6.0 megapixels, a 2.0” TFT screen, 3x

optical and 4x digital zoom the Optio 60

will surely make you smile.

All the buttons and controls on the com-

pact housing of the Optio 60 are so well

thought-out that their functions and the

menu selec tions are pur e logic. In the

Auto Mode you only need to press the

shutter r elease – exposure, focus and

flash are all c ontrolled by the camera.

Alternatvely you can make the decisions

yourself. Choose one of the Picture Mo-

des or either, Aperture Priority or Shutter

Priority. With the Macro Mode close-ups

are possible from only 5cm.

Sometimes a still photo is not enough – then record
a video, without interruption, until the SD memory
card is full. The Optio 60 is also usable as a web
cam*, making it a true all-rounder.

The Optio 60 weighs a mere 150g and combines very easy use with

state-of-the-art technology. The 3x optical zoom corresponds to the

focal length of 36 – 108mm on a conventional 35mm camera, bringing

you that much closer to the scene – right where the action is. Your

images can immediately be reviewed in brilliant quality on the 130K

pixel 2.0” TFT screen.

Since the Optio 60 can operate with simple AA batteries you can cap-

ture your photos and videos anywhere and at any time. That’s because

the Optio 60 is extremely power-economic and draws little current.

Your images can be transferred in the blink of an eye to your com-

puter via USB cable – or to a PictBridge compatible printer. Nothing

should stand in the way of fun at your next photo evening.
