คุณสมบัติหลักของเครื่อง

เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันน้ำสูงสามารถใช้งาน
ได้ตามคำแนะนำดังต่อไปนี้

1. สำหรับล้างรถยนต์ รถจักรยานยนต์
และยานพาหนะอื่นๆ

2. สำหรับฉีดพ่นรถน้ำต้นไม้ ดอกไม้
สนามหญ้า

3. สำหรับการฉีดพ่นยาฆ่าเชื้อและการฉีด
พ่นอื่นๆ ในพื้นที่บริเวณกว้าง

4. สำหรับการฉีดล้างพื้นผนังภายนอก
หน้าต่าง พื้น ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องสุขา หรือ
ในซอกมุมอื่นที่ยากในการทำความสะอาด

5. การทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวของชิ้นงาน
วัตถุ ในสถานที่ต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งซอกที่เข้าถึง
ยากหลุมร่องและสถานที่อื่นที่ยากจะทำ
ความสะอาด

ควรแน่ใจว่าพื้นผิวที่ท่านต้องการทำความ
สะอาดทนต่อแรงดันน้ำสูง

1. สามารถใช้กระบอกฉีด ด้ามฉีดแบบ
ไกปืนหรือสายฉีดแรงดันสูงได้อย่างอิสระ
ในขณะใช้งานคุณสามารถตั้งขึ้นหรือวางลงได้
สะดวกในการเคลื่อนย้ายและการเก็บรักษา

ติดตั้งเครื่องป้องกันเอาไว้เสมอให้มีสภาพการ
ใช้งานที่ดีปรับตั้งอย่างถูกต้องและวางเครื่อง
แนวตรงไม่เอียงหรือพลิกเครื่องห้ามพยายาม
ใช้เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันโดยปราศจาก
เครื่องป้องกันที่มีให้พร้อมเครื่อง

! ถอดกุญแจปรับตั้ง

ก่อนติดเครื่องทุกครั้งให้ตรวจสอบว่า
กุญแจและประแจที่ช่วยในการปรับตั้ง
ต่างๆนั้นไม่ติดค้างอยู่ที่เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดัน

! จัดเก็บสิ่งของอื่น ๆออกจากพื้นที่
ที่จะทำงาน

อุบัติเหตุอาจเกิดขึ้นได้หากบริเวณที่ใช้งาน

มีสิ่งของรกรุงรัง ควรจัดเก็บสิ่งของออก
จากพื้นที่นั้น ๆ ก่อนและหลีกเลี่ยงการ
ใช้งานบริเวณพื้นที่มีความลื่น

! สภาพแวดล้อมที่อันตราย

ห้ามใช้เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันในสภาวะชื้น
หรือ เปียกหรือท่ามกลางฝน ควรจัด
บริเวณ ที่ใช้งานให้มีพื้นที่ทำงานเพียงพอ
และทำให้พื้นที่มีแสงสว่างดีพอ ห้ามใช้
เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันในขณะที่มีความเสี่ยง
ของการระเบิด หรือไฟไหม้จากวัสดุที่
ไหม้ไฟได้ ของเหลวไวไฟ ก๊าซไวไฟหรือ
ฝุ่นผงของสารประเภทระเบิด ในขณะ
ใช้เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันให้หลีกเลี่ยงสิ่ง

! ใช้งานเครื่องให้ถูกวัตถุประสงค์

ไม่ควรใช้เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันสำหรับวัตถุ
ประสงค์อื่นที่ไม่ได้รับการออกแบบมาให้ใช้
ห้ามใช้เครื่องขนาดเล็กสำหรับงานที่ต้องการ
ใช้เครื่องมือสำหรับงานหนัก

! สวมใส่เสื้อผ้าและรองเท้าที่เหมาะสม

ในขณะใช้งาน ไม่ควรใส่เสื้อผ้าหลวม

สวมใส่หน้ากากเพื่อความปลอดภัย

ในการปกป้องดวงตาเนื่องจากเลนส์นั้น
ไม่ต้านทานการกระแทกและอาจแตกได้
ให้ใช้หน้ากากกันใบหน้าหรือกันฝุ่นขณะ
ทำงานที่ก่อให้เกิดฝุ่น ทำให้แน่ใจว่า
อุปกรณ์ป้องกันฝุ่นนั้นทำงานและถูกใช้

