WARNING: VEHICLES MODIFIED FOR OFF-ROAD USE MAY ROLL OVER
Modifi cations made to your vehicle suspension and/or tires whether for appearance or off-road use, may
raise the center of gravity and change handling characteristics of the vehi cle.
Although vehicles modified for off-road use may be equipped to handle the off-road environment, they are
generally not designed to improve cornering and maneuverability on the highway, therefore, it is
imperative that you familiarize yourself, and all operators of the vehicle, with the special driving
characteristi cs of your modified off-road vehicle. If at all possible, avoid sharp turns, or abrupt maneuvers.
If you fail to operate your modified vehicle in a safe and conservative manner, you, your passengers, or
third parties may suffer property damage, serious injury, or even death if control is lost and the vehicle
overturns.
Always wear your seat belt and shoulder harness. Insist that your passengers do so. Seat belts not only
help to protect occupants from injury, but also keep the driver behind the wheel and in control when
operating in rough terrain.
Off Road Unlimited makes no warranties or representations regarding lifting devices, whether expressed
or implied. Off Road Unlimited is not responsi ble for any altered product, improper installation, or
improper use of products we sell . We will be happy to answer any questions you have concerning the
desi gn, function, and correct use of the products sold by us. Please call us wi th your questions and ask
for our technical advisor.
Although ORU makes every effort to ensure the fit of our products, many times changes by the vehicle
manufacturer may affect their compatibility. We suggest always “test-fitting” a product prior to actual
instal lation.

without prior notice. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the catalog, ORU
assumes no responsi bility for any printing errors that may have occurred.
The user i s ultimatel y responsible for compl iance with any indivi dual state laws that may apply to its
modifi cation. The vehicle’s factory warranty may be affected by the installation of aftermarket parts.

INSTALLATION NOTES:
• Inspect the contents of the kit and read the entire instructi ons before proceeding.
• We recommend this installation be performed by a qualified technician.
• Torque all hardware to factory specifications.
• We recommend using red Loctite on all bolts.
• When removing wheels, support vehicle with jack stands.
1) Place light bar through factory bumper opening with studs into existing holes on front frame plate
(photo #1).

2) Secure studs with ½" flat washers, lock washers, and nuts. Install 7/16" bolts, flat washers, lock
washers, and nuts (photo #2). Ti ghten hardware to specification.

mat erial and wor kmanship. This warranty does not apply to wear items such as brakes, steering components, u-joints, etc., or to
produc ts sold by, but not manufactured by ORU. Application of this warranty is subject to inspection of the product b y ORU and at
their sole discretion. ORU is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to s ubmit product for i nspection, or its r eturn if the
warrant y is declined. This warrant y does not cover parts that have been modified, applie d outside the i ntended application, or
subjected to abuse. This warrant y applies solel y to the ORU product and does not ext end to an y incidental da mage(s) or incurred
cost(s). No other warranties/guarantees are expr essed or implied. All warrant y claims must be accompanied by the original receipt,
