2 Hinweise für den

sicheren Gebrauch

Das Gerät entspricht allen relevanten Richtlinien der EU und ist deshalb mit

 gekennzeichnet.

Beachten Sie auch unbedingt folgende Punkte:



Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich und schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40°C).



Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Ge fäße, z. B. Trinkgläser, auf das Gerät.



Die im Gerät entstehende Wärme muss durch Luftzirkulation abgegeben werden. De cken Sie die Lüftungsöffnungen am Gehäuse nicht ab.



Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb oder zie hen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,

1. wenn sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder am Netzkabel vorhanden sind,

2. wenn nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Verdacht auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. wenn Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Geben Sie das Gerät in jedem Fall zur Reparatur in eine Fachwerkstatt.



Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie am Kabel aus der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.



Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, niemals Wasser oder Chemikalien.



Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, nicht sicher montiert, nicht richtig angeschlossen, falsch bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sachoder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für das Gerät übernommen werden.

3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Dieser LED-Scheinwerfer dient zur Effektbeleuchtung z. B. auf Bühnen, in Diskotheken und Festsälen. Er besitzt einen beweglichen Kopf, der in einem Bereich von 540° geschwenkt und 180° geneigt werden kann. Als Lichtquelle sind 7 superhelle 10-W-RGBW-LEDs eingesetzt. Mit den LEDs kann farbiges Licht in den drei Grundfarben (Rot, Grün und Blau) und Weiß abgestrahlt werden sowie deren Mischfarben. Außerdem sind Farbüberblendungen und Stroboskop-Effekte möglich.

Der Scheinwerfer ist für die Steuerung über ein DMX-Lichtsteuergerät ausgelegt (8 oder 13 DMXSteuerkanäle). Er kann aber auch allein oder im Verbund mehrerer WASH-40LED (Master-/ SlaveModus) betrieben werden. Zusätzlich sorgt das integrierte Mikrofon für musiksynchrone Effekte.

Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefährli-

cher Netzspannung versorgt. Nehmen Sie deshalb niemals selbst Eingriffe am Gerät vor und stecken Sie nichts durch die Lüftungsöffnungen! Es be steht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.

4 Montage



Platzieren Sie das Gerät immer so, dass im Betrieb eine ausreichende Luftzirkulation ge währleistet ist. Die Lüftungsöffnungen am Ge häuse dürfen auf keinen Fall abgedeckt werden.



Der Abstand zu angrenzenden Flächen muss mindestens 15 cm betragen.

Der WASH-40LED kann auf einer festen, ebenen Fläche aufgestellt werden. Das Gerät lässt sich aber auch kopfüber z. B. an einer Traverse montieren. Zu diesem Zweck den Montagebügel (9) z. B. mit einer stabilen Montageschraube oder einer Lichtstrahler-Halterung (C-Haken) an die Traverse montieren und ihn wie in Abbildung 3 mithilfe der beiden Inbusschrauben (8) an der Bodenplatte befestigen. Für eine zusätzliche Sicherung über ein Fangseil die Ringschraube (7) an der gezeigten Stelle in die Bodenplatte schrauben.

5 Inbetriebnahme

Das beiliegende Netzkabel zuerst in die Netzbuchse (3) stecken und dann in eine Steckdose (230 V~/ 50 Hz). Danach ist das Gerät betriebsbereit und lässt sich über ein DMX-Lichtsteuergerät bedienen (Kap. 8) oder führt eigenständig das eingestellte Steuerungsprogramm aus (Kap. 7). Zum Ausschalten den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

Vorsicht: Das Gerät darf nicht über einen Dimmer an die Netzspannung angeschlossen werden!

6 Bedienung

Die Geräteeinstellungen werden über ein Sys temmenü durchgeführt, das sich mithilfe der Tasten (1) und des Displays (2) bedienen lässt. Nach dem Einschalten der Stromversorgung führt der Scheinwerferkopf zunächst zum Positionsabgleich eine Referenzfahrt durch und zeigt dann auf dem Display die zuletzt eingestellte Betriebsart.

Die Tasten haben folgende Funktionen: – MODE / ESC zur Auswahl eines Menüpunktes –

– ENTER zum Aufrufen eines Menüpunktes und

zum Speichern einer Änderung Die Menüstruktur ist in Kapitel 10.2 dargestellt. Anhand der Kapitel 7 bis 9 mit den Tasten die ge -

wünschten Einstellungen für den jeweiligen Be triebsmodus vornehmen. Das Display erlischt einige Sekunden nach dem letzten Tastendruck und wird beim nächsten Tastendruck wieder eingeschaltet.

Wichtig: Damit eine Einstellung im Gerät gespeichert wird, sodass sie auch nach dem Aus- und Wiedereinschalten der Stromversorgung bestehen bleibt, die Änderung einer Einstellung immer mit der Taste ENTER bestätigen.

WARNUNG Blicken Sie nicht für längere Zeit

direkt in die Lichtquel le, das kann zu Augenschäden führen. Beachten Sie, dass sehr schnelle Lichtwechsel bei fotosensiblen Menschen und Epilep tikern epileptische Anfälle aus lösen können!

WARNUNG Der Scheinwerfer muss fachgerecht

und sicher montiert werden. Wird er an einer Stelle installiert, unter der sich Personen aufhalten können, muss er zusätzlich gesichert werden [z. B. durch ein Fang seil an der Ringschraube (7); das Fangseil so befestigen, dass der Fallweg des Gerätes nicht mehr als 20 cm betragen kann].

7 Betrieb ohne DMX-Steuergerät

Das Gerät verfügt über automatisch ablaufende Show-Programme sowie ein Programm, das über das Mikrofon (10) nach Musik gesteuert werden kann. Zum Aufruf eines dieser Programme:

Mit der Taste ENTER kann jeweils zwischen den beiden alternativen Anzeigen umgeschaltet werden.

7.1 Master/Slave-Betrieb

Mehrere Geräte WASH-40LED können synchron betrieben werden. Dabei übernimmt ein Gerät (Master-Gerät) die Steuerung der übrigen Geräte (Slave-Geräte). Die Geräte mit ein an der zu einer Kette verbinden. Siehe dazu Kapitel 8.1, jedoch ohne den Bedienschritt 1 zu beachten.

Am Master-Gerät ein automatisches oder musik-

gesteuertes Programm aufrufen. Die Slave-Geräte folgendermaßen auf den Slave-Be trieb einstellen:

Mit der Taste ENTER kann zwischen den beiden alternativen Anzeigen umgeschaltet werden.

Ein Slave-Gerät kann auch spiegelsymmetrisch synchron zum Master-Gerät ge steuert werden. Dazu lassen sich die Schwenk- und Neigerichtungen umkehren (



Kap. 9.1 und 9.2).