! การป้องกันจากการสั่นสะเทือน

ในการใช้งานมือจับเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดัน
อาจก่อให้เกิดการสั่นสะเทือน การสวม
ถุงมือที่ให้ความอบอุ่นหนาและแห้งจะช่วย
ในการรักษาระดับการไหลเวียนเลือดอาจช่วย
ในการลดแรงสั่นสะเทือนที่ทำให้เกิดความ
เจ็บปวดบริเวณนิ้วมือได้ เครื่องมือนี้ไม่
ได้ถูกออกแบบให้ใช้งานเป็นระยะเวลานาน
หรือใช้งานในระดับอุตสาหกรรม

! ทำงานอย่างปลอดภัย

การเก็บรักษาเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันให้
อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้งานได้ดีอยู่เสมอ
ให้เก็บรักษาเครื่องมือให้สะอาดและมีสภาพ
ใหม่เพื่อประสิทธิภาพที่ดีและปลอดภัย
ที่สุดและควรแน่ใจว่าช่องระบายอากาศ
ของเครื่องสะอาดไม่มีสิ่งอุดตันหรือปิดกั้น
ช่องระบายอากาศ

! ถอดปลั๊กทุกครั้ง

การเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ทุกครั้งต้องถอดปลั๊ก
ไฟออกก่อนเสมอ

! ส่วนประกอบต่างๆ

ห้ามใช้อุปกรณ์หรือส่วนประกอบอื่นๆ
นอกเหนือไปจากที่ระบุไว้ในคู่มือฉบับนี้
เนื่องจากการใช้ส่วนประกอบที่ไม่เหมาะสม
อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายหรือบาดเจ็บได้

! ห้ามยืนบนเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดัน

การยืนบนเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันของท่านหรือ
บนขาตั้งของเครื่องอาจก่อให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บ
รุนแรงหากเครื่องล้มพลิกหรือมีการสัมผัส
ถูกใบพัดเครื่องโดยอุบัติเหตุ ห้ามเก็บสิ่ง

ของต่างๆไว้บนหรือใกล้เครื่องมือซึ่งอาจ
ทำให้เกิดมีความจำเป็นจะต้องยืนบนเครื่อง
หรือขาตั้งเครื่องเพื่อเอื้อมถึงวัสดุ

! ปิดสวิตซ์ก่อนเสียบปลั๊ก

ก่อนเสียบปลั๊กควรแน่ใจว่าสวิตซ์การทำงาน

! การใช้สายไฟอย่างถูกต้อง

ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการเดินสายไฟและ
สายเชื่อมต่อต่าง ๆ ถูกต้องและอยู่ใน
สภาพดีหากพบว่าสายไฟหรือสายเชื่อมต่อ
ชำรุด ควรส่งซ่อมโดยช่างผู้ชำนาญ
การถอดปลั๊กทุกครั้งไม่ควรกระชากหรือดึง
สายไฟ ให้จับบริเวณหัวปลั๊กแล้วค่อย ๆ
ดึงออกจากเต้ารับ ห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายเครื่อง
โดยการลากที่สายไฟหรือสายเชื่อมต่อ
ต่าง ๆ ควรระวังสายไฟและสายเชื่อมต่อ
ต่าง ๆให้ห่างจากความชื้น ความร้อน
น้ำมัน สารละลายและของมีคม

! ตรวจสอบความเสียหายหรือชิ้นส่วนที่
ขาดหาย

ก่อนการใช้งานแต่ละครั้ง ให้ตรวจสอบ
ว่ามีส่วนใดของเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันที่
ชำรุดหรือขาดหายไปให้ตรวจสอบอย่าง
ละเอียดและระมัดระวังว่าเครื่องทำงานตาม
ปกติและถูกต้องหรือไม่ ตรวจสอบการตั้ง
ของเครื่องว่าไม่เอียงหรือพลิกหาก

