Performance considerations
PlanetPress EnvelopeNOW was designed to work with typical jobs produced for small, desktop inserters. The
number of pages that can be processed through PlanetPress EnvelopeNOW is limited to approximately 50,000
pages and should run such a job, however such a large process could take a few hours to complete before printing starts.
It is estimated that the average job should be around 1000-5000 pages, and jobs of this size should be completed
and ready to print within a few minutes. These speeds were calculated on a computer that meets the recommended system requirements.
The Hardware Configuration Sheet lists all of the project's details. This page is useful for configuring the Folder
Inserter according to the project’s settings.
To print the Hardware Configuration Sheet:
l Open an existing project
l Go to the Save tab
l Click on the Print Info button. A Web browser window opens up, listing all information for this project.
l Use your browser’s Print option to produce a hard copy of the configuration.
This section will help you get set up to use PlanetPress EnvelopeNOW.