8 DMX-Steuerung

DMX ist die Abkürzung für Digital Multiplex und ermöglicht die digitale Steuerung von mehreren DMX-Geräten über eine gemeinsame Steuer leitung. Zur Bedienung über ein DMX-Lichtsteuergerät (z. B. DMX-1440 oder DMX-510USB von „img Stage Line“) verfügt der LED-Scheinwerfer über 13 DMX-Steuerka näle. Werden nicht alle Steueroptionen benötigt oder sind am Steuergerät nicht so viele Kanäle verfügbar, kann der WASH-40LED auch auf 8 DMX-Steuerkanäle umgeschaltet werden. Die Funktionen der Kanäle und die entsprechenden DMX-Werte finden Sie in Kapitel 10.1.

8.1 Anschluss

Als DMX-Schnittstelle besitzt das Gerät 3-po lige XLR-Anschlüsse mit folgender Kontaktbelegung:

Pin 1 = Masse, Pin 2 = DMX

Zum Anschluss sollten spezielle Kabel für die DMXSignalübertragung verwendet werden (z. B. Kabel der CDMXN-Serie von „img Stage Line“). Bei Leitungslängen ab 150 m wird grundsätzlich das Zwischen schalten eines DMX-Aufholverstärkers empfohlen (z. B. SR-103DMX von „img Stage Line“).

1) Den Steuereingang INPUT (5) mit dem DMXAusgang des Lichtsteuergerätes oder eines anderen DMX-gesteuerten Gerätes verbinden.

2) Den Steuerausgang OUTPUT (6) mit dem Steuereingang des nächsten DMX-gesteuerten Gerätes verbinden. Des sen Ausgang wieder mit dem Eingang des nachfol genden Gerätes verbinden usw., bis alle DMX-gesteuerten Geräte in einer Kette ange schlossen sind.

3) Um Störungen bei der Signalübertragung auszuschließen, sollte bei langen Leitungen oder bei einer Vielzahl von hintereinandergeschal teten Ge räten der Steuerausgang des letzten DMX-Gerätes der Kette mit einem 120-Ω-Wi der stand (> 0,3 W) ab geschlossen werden: In die Ausgangs buchse einen entsprechenden Ab schluss stecker (z. B. DLT-123 von „img Stage Line“) stecken.

8.2 Anzahl der DMX-Kanäle einstellen

Um den Scheinwerfer mit einem Lichtsteuergerät bedienen zu können, müssen die DMX-Startadres se (Kap. 8.3) und die Anzahl der DMX-Kanäle eingestellt werden. Die Anzahl der DMX-Kanäle hängt von den benötigten Funktionen ab und eventuell auch von der Anzahl der verfügbaren Steuerkanäle am Lichtsteuergerät. Informieren Sie sich im Kapitel 10.1 über die Funktionen, die jeweils im 8- und 13-Kanal-Betrieb zur Verfügung stehen, und wählen Sie danach die Anzahl der DMX-Kanäle aus:

8.3 Startadresse einstellen

Um alle am Lichtsteuergerät angeschlossenen DMX-Geräte separat bedienen zu können, muss jedes Gerät eine eigene Startadresse erhalten. Soll der erste DMX-Kanal des Scheinwerfers vom Lichtsteuergerät z. B. über die DMX-Adresse 5 gesteuert werden, am WASH-40LED die Startadresse 5 einstellen. Die weiteren DMX-Kanäle des Scheinwerfers sind dann automatisch den folgenden Adressen zugeordnet.

1) Die Taste MODE / ESC so oft drücken, bis das Display (xxx = aktuelle DMX-Startadresse) anzeigt.

2) Die Taste ENTER drücken.

3) Solange die erste Anzeigestelle blinkt, mit der Taste



oder  die gewünschte Startadresse

einstellen ( bis ).

4) Die Taste ENTER drücken.

Nach dem Einstellen der Startadresse lässt sich der Scheinwerfer über das DMX-Steuergerät bedienen. Der Empfang von Steuersignalen wird durch einen blinkenden Punkt rechts im Display an gezeigt.

Hinweis: Auch wenn in Schritt 1) bereits die gewünschte Adresse angezeigt wird, zweimal die Taste ENTER drücken, damit der Scheinwerfer per DMX gesteuert wird.

9 Weitere Funktionen

9.1 Schwenkrichtung umkehren

Um die Schwenkrichtung des Scheinwerfers z. B. auf andere, gemeinsam gesteuerte Scheinwerfer abzustimmen:

1) Die Taste MODE / ESC so oft drücken, bis das Display

2) Mit der Taste

oder  wählen, ob die Schwenkrichtung (PAN) umgekehrt werden soll ( ) oder nicht ( ).

3) Die Taste ENTER drücken.

9.2 Neigerichtung umkehren

Um die Neigerichtung des Scheinwerfers z. B. auf andere, gemeinsam gesteuerte Scheinwerfer ab zustimmen:

1) Die Taste MODE / ESC so oft drücken, bis das Display

oder

an zeigt.

2) Mit der Taste oder  wählen, ob die Neigerichtung (TILT) umgekehrt werden soll ( ) oder nicht ( ).

3) Die Taste ENTER drücken.

9.3 Schwenkwinkel begrenzen

Abhängig von der Montageposition und vom Einsatzbereich kann es sinnvoll sein, den Bereich für die Schwenkbewegung (PAN) des Scheinwerfers einzuschränken.

9.4 Neigewinkel begrenzen

Abhängig von der Montageposition und vom Einsatzbereich kann es sinnvoll sein, den Bereich für die Neigebewegung (TILT) des Scheinwerfers einzuschränken.

1) Die Taste MODE / ESC so oft drücken, bis das Display

2) Mit der Taste oder  wählen:

9.5 Anzeige drehen

Damit die Anzeige bei hängender Montage des Scheinwerfers richtig gelesen werden kann, lässt sie sich um 180° drehen.

1) Die Taste MODE / ESC so oft drücken, bis das Display

2) Mit der Taste oder  wählen, ob die Anzeige gedreht werden soll ( ) oder nicht ( ).

3) Die Taste ENTER drücken.

Beispiel: Bei Startadresse 5 für Kanal 1 sind bei 13 Steuerkanälen die Kanäle 2 bis 13 den Adressen 6 bis 17 zugeordnet; die Adresse 18 ist die nächstmögliche freie Startadresse für das folgende DMX-gesteuerte Gerät.

9.6 Gerät zurücksetzen

Damit der Scheinwerferkopf wie nach dem Einschalten der Stromversorgung zum Positionsabgleich eine Referenzfahrt durchführt:

1) Die Taste MODE / ESC so oft drücken, bis das Display anzeigt.

2) Die Taste ENTER drücken.

