BEFORE FIRST USE
1 Remove all packaging material and labels from the
appliance.
2 Wash the lids, blender pitcher, food processor bowl,
Nutri Ninja
®
cups and blade assemblies in warm, soapy
water with a sof t cloth.
CAUTION: Handle t he the blad e assembli es with
care when wa shing, as the blades are ve ry sharp.
3 Rinse and dry thoroughly.
4 The blend er pitcher, food proces sor bowl, Nutri Ninja®
cups, lids and blade as semblies, are all dishwasher safe. It is recommended that the lids and blade assemblies be
placedonthetoprack.Ensurethatthebladeassembliesare
removed from the containers before placing in the dishwasher.
5 Wipe the motor base clean with a damp cloth.

Assembly and Use for the Blender
1 Holding the S tacked Blade A ssembly by the to p of the
shaft, place it o nto the drive gear inside the pitcher.
EnsurethattheStackedBladeAssemblyisseated
properly and is standing upright. (Fig . 1)
NOTE: The Stacked Blade Assembly will fit loosely on
the drive gear.
2 Place the m otor base on a clean, dry, level surface s uch as a
counter or table t op. Press down on the motor base to mak e sure that the sucti on cups adhere to the counter or table to p.
3 Align and lower the pitcher onto the motor base.
(Fig. 2) Handle should be aligned slightly to the right of the “LOCK” symbol on the motor base.
4 Rotate the pi tcher clockw ise until it locks in place, you
will hear a click when the lock is engaged. (F ig. 3)
5 The pitcher can be placed on the motor base two ways;
the handle can be on the front right cor ner or the front left corner. (Fig. 4a, Fig . 4b)
6 Add the ingredients to the pitcher, making sure that
they do not exceed the highest measured mar king line on the side of the pitcher.
NOTE: If you need to add additional ingredients while
the appliance is pro cessing, open the pour spout cap and pour the ingredients in through the opening.
NOTE: When blending any kind of liquids, such as
mixtures of any dr inks or smoothies, do not exceed the “Max liquid” mark (64 ounces) on the pitcher
7 Holding th e lid by the handle in the upright position, place
it on top of the pitche r aligning the triangle ( ) located on the lid with the triangle ( ) located on the pitcher’s handle. (Fig. 5a) Press the handle d own until you hear a click. The triangles on t he lid and the blender handle MUST be aligned in order for the b lender to turn on. (Fig. 5 b)
8 Plug the power cord into the electr ical outlet and press
the power button ( ).
IMPORTANT: As a safety f eature, t he power ligh t
( ) will flash and the moto r will not work if the pitcher an d lid are not in stalled c orrect ly. When the pitcher and lid are in stalled p roperly, th e power light ( ) will be solid , indicati ng that the appliance is ready for use.

NOTE: Nutri Ninja® | Ninja® Blender System with Auto-
iQ™ Technology can sense whi ch jar is on the motor base. The funct ion lights will illuminate depending on which jar is placed on the motor base. ( Fig . 1)
1 Holding the desired blade assembly by the top of the
shaft, place it o nto the drive gear inside the bowl.

7 Holding the lid by the handle in the upright position,
place it on top of the Processor Bowl aligning the triangle ( ) located on the lid with the triangle ( ) located on the Processor Bow l handle. (Fig . 6a) Press the handle down until you hear a click. The triangles on the lid and the Processor Bowl handle MUST be aligned in order for the blender to turn on. (F ig. 6b)
NOTE: The 64 oz. bowl is not intended for blending
drinks. Do not over fill.
NOTE: To add liquids during blending, open t he drizzle
hole on the top of the lid and pour the liquid slow ly into the mixture.
8 Plug the power cord into the electr ical outlet and press
the power button ( ).
IMPO RTANT: As a safet y feature, the power
button ( ) will flash and the motor wil l not work if the bowl an d lid are not installed correct ly. When the bowl and lid are in stalled properly, th e power but ton ( ) will be s olid, indicating that the appliance is ready for use.

