LIFI New Lamp Technology

Fast starting (less than 10 sec)
Higher frequency so there is no lamp “hum”
Lower RF noise level compared to Mercury Vapor lamps
High temperature so it must be heat sinked and forced cooled.
No flicker like mercury vapor lamps at the beginning and end of life
Long life span Lamp. Warranty is 5 years (original lamp, consumer use).
Lamp assembly needs: 26Vdc power, and Lamp-On signal (5V) to start (light).
Microprocessor in the lamp assembly heats for pre-start & sweeps RF frequency for ignition
Lamp assembly micro communicates with the TV micro (no communications – no shutdown, just audio)