The unit corresponds to all relevant directives of the EU and is therefore marked with .

Please observe the following items in any case:



The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it against dripping water and splash water, high air humidity and heat (admissible ambient temperature range: 0 – 40°C).



Do not place any vessel with liquid on the unit, e. g. a drinking glass.



The heat generated inside the unit must be dissipated by air circulation; never cover the air vents of the housing.



Do not operate the unit or immediately disconnect the mains plug from the socket

1. if the unit or the mains cable is visibly damaged,

2. if a defect might have occurred after the unit was dropped or suffered a similar accident,

3. if malfunctions occur.

In any case the unit must be repaired by skilled personnel.



Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the mains plug from the socket, always seize the plug.



For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never use water or chemicals.



No guarantee claims for the unit and no liability for any resulting personal damage or material damage will be accepted if the unit is used for other purposes than originally intended, if it is not safely installed or not correctly connected or operated, or if it is not repaired in an expert way.

3 Applications

This LED spotlight is used for effect illumination, e. g. on stage, in discotheques and function rooms. It features a movable head which can be panned by 540° and tilted by 180°. 7 extra-bright 10 W RGBW LEDs are used as a light source. The LEDs are able to radiate coloured light in the three primary colours (red, green and blue) as well as white and light created by additive mixing. In addition, crossfading between colours and stroboscope effects are supported.

The spotlight is designed for control via a DMX light controller (8 or 13 DMX control channels), but it can also be operated independently or together with multiple WASH-40LEDs (master / slave mode). In addition, the integrated microphone provides effects that are in sync with the music.

If the unit is to be put out of operation definitively, take it to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.

WARNING The unit uses dangerous mains volt-

age. Leave servicing to skilled personnel and do not insert anything into the air vents; inexpert handling may result in electric shock.

4 Installation



When positioning the spotlight, always make sure that sufficient air circulation is provided during operation. Never cover the air vents of the housing.



The spotlight must have minimum distance of 15 cm to adjoining surfaces.

Set up the WASH-40LED on a solid and even surface. It is also possible to install it upside down on a crossbar, for example. To do so, install the mounting bracket (9) by means of a stable mounting screw or a support for lighting units (C hook), for example, to a crossbar and then, as shown in figure 3, fasten the mounting bracket to the base plate, using the two hexagon socket screws (8). To additionally secure the unit via a safety rope, fasten the bolt screw (7) to the base plate at the indicated position.

5 Setting the Spotlight into Operation

Connect the mains cable provided to the mains jack (3) and then to a socket (230 V~ / 50 Hz). The unit is then ready for operation and may be operated via a DMX light controller (



chapter 8) or may independently execute the control program that has been set (



chapter 7). To switch off the

unit, disconnect the mains plug from the socket. Caution: Do not connect the unit to the mains volt-

age via a dimmer!

6 Operation

To define the unit settings, use the system menu which can be operated by means of the buttons (1) and the display (2). After power switch-on, the moving head will first conduct a reference move for position adjustment; then the operating mode most recently set will be indicated on the display.

modification The menu structure is shown in chapter 10.2. Refer to chapters 7 to 9 while using the buttons to

make the settings desired for the respective operating mode. The display extinguishes some seconds after the last button was pressed and will reappear when a button is pressed.

Important: To make sure that a setting is stored on the unit and is available after the unit has been switched off and on, always press ENTER to confirm the setting you have changed.

WARNING To prevent damage to your eyes,

never look directly into the light source. Please note that fast changes in light ing may trigger epileptic seizures with photosensitive persons or persons with epilepsy!

WARNING Install the spotlight safely and ex -

pertly. When installing it at a place where people may walk or sit under it, additionally secure it [e. g. via a safety rope on the ring bolt (7); fasten the safety rope in such a way that the maximum falling distance of the unit will not exceed 20 cm].

7 Operation without DMX Controller

The unit provides automatic show programs and a program that can be music-controlled via a microphone (10). To call up one of these programs:

7.1 Master / slave operation

Multiple WASH-40LEDs can be operated in sync. In this mode, one unit (master unit) controls the other units (slave units). Connect the units in a chain. Please also refer to chapter 8.1, ignoring step 1.

On the master unit, call up an automatic or

music-controlled program. Proceed as follows to set the slave units to slave operation:

Press the button ENTER to switch between the two alternative display indications.

A slave unit may also be synchronously controlled in a mirror-inverted way with regard to the master unit. For this, the pan and tilt directions can be inverted (

8 DMX Controller

DMX is short for digital multiplex and allows for the digital control of multiple DMX units via a common control line. For operation via a DMX light controller (e. g. DMX-1440 or DMX-510USB from “img Stage Line”), the LED spotlight is equipped with 13 DMX control channels. If not all control options are re quired or if the controller does not provide 13 control channels, the WASH-40LED may be switched to 8 DMX control channels. Please refer to chapter

10.1 for more information on channel functions and DMX values.

8.1 Connection

For DMX connection, 3-pole XLR jacks with the following pin configuration are provided:

Pin 1 = ground, pin 2 = DMX-, pin 3 = DMX+ For connection, use special cables for DMX signal

transmission (e. g. cables of the CDMXN series from “img Stage Line”). For cable lengths exceeding 150 m, it is generally recommended to insert a DMX level matching amplifier (e. g. SR-103DMX from “img Stage Line”).

1) Connect the control INPUT (5) to the DMX output of the light controller or to the DMX output of another DMX-controlled unit.

2) Connect the control OUTPUT (6) to the control input of the following DMX-controlled unit. Connect the output of this DMX-controlled unit to the input of the following unit etc. until all DMX-controlled units have been connected in a chain.

3) To prevent interference in signal transmission, in case of long cables or a multitude of units connected in series, terminate the control output of the last DMX unit in the chain with a 120 Ω resistor (> 0.3W): Connect a corresponding terminating plug (e. g. DLT-123 from “img Stage Line”) to the output jack.

8.2 Setting the number of DMX channels

To operate the spotlight with a light controller, the DMX start address (chapter 8.3) and the number of DMX channels must be set. The number of DMX channels depends on the functions required and possibly on the number of control channels that are available at the light controller. Please refer to chapter 10.1 for more information on the functions that are provided for 8- and 13-channel operation, and then select the number of DMX channels accordingly:

8.3 Setting the start address

For separate control of all DMX units connected to the light controller, each unit must have its own start address. If the first DMX channel of the spotlight is to be controlled by the light controller via DMX address 5, for example, set the start address on the WASH-40LED to 5. All other DMX channels of the spotlight will be automatically assigned to the following addresses.

1) Press the button MODE / ESC repeatedly until the display indicates (xxx = current DMX start address).

2) Press the button ENTER.

