Intelligent Multimedia Center Control System (CCS in short)
Manual Operation Booklet
Please read carefully before installation and keep reservation.
☆ Safety Notice:
Warning: Please don’t let it in rain or put it into wet
environment in order to prevent it from fire breaking or
leak of electricity. The CCS includes high voltage
accessories and is dangerous, so skillful installation and
spareparts repair are prohibited, just the experts can do
these.
1. Before usage, please see whether power voltage and frequency are
same or not. To keep safe, users must be conscious that power socket
should be three poles: L-line,N-line,G-line, and connect them in the
right way.
2. User must get G-line of all equipment’s input and output ports through
before turning power on, in order to avoid the unexpected damage
caused by mute/high-voltage. Don’t insert or pull out cables with
electricity.
3. Please don’t rebuild CCS or use it without outer shell.
4. Please don’t drop something easy-fire, liquid or metal into it, otherwise,
it will easily break the CCS or make troubles for CCS. Please don’t put
something easy-fire or liquid on the table.
5. Don’t take it in the environment of high tempreture, wetness,
corrodible gas like acid oralkali, more-dust, and shakiness. Put it on
special-steady desk , and donot put the CCS on unsteady tabletop.
6. Please clean it with dry cloth, and cut down electricity before cleaning,
users also can not use liquid dilution, volatilised gasoline, insecticide or
other chemistry solvent.
7. Please pull power-plug out if long tim e no use.
8. Don’t let children play CCS to prevent them from electric-shock..
9. Please turn off power immediately if there are some abnormal
appearance (noise or smoking) and pull power-plug out.

☆ Feature Instruction:
Welcome to use CCS. Please read “Manual Operation Booklet” attentively
before use CCS. We sincerely hope this booklet will bring convinience and
skilled methods to you.
CCS’s features:
Be pleasing to eyes and durable: adopt touch-key design, usage time is
up to 1 million.
Intelligent preview, featured with human controlling: users can
preview and edit before shooting to projector(s).
Signal conviniently test, when equipment(Visual presenter, PC,
notebook/laptop) signals get into CCS, central control system will test that
signal(s) existed already or not, if not, it can not operate .
CCS no need to open to get through: when PC signal comes to CCS, it
will continually connect with monitor.
Intelligent controlling, easy to use: when turn it on, CCS can be
operated immediately, meanwhile, screen will be down. Users are
unnecessary to wait when turn it off , projector will be delayed off, and
screen will be up automatically, and with infrared decoding function. ( B
type has no infrared decode function).
Secretly infrared decoding function, no need to be equiped with
special decoders, easy to use and reliable to store( B type has no this
function).
Multi-ports: 1 independent port for programming RS-232; 1 port for
PC RS-232 connection; 3 -port inputs and 2-port outputs RGB with
long-cable switch (with audio synchronism switch, and previewing
function); 1 port for projector output; 1port for screen controling output;
2-port inputs and 2-port outputs with video-switch(B type has no this
function); 2 ports for programing infrared decoding function(B type has no
this function).
