A6: Yes, many conditions such as using a TRACKING control and ensuring that heads are clean have to be me. If these conditions aren’t suffice, you might want to try a different option such as head cleaning.

A7: You can’t. In order to efficiently charge, the device’s switch first needs to be turned off. Otherwise the Charger will stop working.