3) While the first character on the display flashes, use the buttons or  to set the start address desired ( to ).

4) Press the button ENTER.

After the start address has been set, the spotlight can be operated via the DMX controller. A dot on the right-hand side of the display flashes to indicate that control signals are being received.

Note: Even if the address desired is already indicated in step 1), press the button ENTER twice to have the spotlight controlled via DMX.

9 Additional Functions

9.1 Inverting the pan direction

To match the pan direction of the spotlight to, for example, other jointly controlled spotlights:

Respectez scrupuleusement les points suivants :



Lʼappareil nʼest conçu que pour une utilisation en intérieur. Protégez-le de tout type de projections dʼeau, des éclaboussures, dʼune humidité élevée de lʼair et de la chaleur (plage de température de fonctionnement autorisée : 0 – 40°C).



En aucun cas, vous ne devez poser dʼobjet contenant du liquide, ou un verre, sur lʼappareil.



La chaleur générée dans lʼappareil doit être évacuée par une circulation correcte de lʼair : en aucun cas, les ouïes de ventilation du boîtier ne doivent être obturées.



Ne faites pas fonctionner lʼappareil ou débranchez-le immédiatement du secteur lorsque :

1. des dommages visibles apparaissent sur lʼappareil ou sur le cordon secteur,

2. après une chute ou un cas similaire, vous avez un doute sur lʼétat de lʼappareil,

3. des dysfonctionnements apparaissent.

Dans tous les cas, les dommages doivent être réparés par un technicien spécialisé.



Ne débranchez jamais lʼappareil en tirant sur le cordon secteur ; retirez toujours le cordon secteur en tirant la fiche.



Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux, en aucun cas de produits chimiques ou dʼeau.



Nous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de dommages matériels ou corporels résultants si lʼappareil est utilisé dans un but autre que celui pour lequel il a été conçu, sʼil nʼest pas monté dʼune manière sûre, correctement utilisé ou nʼest pas réparée par une personne habilitée, en outre, la garantie deviendrait caduque.

3 Possibilités dʼutilisation

Ce projecteur LED permet des éclairages avec effets par exemple sur scène, en discothèque et dans des salles des fêtes. Il possède une tête mobile, pouvant être tournée de 540° et inclinée de 180°. Comme source de lumière, lʼappareil possède 7 LEDs très claires 10 W RGBW. Avec les LEDs, on peut diffuser une lumière de couleur dans les trois couleurs primaires (rouge, vert et bleu), en blanc et les couleurs mixées. De plus, des transitions de couleur et des effets stroboscope sont possibles.

Le projecteur est conçu pour une gestion via un contrôleur DMX (8 ou 13 canaux DMX). Il peut également fonctionner seul ou combiné avec plusieurs WASH-40LED (mode Master / Slave). De plus, le microphone interne permet des effets synchronisés avec la musique.

Lorsque lʼappareil est définitivement retiré du service, vous devez le déposer dans une usine de recyclage adaptée pour contribuer à son élimination non polluante.

AVERTISSEMENT Lʼappareil est alimenté par une

tension dangereuse. Ne touchez jamais lʼintérieur de lʼappareil ! Risque de décharge électrique.

4 Montage



Placez lʼappareil toujours de telle sorte que pendant le fonctionnement, une circulation dʼair suffisante soit assurée. Les ouïes de ventilation du boîtier ne doivent en aucun cas être obturées.



La distance avec les surfaces voisines devrait être de 15 cm au moins.

La WASH-40LED peut être posée sur une surface fixe et plane. Elle peut également être montée, tête en bas, sur une traverse. Dans ce cas, montez lʼétrier de montage (9) par exemple avec une vis de montage solide ou un support pour projecteur (crochet C) sur une traverse. Fixez-le ensuite, comme présenté sur le schéma 3, avec deux vis à six pans creux (8) sur la plaque de base. Pour une sécurité supplémentaire avec une élingue, attachez la vis à œillet (7) à la plaque de base à lʼendroit indiqué.

5 Mise en service

Reliez tout dʼabord le cordon secteur livré à la prise secteur (3) puis à une prise secteur 230 V~ / 50 Hz, le projecteur est alors prêt à fonctionner et peut être utilisé via un contrôleur DMX (chapitre 8) ou mener de manière indépendante le programme de commande réglé (chapitre 7). Pour éteindre, débranchez la prise du secteur.

Attention : lʼappareil ne doit pas être relié à la ten- sion dʼalimentation via un dimmer !

6 Utilisation

Les réglages de lʼappareil sʼeffectuent via un menu système utilisable avec les touches (1) et lʼaffichage (2). Une fois lʼalimentation allumée, la tête du projecteur fait un mouvement de référence pour régler la position ; sur lʼaffichage, le dernier mode de fonctionnement réglé sʼaffiche.

Vous trouverez dans le chapitre 10.2 la structure du menu.

Selon les indications des chapitres 7 à 9, effectuez les réglages avec les touches pour le mode de fonctionnement correspondant. Lʼaffichage sʼéteint quelques secondes après la dernière pression sur une touche et se rallume à la prochaine pression sur une touche.

Important : pour pouvoir mémoriser un réglage dans lʼappareil qui reste même après lʼarrêt et le rallumage, confirmez toujours la modification dʼun réglage avec la touche ENTER.

AVERTISSEMENT Ne regardez jamais directement

la source de lumière, cela pourrait causer des troubles de la vision. Nʼoubliez pas que des changements très rapides de lumière peuvent déclencher des crises dʼépilepsie chez les personnes photosensibles et épileptiques.

AVERTISSEMENT Lʼappareil doit être monté de

manière professionnelle et sûre. Si lʼappareil est installé à un endroit sous lequel des personnes peuvent se trouver, il doit en plus être assuré (par exemple par une élingue de sécurité à la vis à œillet (7). Fixez-la de telle sorte que la chute de lʼappareil ne puisse pas être supérieure à 20 cm.)

7.1 Mode Master / Slave

Plusieurs WASH-40LED peuvent fonctionner de manière synchrone. Un appareil (appareil Master) prend en charge la gestion des appareils restants (appareils Slave). Reliez les appareils ensemble en une chaîne. Reportez-vous au chapitre 8.1 sans tenir compte du point 1.

