ORION Images Sunlight readable LCD monitors offer enhanced ultra-high
brightness LCD color display for high ambient light applications. These
Transflective enhanced anti-glare displays are readable under all lighting
conditions including direct or indirect sunlight - the stronger the ambient light
the brighter the image.
SPECIALIZING IN MONITOR & VIDEO PROCESSING
Transflective LCD modules hold both transmissive and reflective properties; the method of image display depends upon the conditions of
the ambient environment. The display uses a backlight with a transmissive property in dark environments, and uses external light with a reflective
property in bright environments. The advantage of Transflective technology is that there is no extra heat generation lower power consumption, contrast
and brightness is naturally brighter to help preserve the life of the back light..

Unlike plasma technology, LCD sunlight readable video walls require less power consumption and
with auto pixel shift built in they are not subject to permanent, irreversible burn-in. Unlike individual
mount LCD’s that leave gaps between each monitor, sunlight readable video walls offer more
flexibility, scalability and the possibility for a higher resolution.
