INSTALLATION NOTES:
• This item is not intended for use on vehicles equipped with rear obstacle sensing system!
If mounting on vehicle with rear obstacle sensors, the system must be disabled.
• Inspect the contents of the kit and read the entire instructions before proceeding.
• We recommend this installation be performed by a qualified technician.
• Torque all hardware to factory specifications.
Grade 8 nut torque specifications
• We recommend using red Loctite on all bolts.

responsible for shipping charges incurred to submit product for inspection, or its return if the warranty is declined. This warranty does not cover
parts that have been modified, applied outside of the intended application, or subjected to abuse. This warranty applies solely to the ORU product
and does not extend to any incidental damage(s) or incurred cost(s). No other warranties/guarantees are expressed or implied. All warranty claims

ORU - Ford Super Duty Rear Bumper Guard
1) Starting with the drivers side, remove the 2 nuts that attach the factory bumper bracket to the frame
and install the left support bracket with the factory nuts (See photo #1). Do not fully tighten at this time.
Repeat on passenger side of vehicle.
2) Have an assistant hold the bumper guard in place and loosely attach to support brackets with 3/8”
bolts, washers, and lock nuts. Attach guard to factory safety chain holes using 1/2” bolts, flat washers,
and lock nuts (See photos #2 & 3). Do not fully tighten at this time.
3) Adjust bumper and guard positions and tighten bolts to factory specifications.
4) Install plastic end caps.