เครื่องยังเคลื่อนไม่มั่นคงควรหาที่ยึดติด
ส่วนป้องกันใดๆหรือชิ้นส่วนอื่นที่เสียหาย
ควรที่จะได้รับการซ่อมแซมอย่างถูกต้องหรือ
เปลี่ยนใหม่ห้ามใช้หากว่าสวิตช์เพาเวอร์
ไม่สามารถหมุนเปิดหรือหมุนปิดได้
ตรวจสอบสภาวะอื่นซึ่งอาจกระทบต่อความ
ปลอดภัยในการใช้งานเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดัน

! ทิศทางของการจ่ายน้ำ

ระวังเรื่องทิศทางน้ำเข้าต้องป้อนน้ำเข้า
สู่ช่องน้ำเข้าเท่านั้น

! ห้ามเปิดการทำงานเครื่องทิ้งไว้โดย
ไม่มีผู้ใช้งาน

ห้ามเปิดการทำงานเครื่องทิ้งไว้ ให้รอ
จนกระทั่งเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันนั้นหยุดสนิท
ก่อน แล้วจึงถอดปลั๊กจากแหล่งพลังงาน

! ห้ามฉีดกระแสน้ำเข้าสู่ผู้คนหรือสัตว์
เนื่องจากแรงดันน้ำมีพลังสูงมาก และอาจ
เกิดการบาดเจ็บรุนแรง หลีกเหลี่ยงการ
เล็งฉีดไปที่ตัวเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดัน หรือ
แหล่งจ่ายพลังงาน
! ห้ามใช้ในพื้นที่ที่มีการหมุนเวียนอากาศ
ต่ำและห้ามปิดคลุมเครื่องในขณะที่ใช้งาน
! ทำให้แน่ใจเสมอว่าแรงน้ำที่จ่ายนั้นได้
รับการต่อเชื่อมและการไหลของน้ำต่อเนื่อง
เข้าสู่เครื่องในขณะใช้งาน หากเครื่องฉีด

ล้างแรงดันทำงานในขณะแห้ง(ไม่มีน้ำผ่าน)
อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อตัวเครื่อง
ที่ไม่สามารถซ่อมได้
! ต้องทำให้แน่ใจว่า คุณได้ขึ้นล็อกไกใน
ตำแหน่งปลอดภัยเมื่อหยุดการฉีดพ่น
แม้ว่าจะเป็นการหยุดในช่วงเวลาสั้นก็ตาม
! หลังการใช้งานควรที่จะถ่ายน้ำทั้งหมด
ออกจากเครื่องเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงจากการ
กัดกร่อน
! เมื่อไม่ได้ใช้งานควรเก็บเครื่องไว้ใน
บริเวณที่แห้ง แต่อุณหภูมิไม่ลดลงต่ำกว่า

ฝนตกหรือระหว่างมีพายุฟ้าคะนอง
! ให้สวมใส่แว่นหรือหน้ากากเพื่อความ
ปลอดภัยเสมอ รวมทั้งเสื้อผ้ากันน้ำ
ในขณะเดินเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดัน
! เมื่อคุณเสร็จสิ้นการใช้เครื่องฉีดล้าง
แรงดันให้ดำเนินตามขั้นตอนนี้เพื่อเตรียม
ผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าจัดเก็บ เสมอ

1. ปิดสวิตซ์และถอดปลั๊กออกจากแหล่ง
พลังงานไฟฟ้าหลัก

4. ถอดเครื่องออกจากแหล่งจ่ายน้ำและ
ห้ามปิดแหล่งจ่ายน้ำก่อนปิดสวิตซ์
มอเตอร์ปั๊มเพื่อป้องกันปั๊มเดินขณะแห้ง

ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อตัวเครื่อง
ที่ไม่อาจซ่อมแซมได้ ห้ามถอดสายปล่อย
แรงดันสูงจากเครื่องขณะที่ระบบยังผลิต
แรงดันอยู่ ให้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนดังกล่าว
ขั้นต้น
! เมื่อใช้สายต่อ ทำให้แน่ใจว่าใช้ฟิวส์ 13
แอมป์ และสายต่อต้องไม่ยาวเกิน 25
เมตร หากใช้ม้วนสายเคเบิ้ล ให้คลายสาย
เคเบิ้ลให้สุดก่อนใช้งาน เสมอ (หาก
ปล่อยให้ยังคงม้วนอยู่จะเป็นการสร้าง
ความร้อนและอาจเกิดอันตรายจากไฟไหม้)
ให้ใช้สายเคเบิ้ลที่ได้รับการแนะนำให้
ใช้ภายนอกอาคารได้
! น้ำที่ใช้ต้องมีแรงดันสม่ำเสมอตลอด
ช่วงเวลาที่ท่านใช้งานเครื่อง หากใช้น้ำ
ร่วมกับเครื่องใช้อื่นที่อาจกระทบต่อแรงดัน
น้ำ เช่น เครื่องซักผ้าที่เรียกใช้น้ำแบบเปิด

ชำรุด เช่น กระแทกพื้น
! ต้องวางเครื่องในตำแหน่งที่ถูกต้อง
เสมอ ห้ามเอียงหรือพลิกเครื่อง
! เครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันมีน้ำหนักมาก
ควรระมัดระวังเวลายกเครื่อง
! ห้าม ต่อเชื่อมเครื่องฉีดล้างแรงดันเข้า

กับแหล่งจ่ายน้ำร้อนเนื่องจากจะเป็นการ
ลดอายุการใช้งานปั้มอย่างรวดเร็ว
! ต้องเปิดปากกระบอกพ่นภายในเวลา
หนึ่ง ถึงสองนาทีหลังจากเครื่องได้ถูก
เปิดใช้งาน มิเช่นนั้นแล้วอุณหภูมิของน้ำ
ที่หมุนเวียนภายในเครื่องจะขึ้นสูงเกินไป
และก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายภายใน
! เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการใช้งาน ให้ใช้ปุ่มความ

การประกอบและวิธีการใช้งาน

7. ต่อสายฉีดแรงดันสูงเข้ากับช่องน้ำออก
บนตัวเครื่อง

8. ต่อสายจ่ายน้ำเข้ากับช่องน้ำเข้าบนตัว
เครื่อง

9. ต่อปลายสายอีกด้านเข้ากับก๊อกจ่ายน้ำ

10. กดด้ามฉีดไกปืนและเปิดก๊อกน้ำเพื่อ

ฉีดไล่อากาศภายในเครื่อง

11. เสียบปลั๊กและกดสวิทช์เปิดเครื่อง

12. หมุนปากกระบอกฉีดเพื่อปรับขนาด

หัวฉีดให้กว้างหรือแคบ จนได้ในรูปแบบ
ที่ต้องการ ดูภาพประกอบ 1 และ 2 (หาก
ท่านใช้น้ำผงซักฟอกร่วมด้วยในระหว่าง
ใช้งานให้ดันหัวฉีดไปตามทิศทางในภาพ
ประกอบที่ 3 ลูกศรหมายเลข 2
หากท่านไม่ต้องการน้ำผงซักฟอกร่วมด้วย
ในระหว่างใช้งาน ให้ดันหัวฉีดไปตามทิศ
ทางในภาพประกอบที่ 3 ลูกศรหมายเลข 1)

1. วางตั้งเครื่องขึ้น บนพื้นผิวที่ราบเรียบ

2. ตรวจสอบตัวกรองน้ำเข้าว่าไม่มีสิ่งใด

อุดตันหรือปิดกั้นทำให้น้ำไม่สามารถผ่านได้

3. ท่านสามารถใช้น้ำผงซักฟอกร่วมด้วย
ได้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำความ
สะอาด

