dalla nascita, fino a 13 kg di peso; carrello Book Plus
+ navicella "Navetta" (gruppo 0) è omologato per
bambini dalla nascita, fino a 9 kg di peso, carrello Book
Plus + seggiolino Switch è omologato per bambini
dalla nascita, fino a 15 kg di peso nella seduta.

_ Questo articolo è stato progettato per essere usato in

combinazione con i prodotti Peg Perego Ganciomatic:

parapioggia non interferisca con nessun meccanismo
in movimento del carrello o passeggino; togliere
sempre il parapioggia prima di chiudere il vostro
carrello o passeggino.

_ Non utilizzare le maniglie di sgancio per trasportare o

alzare il passeggino con dentro il bambino.

_ ATTENZIONE Questo articolo non è adatto per il

jogging o la corsa coi pattini.

_ Azionare sempre il freno durante le operazioni di

carico e scarico del bambino.

COMPONENTI DELL'ARTICOLO

_ Carrello Book Plus: cestello; 2 ruote posteriori con

ingranaggio freno, barra ruote posteriori e portabibite.

ISTRUZIONI D'USO

1 APERTURA: prima di aprire il carrello, sganciare le leve

da entrambi i lati (fig_a), impugnare il maniglione
e ruotarlo verso di se per aprire il carrello (fig_b).
Carrello aperto (fig_c). La corretta apertura è data dal
click, corrispondente all'aggangio della base, vedere
figura. ATTENZIONE: quando il seggiolino è applicato,
premere sullo stesso per garantire il corretto aggancio
della base.

2 MONTAGGIO RUOTE: infilare la barra ruote posteriori

sui montanti (fig_a) prestando attenzione al verso
corretto, infine agganciare le ruote posteriori (fig_b)
fino al click.

3 MONTAGGIO CESTELLO: premere i pulsanti sottostanti

al tubo cestello (fig_a) ed estrarlo (fig_b). Infilare
il tubo nel tessuto del cestello facendo attenzione
che le molle siano rivolte verso il basso (fig_c) e
riagganciarlo alla sede fino al click. Agganciare il
cestello anteriormente ai due bottoni (fig_d) e

4 posteriormente infilare l'asola superiore dall’ alto

verso il basso (fig_e) e quella inferiore dall’ interno
verso l’esterno (fig_f) ai bottoni come in figura.

5 RUOTE ANTERIORI FISSE O PIROETTANTI: alzare le leve

per rendere le ruote fisse (fig_a), abbasssare le leve per
rendere le ruote piroettanti (fig_b). Su terreni difficili si
consiglia l'uso di ruote fisse.

6 FRENO: premere la leva freno per bloccare il telaio. Per

sbloccare il telaio, agire in senso contrario.

7 MANIGLIONE REGOLABILE: per regolare l’altezza del

maniglione, premere simultaneamente i pulsanti
laterali (fig_a) e ruotare il maniglione nella posizione
desiderata (fig_b), rilasciare i punsanti.

8 PORTABIBITE: agganciare energeticamente il

portabibite al perno (fig_a) . Il porta-bibite é
applicabile su entrambi i lati del carrello.

9 CHIUSURA: la chiusura può essere effettuata senza

seggiolino, con seggiolino rivolto verso la mamma
(reclinando, prima di chiudere, lo schienale) o verso la strada.

Per chiudere il carrello è preferibile rendere le ruote

anteriori fisse e chiudere la capottina se applicata.

Posizionare il maniglione come in figura (fig_a) e

alzare le leve poste sui due montanti laterali (fig_b).
Tirare la maniglia interna posta sulla base (fig_c)
e, mantenendo la stessa presa, sollevarla (fig_d) e
ruotare in avanti il maniglione fino alla chiusura.