Appelez sur lʼappareil Master un programme au-

tomatique ou géré par la musique. Réglez les appareils Slave en conséquence sur le mode Slave :

8 Gestion DMX

DMX est lʼabréviation de Digital Multiplex et signifie transmission digitale de plusieurs appareils DMX via un câble commun de commande. Pour une gestion via un contrôleur DMX (p. ex. DMX-1440 ou DMX-510USB de “img Stage Line”), le projecteur dispose de 13 canaux de commande DMX. Si toutes les options de commande ne sont pas nécessaires ou si sur le contrôleur il nʼy a pas autant de canaux, la WASH-40LED peut être commutée sur 8 canaux de commande DMX. Vous trouverez les fonctions des canaux et les valeurs DMX dans le chapitre 10.1

8.1 Branchement DMX

Pour la connexion DMX, des branchements XLR 3 pôles avec la configuration de contact suivante sont prévus :

Pin 1 = masse, pin 2 = DMX

, pin 3 = DMX+

Pour le branchement, il est recommandé dʼutiliser des câbles spécifiques pour la transmission de signaux DMX (par exemple câbles des séries CDMXN de “img Stage Line”). Pour des longueurs de liaison à partir de 150 m, il est recommandé dʼinsérer un amplificateur répétiteur DMX (par exemple SR-103DMX de “img Stage Line”).

1) Reliez lʼentrée INPUT (5) à la sortie DMX du contrôleur ou dʼun autre appareil géré par DMX.

2) Reliez la sortie OUTPUT (6) à lʼentrée du prochain appareil géré par DMX. Reliez sa sortie à lʼentrée de lʼappareil suivant et ainsi de suite de manière à ce que tous les appareils gérés par DMX forment une chaîne.

3) Pour éviter les perturbations lors de la transmission du signal, il convient, pour de longs câbles ou pour une multitude dʼappareils branchés les uns derrière les autres, de terminer la sortie du dernier appareil DMX de la chaîne avec une résistance 120 Ω (> 0,3W) : mettez un bouchon (par exemple DLT-123 de “img Stage Line”) dans la prise de sortie.

8.2 Réglage du nombre de canaux DMX

Pour pouvoir utiliser le projecteur avec un contrôleur, il faut régler lʼadresse de démarrage DMX (



chapitre 8.3) et le nombre de canaux DMX. Le nombre de canaux DMX dépend des fonctions nécessaires et éventuellement du nombre de canaux disponibles sur le contrôleur. Retrouvez dans le chapitre 10.1 les fonctions disponibles respectivement en mode 8 canaux et mode 13 canaux et sélectionnez le nombre de canaux DMX :

8.3 Réglage de lʼadresse de démarrage

Pour pouvoir utiliser séparément tous les appareils DMX reliés à un contrôleur, il faut que chaque appareil reçoive une adresse de démarrage propre. Si le premier canal DMX du projecteur doit être géré par le contrôleur par exemple via lʼadresse DMX 5, réglez sur la WASH-40LED lʼadresse de démarrage 5. Les autres canaux DMX du projecteur sont automatiquement attribués aux adresses suivantes.

1) Appuyez sur la touche MODE / ESC jusquʼà ce que lʼaffichage indique (xxx = adresse actuelle de démarrage DMX).

2) Appuyez sur la touche ENTER.

3) Tant que la première position de lʼaffichage clignote, réglez lʼadresse de démarrage voulue ( à ) avec la touche

Une fois lʼadresse de démarrage réglée, le projecteur peut être utilisé via le contrôleur DMX. La réception de signaux de commande est indiquée sur lʼaffichage à droite par un point clignotant.

Conseil : Même si dans le point 1) lʼadresse souhaitée est déjà affichée, appuyez deux fois sur la touche ENTER pour que le projecteur soit géré par DMX.

9.1 Inversion du sens de rotation

Pour adapter le sens de rotation du projecteur par exemple à un autre projecteur géré ensemble :

2 Avvertenze di sicurezza

Lʼapparecchio è conforme a tutte le direttive rilevanti dellʼUE e pertanto porta la sigla

Si devono osservare assolutamente anche i seguenti punti:



Usare lʼapparecchio solo allʼinterno di locali e proteggerlo dall'acqua gocciolante e dagli spruzzi d'acqua, da alta umidità dell'aria e dal calore (temperatura dʼimpiego ammessa fra 0 e 40 °C).



Non depositare sull'apparecchio dei contenitori riempiti di liquidi, p. es. bicchieri.



Devʼessere garantita la libera circolazione dellʼaria per dissipare il calore che viene prodotto allʼinterno dell'apparecchio. Non coprire in nessun modo le fessure dʼaerazione del contenitore.



Non mettere in funzione lʼapparecchio o staccare subito la spina rete se:

1. lʼapparecchio o il cavo rete presentano dei danni visibili;

2. dopo una caduta o dopo eventi simili sussiste il sospetto di un difetto;

3. lʼapparecchio non funziona correttamente.

Per la riparazione rivolgersi sempre ad unʼofficina competente.



Staccare il cavo rete afferrando la spina, senza tirare il cavo.



Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso acqua o prodotti chimici.



Nel caso dʼuso improprio, di montaggio non sicuro, di collegamenti sbagliati, dʼimpiego scorretto o di riparazione non a regola dʼarte dell'apparecchio, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per l'apparecchio.

3 Possibilità d'impiego

Questo proiettore con LED serve per l'illuminazione, per esempio sul palcoscenico, in discoteche o in saloni. Possiede una testa mobile che può essere girata di 540° e inclinata di 180°. Come fonte luminosa sono presenti 7 LED superluminosi RGBW di 10 W. Con i LED si può irradiare della luce colorata nei tre colori fondamentali (rosso, verde e blu) e bianco, nonché nei colori miscelati da questi. Inoltre sono possibili delle dissolvenze di colori e degli effetti stroboscopici.

Il proiettore è previsto per il comando tramite unʼunità DMX di comando luce (8 o 13 canali di comando DMX). Tuttavia, può essere gestito anche in modo autonomo, oppure insieme a più WASH40LED (modo master/slave). In piu, il microfono integrato provvede a degli effetti in sincronia con la musica.

Se si desidera eliminare l'apparecchio definitivamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimento ad un'istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.

AVVERTIMENTO Lʼapparecchio è alimentato con

pericolosa tensione di rete. Non intervenire mai personalmente al suo interno e non inserire niente nelle fessure di aerazione! Esiste il pericolo di una scarica elettrica.

4 Montaggio



Posizionare l'apparecchio sempre in modo che durante il funzionamento sia garantita una circolazione sufficiente dell'aria. Non coprire in nessun caso le aperture di ventilazione dell'apparecchio.



La distanza dall'oggetto irradiato non dovrebbe essere inferiore a 15 cm.

Il WASH-40LED può essere collocato su un piano solido. Può essere montato anche a testa in giù, p. es. a una traversa. A tale scopo montare la staffa di montaggio (9) alla traversa, p. es. con una vite robusta di montaggio oppure con un supporto per proiettori (gancio a C) e fissarla alla piastra base come illustrato in fig. 3 per mezzo delle due viti a brugola (8). Per avere una sicurezza supplementare tramite una fune di trattenuta, avvitare la vite a anello (7) sul punto indicato alla piastra base.

