The following explanations are based on an iPhone.
Preparation

Make sure SC-AP01 is turned on.
QUICK START GUIDE
AirPlay function allows you to stream music wirelessly from an iOS device,
such as iPhone or iPod touch to the speakers of SC-AP01.
To use the AirPlay function, SC-AP01 must join the same wireless network
as the iOS device through the wireless network router (access point).

Setting up SC-AP01
Step 1
Turn on SC-AP01 and then activate the network setup mode.

Press and hold both buttons for 2 sec.

Connect your iOS device to SC-AP01’s setup network.

- Restarting the wireless network router.
- Restarting the iOS deviсe (iPhone/iPod touch/iPad).
- On the iOS device, turn the Wi-Fi

setting off and on again.
Turn on SC-AP01 and then activate the WPS push button setup mode.

FAQ
I have a new iOS device (iPhone/iPod touch/iPad), do I need to reset SC-AP01?
No, you only have to connect the new iOS device to the same home wireless network.
(Refer to “Using AirPlay”)
My wireless network router is WPS push button compatible but SC-AP01 does not light blue
with “METHOD 1”.
The security setting may be set to WEP. Try using “METHOD 2”.
Can I change the display name for SC-AP01 (e.g., AP01_Bedroom)?
Yes, refer to the Owner’s Manual “Advanced network settings”, under “Network settings”.