10 Una volta chiuso il carrello, assicurarsi che sia

agganciato lateralmente, da entrambi i lati, (fig_d) in
caso contrario, agganciare. Il carrello chiuso rimane in
piedi da solo (fig_e). Se necessario, è possibile estrarre
le ruote posteriori per una maggiore compattezza.
Tirare verso l'esterno il perno ed estrarre la ruota

come in figura (fig_f).

GANCIOMATIC SYSTEM

11 Ganciomatic System é il sistema pratico e veloce

che ti permette di agganciare la navicella Navetta, il

seggiolino auto Primo Viaggio e il seggiolino Switch

alla Base Ganciomatic del carrello con un solo gesto.
Appoggiarli alla Base Ganciomatic e premere sul

prodotto con entrambi le mani fino al click.
Azionare sempre il freno del telaio o passeggino prima

di agganciare e sganciare i prodotti (consultare i

rispettivi manuali istruzioni).
Verificare che l'elemento di trasporto del bambino sia

correttamente agganciato.

NUMERI DI SERIE

12 Book Plus, riporta informazioni relative alla data di

produzione dello stesso.
_ Nome del prodotto, data di produzione e numerazione

del carrello.
Queste informazioni sono indispensabili in caso di

reclamo.

MANUTENZIONE DELL'ARTICOLO: proteggere da

_ This product was designed for the transport of 1 child

in the seat.

_ Do not use this product for a number of occupants

greater than that intended by the manufacturer.

_ The Book Plus chassis is designed for use with Peg-

Perego Ganciomatic products: the Book Plus chassis
+ Primo Viaggio car seat (0+ group) is approved for
children from birth up to 13 kg of weight. The Book
Plus chassis + “Navetta” bassinet unit is approved for
children from birth up to 9 kg of weight.

_ This product was designed for use in combination

with the following Peg Perego Ganciomatic products:
the “Primo Viaggio Tri-Fix” car seat (Group 0+),

_ WARNING Check that the pram body or seat unit or

car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged

signs of breakage.

_ WARNING Always use the restraint system; Always

use the five point harness; always use the harness
crotch strap in combination with the waist strap.

_ Always apply the brake when stationary.

engaged before use.

kept away when unfolding and folding this product.

mechanisms (handlebar, backrest).
_ Any weights hanging on the handlebar or

handles could make the item unstable; follow the

manufacturer’s instructions as regards the maximum

loads transportable.
_ The front bar is not designed to support the child’s

weight. It is not designed to keep the child in the seat

and does not substitute for the waist belt.
_ Do not load the baskets over 5 kg. Do not put weight

in the cup holder in excess of those indicated on the

cup holders themselves and never hot drinks. Do not

put loads of more than 0.2 kg in the hood pockets (if

present).
_ Do not use the product near to stairs or steps, heat

sources, naked flames or dangerous objects within

reach of the child.
_ The use of accessories not approved by the

manufacturer could be dangerous.
_ Do not use the rain canopy (if present) indoors and

regularly check to ensure the child is not too warm;

do not park the stroller close to heat sources and keep

well away from lighted cigarettes. Ensure the rain

canopy is not interfering with any moving parts of the

carriage or stroller; always remove the rain canopy

before folding your carriage or stroller.
_ Do not use the release levers to move or lift the

stroller when the child is in it.
_ WARNING This product is not suitable for jogging or

skating.

_ Apply the brake when loading or unloading children.

COMPONENTS OF THE ITEM

_ Carrello Book Plus: Basket, 2 rear wheels with brake

mechanism, rear wheel crosspiece and drink holder.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 OPENING: To open the chassis, release the levers on

either side (fig_a), grip the handlebar and swing it
towards you (fig_b). Fig_c shows an open chassis. The
click made by the connection at the bottom (see the
figure) will let you know that the chassis has been
opened properly. PLEASE NOTE: When using the seat
with the chassis, push down on the seat to ensure that
the base is connected properly.

2 FITTING THE WHEELS: Slot the uprights into the rear

wheel crosspiece (fig_a), ensuring that it is facing the
right way, then push the rear wheels on and make
sure that they click into place (fig_b).

