Installing the batteries

Your ONE FOR ALL needs 4 new “AAA/LR6” alkaline batteries.

2 Match the batteries to the + and - marks inside the battery case, then

nsert the batteries.

3 Place the battery cover back into place.

Press “Battery Unlock” to unlock the battery

over from the back of your ONE FOR ALL.

Find the code for your device (e.g. Bennett

elevision) in the Code list (page 124 - 132 in the

manual). Codes are listed by device type and brand
name. The most popular code is listed first.

ready to operate your device.

5 Next, switch your device back on (pressing ON, a

number key or CH+) and try all the remote’s

functions to ensure they are working properly.
If the functions do not work properly, repeat steps 1-5
using another code listed under your brand.

- If your device does not respond, follow steps 1 to 4 with each code listed
for your brand. If none of the codes listed for your brand operate your
device OR if you your brand is not listed at all, try the search method
described on page 9.

- Some codes are quite similar. If your device does not respond or is not
functioning properly with one of the codes, try another code listed under
your brand.

Search Method

he Search Method allows you to find the code for your device by scanning

through all the codes contained in the memory of the ONE FOR ALL.

Example: To search for your TV code:

Switch on your television (not on standby) and aim your ONE FOR ALL

at your TV.

2 Press and hold down the MAGIC key

(for approximately 3 seconds) until
the red LED (underneath the ON key)

The red LED will blink once, then twice.

3 Press 9 9 1. The red LED will blink twice.

4 Next, press OFF.

5 Aim the ONE FOR ALL at your Device. Now press CH+ over

and over, until your e.g. Television switches off.

- Everytime you press the CH+ key the ONE FOR ALL will
send out a POWER signal (the function you chose at step

4) from the next code contained in the memory.

- You may have to press this key many times (up to 150
times) so please be patient.

- If you skip past a code, you can go to the previous
code(s) by pressing the CH- key.

- Remember to keep pointing the ONE FOR ALL at your
Device while pressing this key.

6 As soon as your Device switches off, press the MAGIC

key to store the code.

- If your Device does not switch on pressing the ON key,
simply press the ON key, a number key or CH+ to switch your e.g.
Television back on.

1 Press and hold down the MAGIC key

2 Press 9 9 0. The red LED will blink twice.

3 For the first digit of your four-digit code, press 1 and

- If there are no blinks, the digit is "0".

- If you are not sure how many times it blinked, simply press

ou can program your ONE FOR ALL to issue a sequence of commands at

the press of one button. Any sequence of commands you regularly use can
be reduced to one key stroke for your convenience.

Example: To switch your Television to Channel 3 textpage 801 with
one single keypress (e.g. red key):

1 Press and hold down the MAGIC key (for approximately 3

seconds) until the red LED (underneath the ON key) blinks twice.
The red LED will blink once, then twice.

2 Press 9 9 5.

3 Then press the Red key to which the Macro will be assigned.

4 Next press 3, TEXT ON, 8 0 1.

5 To store the Macro, press and hold down the MAGIC key until the

red LED underneath the ON key will blink twice.

- Each MACRO can consist of a maximum of 35 key strokes.

- If you had to hold down a key for a few seconds on the
original remote control to get a function, this function may not work in a
macro on your ONE FOR ALL remote.

- If you program a Macro on a key, the original function will become
shifted (excluding Red, Green, Yellow and Blue). Press the MAGIC then the
key to access it.

Shifted Macros

If you do not want to sacrifice any key it is also possible to install a
“Shifted Macro”.

If for example, you want to program a shifted Macro on the TEXT
key.

Example: To switch your Television to Channel 3 textpage 801 with
one single keypress (e.g. MAGIC then the TEXT key):

1 Press and hold down the MAGIC key (for approximately 3

seconds) until the red LED (underneath the ON key) blinks twice.
The red LED will blink once, then twice.

2 Press 9 9 5. The red LED will blink twice.

3 Then press MAGIC followed by the TEXT key to which the Macro

will be assigned.

4 Next press 3, TEXT ON, 801.

5 To store the Macro, press and hold down the MAGIC key

(for approximately 3 seconds) until the red LED (underneath the ON
key) blinks twice.