9 Press the power button to tur n on the unit. Sele ct
the speed or Auto-iQ™ program that best suits your needs. The Auto-iQ™ program will stop the appliance automatically at the end of the program. ( Fig. 7)
NOTE: Pulse ingredients for even chopping by
holding the Auto-iQ™ Pulse button until your desired consistency is reached.
10 To pause the appliance, press the selected speed or
Auto-iQ™ Program a second time. (Fig. 8)
11 When you have reached your desired consistency, stop
the appliance by pressing the power but ton ( ) and wait for the Stacked Blade Assembly to stop turning. ( Fig. 8)
12 Turn the pitcher counter clock wise to remove and then
lift off the base. (Fig. 9)
CAUT ION: Never insert you r hands in the pitcher as t he
Stacked Blade Assemb ly is sharp. Always use a spatula to di slodge food that has st uck to the sides of the pitcher.
13 Depending on the consistency of the contents in the
container, open the pour spout cap and use the spout to empty liquid contents.
CAUTION: Stacked Blade Assemb ly is not locked
in place. If using the pour spout, ensure the lid is fully locked onto the blender pitcher.
14 For thicker consistencies, remove the lid and St acked
Blade Assembly carefully (by its shaft), then empty contents from t he container. To remove the lid, press the release button on the lid and pull the lid handle up to a 90° angle ands lift the lid off the blender pitcher. (Fi g. 10)
CAUTION: Stacked Blade Assemb ly is not locked
in place. If pouring with the lid removed, ALWAYS remove the blade assembly first.
15 Ma ke sure that the unit is unplugged when not in use.
16 To release the motor b ase from the counter or table top,
place your hands underneath both sides of the motor base and gently pull the unit up and towards you. ( Fig. 11)

USING THE CHOPPING BLADE ASSEMBLY
1 Holding the Ch opping Blade Assembly by the shaf t,
placeitontothegearshaftinsidethebowl.Ensurethat
the blade assembl y fits around the g ear shaft and that it is standing straight.
2 Add the ingredients and secure the bowl lid onto the
bowl. (F ig. 1)
3 Plug the power cord into the electr ical outlet and press
on the power but ton (
). Select the speed or Auto-iQ™ program that best suits your needs. Pulse ingredients for even chopping by holding the Auto-iQ™ Pulse button until your desired consistency is reached.
NOTE: Please refer to “Speed Settings & Uses” char t
for suggested uses and speeds.
4 When you have reached your desired consistency, stop
the appliance by pressing the power but ton ( ) and wait for the Chopping B lade Assembly to stop turning. (Fig. 2)
5 To remove the lid, press the release button on the lid
and pull the lid handle up to a 9 0° angle. (Fig. 2)
6 Turn the bowl counter-cloc kwise and lif t it to remove it
from the motor base. (Fig. 3)
CAU TION: If po uring from the bowl, ALWAYS remove
the Chopping Blade Assembly first before pouring.
7 To release the motor bas e from the counter o r table top,
place your hands underneath both sides of the motor base and gently pull t he unit up and towards you.

USING THE DOUGH BLADE ASSEMBLY
1 Holding the D ough Blade As sembly by the shaf t, place
itontothegearshaf tinsidethebowl.Ensurethatthe
blade assembl y fits around the gear shaft and that it is standing straight. (Fig. 5)
2 Add the ingre dients and secure the bowl lid onto the b owl.
3 Plug the power cord into the electr ical outlet and press
on the power but ton ( ). Selec t LOW/DOUGH on the control panel and process until ingredients come together to form a ma ss.
NOTE: Please refer to “ Speed Set tings & Uses” chart
for suggested uses and speeds.
4 Once finished making dough, stop the appliance by
pressing the power button (
) and wait for the Dough
Blade Assembly to stop turning. (Fi g. 2)
5 To remove the lid, press the release button on the lid
and pull the lid handle up to a 9 0° angle. (Fig. 2)
6 Turn the bowl counter-cloc kwise and lif t it to remove it

1 Place the Food Processor Bowl onto the motor base.
2 Holding the spindle by the shaft, place it onto the gear shaf t
insidetheFoodProcessorBowl.Ensurethatthespindlets
around the gear shaf t and that it is standing straight. ( Fig. 1)
3 Place the mini prep bowl aligning the spindle inside the
center post. ( Fig. 2)
4 Hold the Mini Prep Bowl Blade Assembly by the shaft
and carefully place it over the center post of the mini prep bowl. (Fig. 3)
5 Add ingredient s into the mini prep bowl.
6 Holding the lid by the handle in t he upright position, place
it on top of the Foo d Processor B owl aligning the arrow ( ) located on the lid wi th the arrow ( ) located on the bowl’s handle. (Fig. 4) Press the handle dow n until you hear a click .