5 Messa in funzione

Inserire il cavo rete dapprima nella presa (3) e quindi in una presa di rete (230 V~ / 50 Hz). A questo punto, l'apparecchio è pronto e può essere comandato da un'unità DMX di comando luce (



Cap. 8) oppure svolge autonomamente il programma impostato (



Cap. 7). Per spegnerlo staccare la

spina dalla presa di rete. Attenzione: L'apparecchio non deve essere colle-

gato con la tensione di rete per mezzo di un dimmer!

6 Funzionamento

Le impostazioni dell'apparecchio si fanno per mezzo di un menù comandato tramite i tasti (1) e il display (2). Dopo l'accensione dell'alimentazione, la testa del proiettore effettua un giro di riferimento per tarare la posizione e indica quindi sul display l'ultimo modo di funzionamento impostato.

I tasti hanno le seguenti funzioni: – MODE / ESC per scegliere una voce del menù –

e  per impostare i valori o le opzioni del menù

– ENTER per aprire una voce del menù e per sal-

vare una modifica

La struttura del menù è rappresentata nel capitolo 10.2.

Seguendo i capitoli 7 a 9, con i tasti effettuare le impostazioni desiderate per il relativo modo di funzionamento. Il display si spegne alcuni secondi dopo l'ultima pressione di un tasto e si riaccende con la pressione successiva di un tasto.

Importante: Per salvare un'impostazione nell'apparecchio in modo che rimanga valida anche dopo lo spegnimento e la nuova accensione, confermare la modifica di un'impostazione sempre con il tasto ENTER.

AVVERTIMENTO Non guardare direttamente e a

lungo nella fonte di luce, per escludere possibili danni agli occhi. Tenete presente che i veloci cambi di luce possono provocare attacchi d'epilessia presso persone fotosensibili o epilettici!

AVVERTIMENTO Il proiettore deve essere montato

a regola d'arte e in modo sicuro. Se viene installato in un punto sotto il quale si possono trattenere delle persone, occorre prevedere un sistema di sicurezza supplementare [p. es. per mezzo di una fune di trattenuta alla vite a anello (7); fissare la fune in modo tale che la caduta dell'apparecchio non possa superare i 20 cm].

7 Funzionamento senza unità

di comando DMX

L'apparecchio dispone di programmi show a svolgimento automatico nonché di un programma che può essere comandato dalla musica tramite il microfono (10). Per aprire uno di questi programmi:

7.1 Funzionamento master / slave

Più apparecchi WASH-40LED possono essere comandati in sincronia. In questo caso, un apparecchio (master) provvede al comando degli altri apparecchi (slave). Collegare gli apparecchi formando una catena. Vedi in merito il capitolo 8.1, tralasciando il punto 1.

Sull'apparecchio master aprire un programma

automatico o comandato dalla musica. Sugli apparecchi slave, impostare il funzionamento slave come segue:

È possibile comandare un apparecchio slave in modo rispecchiato e sincronizzato rispetto l'apparecchio master. Per fare ciò si possono invertire le direzioni pan e tilt (



Capp. 9.1 e 9.2).

8 Comando DMX

DMX è l'abbreviazione per Digital Multiplex e significa comando digitale di più apparecchi tramite una sola linea di comando. Per il comando tramite un'unità DMX di comando luce (p. es. DMX-1440 o DMX-510USB di “img Stage Line”), il proiettore con LED dispone di 13 canali di comando DMX. Se non sono necessarie tutte le opzioni di comando oppure se l'unità di comando non dispone di tanti canali, il WASH-40LED può essere comandato anche per 8 canali. I valori DMX si trovano nel capitolo 10.1.

8.1 Collegamento

Per il collegamento DMX, sono disponibili dei contatti XLR a 3 poli con la seguente piedinatura:

pin 1 = massa, 2 = DMX

, 3 = DMX+

Per il collegamento si dovrebbero usare cavi speciali per la trasmissione di segnali DMX (p. es. cavi della serie CDMXN di “img Stage Line”). Nel caso di lunghezze oltre i 150 m si consiglia per principio lʼimpiego di un amplificatore DMX (p. es. SR-103DMX di “img Stage Line”).

1) Collegare l'ingresso INPUT (5) con l'uscita DMX dell'unità di comando luce o di un altro apparecchio con comando DMX.

2) Collegare l'uscita OUTPUT (6) con l'ingresso DMX dell'apparecchio successivo e la sua uscita con l'ingresso dell'apparecchio DMX seguente ecc., finché tutti gli apparecchi con comando DMX sono collegati formando una catena.

3) Per escludere interferenze durante la trasmissione dei segnali, nel caso di linee lunghe o di un gran numero di apparecchi collegati in serie, l'uscita DMX dell'ultimo apparecchio DMX della catena dovrebbe essere terminata con una resistenza di 120 Ω (> 0,3 W): Inserire nella presa d'uscita DMX un terminatore (p. es. DLT-123 di “img Stage Line”).

8.2 Impostare il numero dei canali DMX

Per poter comandare il proiettore con un'unità di comando luce occorre impostare l'indirizzo di start DMX (Cap. 8.3) e il numero dei canali DMX. Il numero dei canali DMX dipende dalle funzioni richieste e eventualmente anche dal numero dei canali di comando disponibili sull'unità di comando luce. Nel capitolo 10.1 si trovano le funzioni disponibili per 8 e 13 canali con le quali si può scegliere il numero dei canali DMX:

8.3 Impostare l'indirizzo di start

Per poter comandare separatamente tutti gli apparecchi DMX collegati con l'unità di comando luce, ogni apparecchio deve avere il suo indirizzo di start. Se il primo canale DMX del proiettore deve essere comandato dall'unità per comando luce p. es. tramite l'indirizzo DMX 5, impostare sul WASH-40LED l'indirizzo di start 5. Gli ulteriori canali DMX del proiettore sono assegnati automaticamente agli indirizzi successivi.

1) Premere il tasto MODE / ESC tante volte finché il

display indica (xxx = indirizzo di start DMX attuale).

3) Finché il primo punto d'input lampeggia, con il

N. B.: Anche se al punto 1) è già visualizzato l'indirizzo richiesto, premere il tasto ENTER due volte perché il proiettore sia comandato da DMX.

9 Ulteriori funzioni

9.1 Invertire la direzione pan

Per sintonizzare la direzione pan del proiettore per esempio con altri proiettori a comando comune:

2 Veiligheidsvoorschriften

Het apparaat is in overeenstemming met alle relevante EU-Richtlijnen en draagt daarom de

 -mar-

kering.