To erase the Shifted Macro from the TEXT key press:

Key Magic® is an exclusive ONE FOR ALL feature that ensures that many

unctions of your original remote control can be operated - even those that

do not have their own key on the ONE FOR ALL keypad. Frequently used
functions can be assigned to a key of your choice using the Key Magic
feature of your ONE FOR ALL.

the corresponding function code. As these function codes vary with
different types of devices, they cannot be found in the manual. You can
request your function codes calling our consumer service or by sending us a

programming the code is easy:

3 Press the key you wish to move (e.g. CH+).

To restore the MENU+ key to it’s original function press:

ON, eine Zifferntaste oder CH+) und prüfen Sie

alle Funktionen der Fernbedienung, um zu prüfen, ob
sie alle einwandfrei arbeiten.
Wenn nicht alle Funktionen einwandfrei arbeiten,
wiederholen Sie Schritt 1 - 5 mit einem anderen Code,
der für Ihre Marke angegeben ist.

- Wenn Ihr Gerät nicht anspricht, führen Sie Schritt 1 bis 4 mit allen Codes durch,
die für Ihre Marke angegeben sind. Wenn Sie Ihr Gerät mit keinem der für Ihre
Marke angegebenen Codes bedienen können ODER wenn Ihre Marke überhaupt
nicht aufgeführt ist, versuchen Sie es mit der Suchmethode auf Seite 21.

- Manche Codes sind sehr ähnlich. Wenn Ihr Gerät mit einem der Codes nicht
reagiert oder nicht einwandfrei arbeitet, versuchen Sie es mit einem anderen
Code, der unter Ihrer Marke aufgeführt ist.

jetzt immer wieder CH+ , bis z.B. Ihr Fernsehgerät
abschaltet.

- Jedes Mal, wenn Sie die CH+ Taste drücken, sendet die ONE FOR
ALL ein POWER-Signal (die von Ihnen bei Schritt 4 gewählte
Funktion) aus dem nächsten Code im Speicher.

- Möglicherweise müssen Sie die Taste sehr oft drücken (bis zu 150
Mal); haben Sie also bitte Geduld.

- Wenn Sie einen Code übersprungen haben, können Sie zum
vorherigen Code gehen, indem Sie die Taste CH- drücken.

- Achten Sie darauf, dass die ONE FOR ALL immer auf das Gerät
gerichtet bleibt, während Sie diese Taste drücken.

7 Wenn Ihr Gerät ausschaltet, drücken Sie

die MAGIC-Taste, um den Code zu speichern.

- Wenn Ihr Gerät bei Drücken der ON-Taste nicht einschaltet, drücken Sie
einfach die ON-Taste, eine Zifferntaste oder CH+, um z.B.
Ihr Fernsehgerät wieder einzuschalten.

- Si votre appareil ne répond pas, exécutez les étapes 1 à 4 avec chaque
code répertorié pour votre marque. Si aucun des codes répertoriés pour
votre marque n’actionne votre appareil, OU si votre marque n’est pas
listée, essayez la méthode de recherche décrite en page 33.

- Certains codes sont pratiquement identiques. Si votre appareil ne répond
pas ou ne fonctionne pas correctement avec l’un des codes, essayez un
autre code répertorié sous votre marque.

- Si el aparato no responde, siga los pasos 1 a 4 con cada uno de los códigos
de la lista que correspondan a su marca. Si ninguno de los códigos de la
lista para su marca logra que funcione su aparato O si la marca no aparece

- Algunos códigos son muy parecidos. Si su aparato no responde o no

no sea apta para incluir en una macro de su ONE FOR ALL.

- Si programa una macro en una tecla, la función original pasará a ser
secundaria (sin incluir las funciones de rojo, verde, amarillo y azul). Pulsar
la tecla MAGIC y después la calve para acceder a la función.

Se as funções não estiverem a funcionar correctamen­te, repita os passos 1-5, utilizando outro código
indicado correspondente à sua marca de televisão.

- Se o seu dispositivo não responder, repita os passos 1 - 4 com cada código
listado para a sua marca de televisão. Se nenhum dos códigos listados
para a sua marca funcionar com o seu dispositivo, OU se a sua marca não
estiver listada, tente o Método de Busca descrito na página 57.