3 FITTING THE BASKET: Press the buttons under the

basket tube (fig_a) and remove it (fig_b). Thread the
tube through the basket fabric, making sure that the
springs are facing down (fig_c), and click it back into
place. Attach the basket to the two buttons at the
front (fig_d) and

4 fasten the eyelets at the rear onto the buttons as

shown in the figure, with the upper one going from
the top towards the bottom (fig_e) and the lower one
going from the inside towards the outside (fig_f).

5 FIXED OR SWIVELING FRONT WHEELS: Lift the levers

to prevent the wheels from swiveling (fig_a) and
lower them to allow the wheels to swivel (fig_b). On
uneven surfaces, the wheels should be set to their
fixed position.

6 BRAKE: Press the lever down to apply the brake on the

chassis and lift it to release the brake.

7 ADJUSTABLE HANDLEBAR: To adjust the height of the

handlebar, press both of the side buttons at the same
time (fig_a) and swing it into the desired position
(fig_b), then release the buttons.

8 DRINK HOLDER: Push the drink holder firmly onto the

clip (fig_a). The drink holder can be attached to either
side of the chassis.

9 FOLDING UP: The chassis can be folded up without

the seat, with the seat facing the person pushing
(recline the backrest before folding it) or with the
seat facing forward. To fold the stroller, it is best to
set the front wheels to their fixed position and close
the hood (if fitted). Position the handlebar as shown
in fig_a and lift the levers on the two uprights on the
sides (fig_b). Pull the inner handle on the base (fig_c),
keep hold of it, lift it (fig_d) and swing the handlebar
forward until the chassis is folded.

10 Once the chassis is folded up, check that it has been

secured with the clips on either side (fig_d) and fasten
them if necessary. The chassis is freestanding when
folded up (fig_e). If necessary, it can be made even
more compact by removing the rear wheels. Pull the
pin out and remove the wheel, as in fig_f.

GANCIOMATIC SYSTEM

11 Ganciomatic is a fast and practical system that allows

you to attach the Navetta bassinet unit, the Primo
Viaggio car seat or the Seggiolino Switch seat to the
Ganciomatic Base of the chassis in one quick step.

Place the item on the Ganciomatic Base and press

down with both hands until it clicks into place.

Always apply the chassis or stroller brake before

attaching and removing products (refer to the
respective instruction manuals).

Check that the child transport unit is properly

attached.

SERIAL NUMBERS

12 Information about the production date can be found

on the Carrello Book Plus.
_ The product name, production date and serial number

of the chassis.
This information is required for any complaints.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE: protect from the weather:

water, rain, or snow; prolonged and continuous

exposure to bright sunlight may give rise to colour

changes of various different materials; store this

product in a dry place.
CLEANING THE CHASSIS: periodically clean all plastic

parts with a damp cloth. Do not use solvent or

similar cleaning products; keep all metal parts dry to

prevent rusting; keep moving parts clean (adjustment

mechanisms, locking mechanisms, wheels, ...) and free

of dust and sand and, if necessary, lubricate with light

machine oil.

_ L’utilisation d’accessoires non approuvés par le

fabricant peut se révéler dangereuse.

_ Ne pas utiliser l’habillage pluie (si présent) en lieu clos

et toujours contrôler que l’enfant n’a pas trop chaud ;
ne jamais placer à proximité de sources de chaleur et
prendre garde aux cigarettes. S’assurer que l’habillage
pluie n’interfère avec aucun mécanisme en mouvement
du châssis ou de la poussette ; toujours retirer l’habillage
pluie avant de refermer le châssis ou la poussette.

_ Ne pas utiliser les poignées de décrochage pour

transporter ou soulever la poussette alors que l’enfant
y est installé.

_ ATTENTION Cet article n’est pas adapté à une utilisation

pendant un jogging ou avec des patins à roulettes.

_ Toujours actionner le frein lors de l’installation et de la

sortie de l’enfant.

