Check if the water drops on the worktop are not the result of placing or removing the water reservoir or removing used coffee pods. Make sure that you do not remove the water reservoir when the coffee machine is heating up. This may cause water that normally ends up in the water reservoir to leak out of the machine.
In all other cases, contact the Philips Consumer Care Centre in your country.
Cleaning Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive
liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the appliance.
CALC
Descaling Descale your SENSEO® coffee machine at least every 3 months.
Use Senseo descaler (HD7012, HD7011) only. The descaling procedure consists of 2 descaling and 2 ushing cycles. Press the 2-cup button to descale or ush and repeat this until the water reservoir is empty. Replace the used coffee pod for another used coffee pod after the rst descaling
cycle. Do not interrupt the descaling procedure. For more information on why it is important to descale, when to descale and how to descale or which descaler to use, visit our website at www.philips.com/descale-senseo.
