Ramsey W9GR User Manual

W9GR-DSPII Errata:
Your W9GR kit has had a modification made to it to allow the kit to fit properly in the matching case.
Two places were cut out on the front of the PC board making it necessary for you to solder in a wire jumper to connect the ground trace that was cut. The easiest place to do this is on the left front of the PC board next to S1. You will note the ground trace running around the top side of the board to the point where it was cut out (under each of the two pushbutton switches). Next to S1, on the left side of the board when the front panel controls are facing you, is a set of 6 holes labeled “S4”, and the ground trace runs to a plated through hole at that point. You need to run the included insulated wire jumper on the solder side of the board from that hole to the ground pin on S3. This is the rightmost pin when you’re looking at the front of the unit. The W9GR-DSP kit will not operate properly without this jumper. We’re sorry for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy your new kit. And once again, thanks from the folks at Ramsey!