_ Carrello Book Plus : panier ; 2 roues arrière avec

engrenage frein, barre roues arrière et porte-boisson.

INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION

1 OUVERTURE : pour ouvrir le châssis, défaire les languettes

des deux côtés (fig_a) puis prendre la poignée et la
faire pivoter vers soi (fig_b). Châssis ouvert (fig_c). Le
déclic d’enclenchement correspondant à l’accrochage
de la base (voir figure) garantit une ouverture correcte.
ATTENTION : lorsque le siège est installé, appuyer sur
celui-ci pour l’accrocher correctement à la base.

2 MONTAGE ROUES : insérer la barre des roues

arrière dans les montants (fig_a) en veillant au sens
d’introduction correct, puis accrocher les roues arrière
(fig_b) jusqu’au déclic.

3 MONTAGE PANIER : appuyer sur les boutons situés

sous le montant du panier (fig_a) et extraire ce dernier
(fig_b). Enfiler le montant dans le tissu du panier en
veillant à ce que les ressorts soient tournés vers le bas
(fig_c) et le réinsérer dans son logement en prêtant
attention au déclic. Accrocher le panier aux deux
boutons situés à l’avant (fig_d) et,

4 à l’arrière, accrocher aux boutons l’œillet supérieur de

haut en bas (fig_e) et l’œillet inférieur de l’intérieur
vers l’extérieur (fig_f), comme sur la figure.

5 ROUES AVANT PIVOTANTES OU FIXES : relever les

leviers pour bloquer les roues (fig_a), les baisser pour
les rendre pivotantes (fig_b). Sur terrains difficiles, il est
conseillé d’utiliser les roues fixes.

6 FREIN : appuyer sur le levier de frein pour bloquer le châssis.

Pour débloquer le châssis, procéder à l’opération inverse.

7 POIGNÉE RÉGLABLE : pour régler la hauteur de la

poignée, appuyer simultanément sur les boutons
latéraux (fig_a) et tourner la poignée dans la position
souhaitée (fig_b), puis relâcher les boutons.

8 PORTE-BOISSON : accrocher le porte-boisson au pivot

avec énergie (fig_a). Le porte-boisson peut être installé
des deux côtés du châssis.

9 FERMETURE : il est possible de procéder à la fermeture

sans siège, avec siège tourné vers maman (en inclinant le
dossier avant la fermeture) ou tourné vers la route. Pour
fermer le châssis, il est préférable de rendre les roues avant
fixes et de fermer la capote si elle est installée. Positionner
la poignée comme indiqué sur la figure (fig_a) et relever les
languettes placées sur les deux montants latéraux (fig_b).
Tirer la poignée interne placée sur la base (fig_c) et, tout
en maintenant la prise, la relever (fig_d) et faire pivoter la
poignée du châssis vers l’avant jusqu’à la fermeture.

10 Une fois le châssis replié, s’assurer qu’il est verrouillé des

deux côtés (fig_d) ; dans le cas contraire, le verrouiller.
Une fois fermé, le châssis reste debout tout seul (fig_e).
Pour un encombrement réduit, il est possible d’extraire
les roues arrière. Tirer la languette vers l’extérieur et
extraire la roue, comme indiqué sur la figure (fig_f).

SYSTÈME GANCIOMATIC

11 Le Système Ganciomatic, pratique et rapide, permet

d’accrocher en un seul geste la nacelle Navetta, le

siège-auto Primo Viaggio et le siège Seggiolino Switch

au châssis: les positionner sur le châssis et appuyer des

deux mains jusqu’au déclic. Châssis non utilisable avec

la nacelle Primo Nido en France
Toujours actionner le frein du châssis ou de la poussette

avant d’accrocher ou de décrocher les produits

(consulter le manuel d’instructions de chaque produit).
Vérifier que le produit est bien positionné sur le châssis.

ENTRETIEN DE L’ARTICLE: protéger l’article des agents