- Alguns códigos são bastante semelhantes. Se o seu dispositivo não res­ponder ou não estiver a funcionar correctamente com um dos códigos,

elencato sotto il marchio.

- Se l’apparecchio non risponde, seguire i passi da 1 a 4 con ciascun codice
indicato per il marchio. Se nessuno dei codici indicati per il proprio mar­chio è in grado di far funzionare il dispositivo, OPPURE se il marchio non è
indicato, provare il metodo di ricerca descritto a pagina 69.

- Alcuni codici sono abbastanza simili. Se il dispositivo non risponde o non
funziona in modo corretto con uno dei codici, provare con un altro codice
indicato per il proprio marchio.

funzioni utilizzate di frequente a un tasto a scelta utilizzando Key Magic
del proprio ONE FOR ALL.

uw merk wordt vermeld. Als geen van de codes die voor uw merk worden
vermeld, voor uw apparaat werkt, OF als uw merk helemaal niet wordt
vermeld, probeert u de zoekmethode die wordt beschreven op pagina 81.

- Sommige codes lijken erg veel op elkaar. Als uw apparaat niet reageert of

niet goed functioneert met een van de codes, probeert u een andere code
die voor uw merk wordt vermeld.

te richten terwijl u op deze toets drukt.

6 Zodra het apparaat uitgaat, drukt u op de

- Als het apparaat niet aangaat wanneer u op de toets ON drukt, drukt u op

één druk op een toets (bijvoorbeeld de rode toets):

1 Houd de MAGIC-toets ingedrukt totdat de rode LED onder de

3 Druk vervolgens op de rode toets waaraan de macro wordt

toegewezen.

5 Als u de macro wilt opslaan, houdt u de MAGIC-toets ingedrukt

- Elke MACRO kan bestaan uit maximaal 35 toetsaanslagen.

- Als u een toets op de originele afstandsbediening een paar seconden
ingedrukt moest houden om een functie te krijgen, werkt deze functie
misschien niet in een macro op uw ONE FOR ALL-afstandsbediening.

- Als u een macro onder een toets programmeert, wordt de originele
functie een shift-functie (behalve rood, groen, geel en blauw). Druk op
MAGIC en dan op de toets voor de functie.

a CH+ gomb megnyomásával), és próbálja ki, helyesen
működnek-e az egyes távvezérlési funkciók.
Ha a funkciók nem működnek megfelelően, ismételje meg
az 1–5. lépést az adott márkánál szereplő más kód
használatával.

- Ha a készülék nem reagál, hajtsa végre az 1 – 4. lépést az adott márkánál feltüntetett
további kódokkal. Ha a márka mellett szereplő egyik kód sem felel meg, VAGY ha az adott
márka nem
szerepel a listán, akkor próbálja ki a 93. oldalon ismertetett kódkeresést.

- Egyes kódok nagyon hasonlítanak egymásra. Ha az egyik kódnál a készülék nem reagál,
vagy nem működik megfelelően, próbáljon ki egy, az adott márka mellett szereplő másik
kódot.

ezért az eljárás türelmet igényel.

- Ha átugrott egy kódot, az Előző csatorna (CH-) gomb
megnyomásával visszafelé haladhat a kódok sorában.

- Fontos, hogy a ONE FOR ALL a gomb megnyomásakor a készülék
felé legyen irányítva.

hozzárendelhet egyetlen gombhoz.

Példa: a televízió átkapcsolása a 3. csatorna teletextjének 801. oldalára egyet­len gombnyomással (pl. a piros gombbal):

- Az egyes makrók legfeljebb 35 gombnyomásból állhatnak.

- Ha az eredeti távvezérlő valamely funkciójának eléréséhez hosszan kellett nyomva tarta­ni egy gombot, ez a funkció a ONE FOR ALL távvezérlő makrójában nem feltétlenül fog
működni.

- Ha makrót rendel egy gombhoz, annak eredeti funkciója továbbra is elérhető lesz a
„Shift” funkció segítségével ( Piros, Zöld, Sárga és Kék gombok kivételével). Az eredeti
funkció eléréséhez nyomja meg a MAGIC gombot.
