Problem:
Customer feedback low ringer tone.
Solution:
New Flex files have been released to production on 28 Nov 02. Then new flex file 07C & above
consists changes of:
Turn on all the loudest standard tones. Similar to “Classic” tone.
Replaced all the soft ringer tones with louder ringer tones (selected based on survey done by
regional service
centers and final selection by regional marketing; HK,TWN, China and Singapore)
Moved all the louder ringer tones to the top, so that the user could select from loudest to
softest.
Service Action:
1. Use PST tool to flex with new flex file 07C or above.

2. Flex the attached flex file .
The 10 new MIDI tones that generated by CXD. After the feedback and study by CXD, they have
released this loud tone for our trial. The plan is to load this new tone to our RB phone, please try out
and provided your feedback.
3. Do master reset & master clear in normal user mode after flexing.