4. ต่อหัวฉีดเข้ากับกระบอกฉีดและต่อ
กระบอกฉีดเข้ากับด้ามฉีดแบบไกปืน

5. คลายสายฉีดแรงดันสูงออก เพื่อไม่ให้
สายพับหรือบิด

6. ต่อด้ามฉีดแบบไกปืนเข้ากับสายฉีด
แรงดันสูง

13. เมื่อใช้งานเสร็จ ให้ปิดน้ำ จากนั้นปิด
สวิทช์ แล้วถอดปลั๊กออก

และใช้เข็มทำความสะอาดหัวฉีด

แทงเข้าไปในหัวฉีดเพื่อขจัดสิ่งอุดตัน
ออกจากปากกระบอกฉีด

1. ประกอบมือจับลากเครื่อง

14. เมื่อหัวฉีดเกิดการอุดตัน ให้ถอด

กระบอกฉีดออกมาจากด้ามฉีดแบบไกปืน

ร่วมด้วย

1. เติมน้ำผงซักฟอก ลงในแท็งก์ใส่น้ำ
ผงซักฟอกและปิดฝาแท็งก์ให้เรียบร้อย

2. ปรับปลายกระบอกฉีดไปยังตำแหน่ง
แรงดันน้ำต่ำ ตามคำแนะนำหน้า 7

สวมปลายกระบอกฉีดเข้ากับกระบอกฉีด
อีกชิ้นโดยใส่ให้ตรงกับร่อง ตามเส้นประ

when operation creates dust.
Ensure dust extraction
equipment is functioning and
correctly used. Hearing
protection should be used if the
sound intensity level for the
operator could exceed 85
dB(A). Use a hard hat where
there is a risk of falling objects
or striking your head on low

level obstructions.

! Protect yourself from
vibration.

Hand held power tools may
produce viration. V ibration can
cause disease. Gloves to keep
the operator warm and dry and
therefore maintain good blood

! Do not abuse the power cord

Be sure your cable/extension
cable is properly wired and in
good condition. Always
replace a damaged cable/

extension cable or have it
repaired by aqualified person
before using it. Never yank or
pull the cable to disconnect it
from the power socket. Never
carry your power tool by it’s
cable. Keep the cable away
from damp, heat, oil , solvents,
and sharp edges.

Before each use check if any

BEFORE switching off the
pump motor to prevent the
pump running dry, as this will

. Only use a cable that is
recommended for outdoor use.
! The water supply should
provide a consistent pressure
throughout the period you are
using the pressure washer.
Make sure that , if the supply
is shared by an appliance
which could affect the water
pressure eg a washing machine
wich draws water on and off
periodically through it’s
programme cycle, that the
appliance is not used whilst
using the pressure washer.
! Handle the lance with care,
ensuring that the tip is not

damaged eg striking the ground
in use.
! The pressure washer should
always be used in its upright
position.
! Pressure washers can be
deceptively heavy , so take care
when lifting.
! NEVER connect the pressure
washer to the hot water supply ,
as this will rapidly reduce the
life of the pump.
! It is necessary to turn on the
spray lance within one or two
minutes after the machine has
been switchedon. Otherwise,

the temperature of the water
circulating within the machine
will soon rise to a critical point
and will cause internal damage.
! When you have finished using
the machine, use the safety
button on the lance handle to
prevent the trigger from being
accidentally activated (see fig
B).
! It is highly recommended that
you use a Residual Current
Device (RCD) – not supplied­with this product, to provide
you with maximum protection
from the risk of electrocution

placed on a flat ground.

2. Check the water entry filler
to make sure it is free of
blockage.

3. Use detergent to make better
wash.

4. Connect the nozzle onto the
spray lance and the lance onto
the gun handle.

5. Loosen the high pressure
hose to avoid twist.

6. Connect the gun with the
high pressure hose.

7. Connect the hose onto the
water output exit.

8. Connect the water supply
hose to the water entry of the
machine.

9. Connect another end of the
supply hose to water source.

10. Press the gun trigger and
turn on the water tap to expel
the air inside the machine.

11. Plug in and turn on the
machine.

12. Turn the nozzle until the
water stream is in a shape you
want. See pic 1 and pic 2 for
reference. (if you will use

OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS

Silverline Pressure Washers
are fitted with an ‘Autostop’
feature which means that the
machine is only activated when
the lance trigger is depressed,
and automatically deactivates
the water flow when the trigger
is released. This saves water
and power, and gives the user
greater control of the product.
In ‘Autostop’ mode, the water
flow stops, but the pump
continues to run. If you intend
to suspend the water flow for
more than 3 minutes, switch
the pressure washer off.

MAINTENANCE

It is highly recommended that
you clean the nozzle with the
cleaning pin (see fig D) after
each use.
