1. Persons with any of the conditions listed below or who are undergoing medical treatment or suffer from medical conditions should consult with their physicians before using the unit:

b ) People who suffer from malfunction of the circulatory system (heart disease, vascular disorder, high-blood pressure, advanced
diabetes). c ) Pregnant women or women who might be pregnant. d ) People who are feverish (38°C or over). e ) People who are sick or are in poor physical shape.
f ) People with irregular curvatures of the spine. g ) People who have hernia of intervertebral disk. h ) People who feel physical disorder in particular other than those mentioned above.

Restrictions
1. Do not stand on the backrest or footrest.
2. Do not allow children to use the unit. Do not allow children to play on the unit, backrest, and footrest.
3. The unit is not to be used by people who cannot move or communicate on their own. Failure to observe this precaution may result in accident or injury.
4. Do not exceed the rated values of the plug and the wiring or use any voltage other than the rated voltage. Failure to observe this precaution may result in electric shock, malfunctioning or fire due to heat generation.
5. Do not damage the power cord or power plug. (Do not damage, alter, expose to heat sources, bend, twist, pull forcibly, bundle or place heavy objects on the cord.) Using the damaged power cord or power plug may result in electric shock, short-circuit or fire.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
