Using Parallels Helm with Microsoft FTP Server

 Parallels Helm Microsoft FTP provider does not support Microsoft FTP 7.5

and is unavailable on Windows 2008 R2.

 Do NOT delete the Default FTP site from IIS. This is needed by Parallels Helm,

and will cause major issues with FTP if it is removed.