7 Plug the power cord into the electr ical outlet and press

8 Select the speed that best suits your needs. For best
results, hold the A uto-iQ™ Pulse button d own until you have reached your desired consistency. (Fig. 5)

9 When you have reached your desired consistencey,
stop the appliance by pressing the power button ( ) and wait for the Mini Prep Bowl Blade A ssembly to stop turning.
10 To remove the lid, pull the lid handle up to a 90° angle
and lift the lid of f. (Fig. 6)
11 Carefully hold the Mini Prep Bowl Blade Assembly by
the shaft and lif t it out of the mini prep bowl. (Fig. 7)
12 Turn the bowl counter clockwise and then lift of f the base.
CAUTION: If po uring from the bowl, ALWAYS
remove the M ini Prep Bowl Blade Asse mbly firs t before pouring.

from the counter or table top, place your hands underneath both sides of the motor base and gently pull the unit up and towards you. (Fig. 7)

3 PlacetheProEx tractorBlades® Assembly onto t he cup and
tightly screw it on clockwise unt il you have a good seal. ( Fig. 2)
4 Turn the Nutri Ninja® cup upside down and place it
onto the motor base, aligning the tabs on the cup with the motor base. Rot ate the Nutri Ninja® cup clockwise until it locks in plac e, you will hear a click when t he lock is engaged. (Fig. 3)
5 Press the power button on, and select the speed or
Auto-iQ
program that suits your needs. The Auto-iQ™ program will stop the appliance automatically at the end of the program. ( Fig. 4)

upright with the pitcher on the motor base, Stacked Blade Assembly inside the pitcher and lid latched on to the pitcher. Do not place anything on top. Store the F ood Processor Bowl with t he Chopping Blade Assembly inside and the lid fastened on top. S
tore the Nutri Ninja® cup and the rest of the B lade Assemblies along side the applianc e or in a cabinet where they will not be damaged and won’t cause a hazard.
RESETTING THE MOTOR THERMOSTAT
The Nutri Ninja® | Ninja® Blender System with
Auto-iQ™ Technology features a unique safety system which prevents damage to the unit’s motor and drive system should you inadvertently overload your appliance. If the appliance i s being overl oaded,
the motor w ill stop. Al low the appliance to cool for app roximately 15 minutes. To reset the
appliance, follow the resetting procedure below:

Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet.

Remove and empty the cont ainer and ensure that no
food is jamming the Blade Assembly.
3
Allow the a ppliance to cool for approximately 15
minutes.
4
Re-inst all the container onto the base and re-plug the
appliance into the electrical outlet.
5
Proceed to use the appliance as befo re making sure not to exceed the recommended maximum capacities.

PROBLEMS POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS
Motor Doesn’t Start or Blade Assembly Doesn’t Rotate.
Make sure the cont ainer is securely lo cked on the motor base.
Make sure the lid is securely on the container in the correc t position (align arrows).
The appliance is t urned “Off”. Press the power but ton (
) to turn “On”.
Check that the plug is securely inser ted into the elect rical outlet .
Check the fuse or circuit breaker.
The unit has overlo aded. The applia nce will stop and the power light will flash. Unplug and wait approximately 15 minutes before using again.

Check to make sure the unit is not overloaded.
Food is Unevenly Chopped.

The food has been over processed. Use Auto-i Q™ Pulse button for controlled processing.
Food Collects On Lid or On the Sides of the Container.
The mixture is too thick. Add more liquid.
You Cannot Achieve Snow From Solid Ice.
Do not use ice that ha s been sitting out or has star ted to melt. Use ice straight from the freezer.
Start with a few pulses and then go to a continuous blending cycle.
Motor Base Won’t Stick to Counter or Table Top.
Make sure surface and suction feet are wiped clean. Suction feet will only stick to smooth surfaces. Suc tion feet WI LL NOT stick on some surfaces such as, wood, tile and non-polished fi nishes.
DO NOT attempt to use appliance when the motor base is stuck to a surface that is not secure, (cutting board, plat ter, plates, etc.).
You get an “Err” Message
Your Ninja® is able to detect whi ch jar is on the base. You may be tr ying to use a program that is not designed for the jar you have installed. T he programs will light up indicating which programs are available for each jar.
You have a blinking red light
The unit is not installed properly. For your safety the unit will only be able to be turned on when it is properly assembled. Please refer to the assembly pages of this inspiration guide for assis tance.

This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear of parts and does not apply to any unit that has been tampered with or