Let bij ingebruikname ook zeker op het volgende:



Het apparaat is enkel geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis; vermijd druip- en spatwater, plaatsen

met een hoge vochtigheid en uitzonderlijk warme plaatsen (toegestaan omgevingstemperatuurbereik: 0 – 40°C).



Plaats geen bekers met vloeistof zoals drinkglazen etc. op het apparaat.



De warmte die in het toestel ontstaat, moet door ventilatie afgevoerd worden. Dek de ventilatieopeningen van de behuizing niet af.



Schakel het apparaat niet in of trek onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact,

1. wanneer het apparaat of het netsnoer zichtbaar beschadigd is,

2. wanneer er een defect zou kunnen optreden nadat het apparaat bijvoorbeeld is gevallen,

3. wanneer het apparaat slecht functioneert.

Het apparaat moet in elk geval worden hersteld door een gekwalificeerd vakman.



Trek de stekker nooit met het snoer uit het stopcontact, maar met de stekker zelf.



Verwijder het stof met een droge, zachte doek. Gebruik zeker geen water of chemicaliën.



In geval van ongeoorloofd of verkeerd gebruik, onveilige montage, verkeerde aansluiting, foutieve bediening of van herstelling door een nietgekwalificeerd persoon vervalt de garantie en de verantwoordelijkheid voor hieruit resulterende materiële of lichamelijke schade.

3 Toepassingen

Deze led-schijnwerper wordt gebruikt voor effectverlichting bv. op podia, in discotheken en feestzalen. Hij is uitgerust met een beweeglijke kop die in een bereik van 540° gezwenkt en 180° gekanteld kan worden. Als lichtbron worden 7 superheldere RGBW-led's van 10 W gebruikt. Met de led's kan gekleurd licht in de drie basiskleuren (rood, groen en blauw) en wit uitgestraald worden evenals in de mengkleuren ervan. Bovendien zijn kleurovergangen en stroboscoopeffecten mogelijk.

De schijnwerper is ontworpen voor het besturen via een DMX-lichtregelaar (8 of 13 DMX-besturingskanalen). Hij kan echter ook autonoom of in verbinding met andere WASH-40LED-apparaten (master / slavemodus) gebruikt worden. Bovendien zorgt de ingebouwde microfoon voor effecten die synchroon met de muziek zijn.

Wanneer het apparaat definitief uit bedrijf wordt genomen, bezorg het dan voor milieuvriendelijke verwerking aan een plaatselijk recyclagebedrijf.

WAARSCHUWING De netspanning van de apparaat

is levensgevaarlijk. Open het apparaat niet, en zorg dat u niets in de ventilatieopeningen steekt! U loopt het risico van een elektrische schok.

4 Montage



Plaats het apparaat steeds zo, dat bij het gebruik voldoende ventilatie is gegarandeerd. De ventilatieopeningen in de behuizing mogen in geen geval zijn afgedekt.



De afstand tot de belendende oppervlakken moet ten minste 15 cm bedragen.

De WASH-40LED kan op een stevige, vlakke ondergrond opgesteld worden. U kunt het apparaat echter ook ondersteboven aan een traverse monteren. Monteer hiervoor de montagebeugel (9) bv. met een stabiele montageschroef of met een spotlichthouder (C-haak) op de traverse, en zet de beugel op de bodemplaat vast met behulp van de beide inbusschroeven (8), zoals op getoond op afbeelding 3. Draai voor extra beveiliging via een hijskabel de ringschroef (7) op het aangegeven punt in de bodemplaat.

5 Ingebruikneming

Verbind het meegeleverde netsnoer eerst met de jack (3) en plug de stekker vervolgens in een stopcontact (230 V~ / 50Hz). Daarna is het apparaat gebruiksklaar, en kunt u het via een DMX-lichtregelaar bedienen (



hoofdstuk 8) of voert het autonoom het ingestelde besturingsprogramma uit (



hoofdstuk 7). Trek de stekker uit het stopcon-

tact om het apparaat uit te schakelen. Opgelet: Het apparaat mag niet via een dimmer op

de netspanning worden aangesloten!

6 Bediening

De apparaatinstellingen worden doorgevoerd via een systeemmenu dat u met behulp van de toetsen (1) en het display (2) kunt bedienen. Na het inschakelen van de voedingsspanning voert de schijnwerperkop eerst een referentiebeweging om de positie af te stemmen. Daarna geeft het display de laatst ingestelde bedrijfsmodus weer.

10.2. Aan de hand van de hoofdstukken 7 tot 9 stelt u de

gewenste parameters in voor de respectieve bedrijfsmodus. Het display gaat enkele seconden na de laatste keer drukken op de toets uit en wordt bij de eerstvolgende keer drukken op de toets opnieuw ingeschakeld.

Belangrijk: Om een instelling in het apparaat op te slaan, zodat ze ook na het uit- en opnieuw inschakelen van de voedingsspanning behouden blijft, moet u de wijziging van een instelling steeds met de toets ENTER bevestigen.

OPGELET Kijk niet rechtstreeks in de lichtbron

gedurende lange tijd, omdat dit de ogen kan beschadigen. Weet dat stroboscoopeffecten en zeer snelle lichtwisselingen bij fotosensibele mensen en epileptici epileptische aanvallen kunnen veroorzaken!

WAARSCHUWING De schijnwerper moet deskundig

en veilig worden gemonteerd. Als hij op een plek wordt geïnstalleerd, waar personen onder kunnen komen staan, moet hij extra worden beveiligd (bv. door een hijskabel aan de ringschroef (7); bevestig de hijskabel zo dat het apparaat niet meer dan 20 cm kan vallen].

7 Bediening zonder

DMX-besturingsapparaat

Het apparaat beschikt over showprogramma's die automatisch afspelen en over een programma dat via de microfoon (10) op muziek kan worden gestuurd. Om een van deze programma's op te roepen:

7.1 Master / slavebediening

Meerdere apparaten WASH-40LED kunnen synchroon worden bediend. Daarbij neemt een apparaat (Master-apparaat) de besturing over van de overige apparaten (Slave-apparaten). Verbind de apparaten met elkaar tot een ketting. Zie hiervoor hoofdstuk 8.1, evenwel zonder bedieningsstap 1 in acht te nemen.

Roep op het masterapparaat een automatisch of

muziekgestuurd programma op. Stel de Slaveapparaten als volgt in op het Slave-bedrijf:

Een slave-apparaat kan ook spiegelsymmetrisch synchroon met het masterapparaat gestuurd worden. Hiervoor kunnen de zwenk- en kantelrichtingen omgekeerd worden (



hoofdstuk 9.1 en 9.2).

