi Up off the passenger seat. In an accident the iZi
Up and the car seatbelts will not be able to protect your
child as well as they should.

All passengers should be fastened by a safety belt.
