Install the supplied Orange 18mm
American BSP tap adaptor into the
water inlet.
DO NOT overtighten the tap adaptor
as this could cause damage to the
water inlet fittings .
Attach the high pressure hose onto
the pressure washers outlet
connector, assemble the pressure
gun & lance & connect the other end
of the high pressure hose onto the
pressure gun connector. Turn ON
your water supply.
Connect your 18mm water supply
hose onto the Orange tap adaptor
fitting.
Starting the motor can be achieved by
either pulling the recoil starter handle
repetitively or rotate the start key to the
start position for electric start. Once
started move the choke lever to the open
position.
The pressure washer is now ready to use
in cold water mode. Insert the preferred
nozzle for your application and you can
begin cleaning your job at hand.
Squeeze the trigger of the pressure gun
to purge all air from within the pressure
washers pump, heat exchange tank,
hoses & fittings. Continue until a
constant stream of water is visible.
Turn Fuel valve to the ON position,
rotate start key to ON position.
To operate the unit in HOT mode,
press/flick the heat switch to the ON
position, adjust the water temperature
thermostat to your required temperature.
While cleaning, the water will heat to your
required temperature during use.
If the engine is cold, slide the choke lever fully
to the left (closed choke) if the engine has
already been run or is warm then you may not
need to move the choke lever prior to starting.