8 DMX-besturing

DMX is de afkorting van Digital Multiplex, en laat de digitale besturing van meerdere DMX-apparaten via één gemeenschappelijke besturingsleiding toe. Voor de bediening via een DMX-lichtregelaar (bv. DMX-1440 of DMX-510USB van “img Stage Line”) beschikt de led-schijnwerper over 13 DMX-besturingskanalen. Als niet alle besturingsopties nodig zijn of als er op het besturingsapparaat niet vol-

doende kanalen beschikbaar zijn, kan de

WASH-40LED ook naar 8 DMX-besturingskanalen omgeschakeld worden. De functies van de kanalen en de overeenkomstige DMX-waarden vindt u terug in het hoofdstuk 10.1.

8.1 Aansluiting

Als DMX-interface heeft het apparaat 3-polige XLR-aansluitingen met volgende penconfiguratie:

pen 1 = massa, pen 2 = DMX

, pen 3 = DMX+

Voor het aansluiten moeten speciale kabels voor de DMX-signaaloverdracht gebruikt worden (bv. kabels van de CDMXN-serie van “img Stage Line”). Bij kabellengten vanaf 150 m wordt in principe aanbevolen om een DMX-ophaalversterker tussen te schakelen (b.v. SR-103DMX van “img Stage Line”).

1) Verbind de besturingsingang INPUT (5) met de

DMX-uitgang van de lichtregelaar of van een ander DMX-gestuurd apparaat.

2) Verbind de besturingsuitgang OUTPUT (6) met

de besturingsingang van het volgende DMXgestuurde apparaat. Verbind de uitgang hiervan opnieuw met de ingang van het nageschakelde apparaat etc., tot alle DMX-gestuurde apparaten in een kring zijn aangesloten.

3) Om storingen bij signaaloverdracht uit te sluiten,

moet u bij lange leidingen of bij een veelvoud van aaneengesloten apparaten de besturingsuitgang van het laatste DMX-apparaat in de ketting afsluiten met een weerstand van 120 Ω (> 0,3 W): steek een geschikte afsluitstekker (b.v. DLT-123 van “img Stage Line”) in de uit-

gangsbus.

8.2 Aantal DMX-kanalen instellen

Om de schijnwerper met een lichtregelaar te kunnen bedienen, moeten het DMX-startadres (



hoofdstuk 8.3) en het aantal DMX-kanalen ingesteld worden. Het aantal DMX-kanalen hangt af van de benodigde functies en eventueel ook van het aantal beschikbare besturingskanalen op de lichtregelaar. Lees in hoofdstuk 10.1 over de functies die telkens bij het 8- en 13-kanaalbedrijf beschikbaar zijn, en selecteer aan de hand hiervan het aantal DMX-kanalen:

8.3 Het startadres instellen

Om alle op de lichtregelaar aangesloten DMXapparaten afzonderlijk te kunnen bedienen, moet elk apparaat een eigen startadres krijgen. Als het eerste DMX-kanaal van de schijnwerper vanaf de lichtregelaar bv. via het DMX-adres 5 gestuurd moet worden, stel dan op WASH-40LED het startadres 5 in. De volgende DMX-kanalen van de schijnwerper zijn dan automatisch aan de volgende adressen toegewezen.

1) Druk enkele keren op de toets MODE / ESC tot op het display (xxx = huidige DMX-startadres) verschijnt.

2) Druk op de toets ENTER.

3) Zolang de eerste plaats op het display knippert, stelt u met de toets



of  het gewenste start-

adres in ( tot ).

4) Druk op de toets ENTER.

Na het instellen van het startadres kunt u de schijnwerper via het DMX-besturingsapparaat bedienen. De ontvangst van besturingssignalen wordt weergegeven door een knipperend punt rechts op het display.

Opmerking: Ook wanneer in stap 1) het gewenste adres al wordt weergegeven, drukt u tweemaal op de toets ENTER, zodat de schijnwerper via DMX bestuurd wordt.

9 Overige functies

9.1 Zwenkrichting omkeren

Om de zwenkrichting van de schijnwerper bv. op andere, gemeenschappelijk gestuurde schijnwerpers af te stemmen:

1) Druk enkele keren op de MODE / ESC tot op het display de melding

verschijnt.

2) Selecteer met de toets

9.2 Kantelrichting omkeren

Preste atención a los siguientes puntos bajo cualquier circunstancia:



El aparato está adecuado sólo para utilizarlo en interiores. Protéjalo de goteos y salpicaduras,

elevada humedad del aire y calor (temperatura ambiente admisible: 0 – 40ºC).



No coloque ningún recipiente con líquido encima de los aparatos, p. ej. un vaso.



El calor generado dentro del aparato tiene que disiparse mediante la circulación del aire; no tape nunca las rejillas de la carcasa.



No utilice el aparato y desconecte inmediatamente la toma de corriente del enchufe si:

1. El aparato o el cable de corriente están visiblemente dañados.

3 Aplicaciones

Este proyector LED sirve para efectos de iluminación, p. ej en escenarios, discotecas, o salas de funciones. Contiene una cabeza móvil que puede orientarse 540º y inclinarse 180º. Como fuente de luz se utilizan 7 LEDs RGBW de 10 W y de gran brillo. Los LEDs pueden emitir luz coloreada en los tres colores primarios (rojo, verde, azul) además de luz blanca y luz creada a partir de la mezcla de los colores. También soporta fundidos entre colores y efectos estroboscópicos.

El proyector está diseñado para controlarse mediante un controlador DMX (8 ó 13 canales de control DMX), pero también puede utilizarse independientemente o junto con varios WASH-40LED (Modo Master / Slave). Además, el micrófono integrado ofrece efectos sincronizados con la música.

Si va a poner el aparato definitivamente fuera de servicio, llévelo a la planta de reciclaje más cercana para que su eliminación no sea perjudicial para el medioambiente.

ADVERTENCIA El aparato utiliza un voltaje peli-

groso. Deje el mantenimiento para el personal cualificado y no inserte nunca nada en las rejillas de ventilación; el manejo inexperto puede producir una descarga eléctrica.

4 Instalación



Al colocar el proyector, asegúrese de que la circulación del aire es suficiente durante el funcionamiento. No cubra nunca las rejillas de ventilación de la carcasa.



El proyector debe tener una distancia mínima de 15 cm con las superficies adyacentes.

Ponga la WASH-40LED en una superficie sólida y plana. También se puede instalar bocabajo en una barra transversal, por ejemplo. Para hacerlo, instale el soporte de montaje (9) mediante un tornillo de montaje estable o con un soporte para aparatos de iluminación (gancho C), por ejemplo, en una barra transversal y luego, como se muestra en la figura 3, fije el soporte de montaje en la base utilizando los dos tornillos de cabeza hexagonal (8). Para asegurar adicionalmente el aparato con un cable de seguridad, fije el perno (7) a la base en la posición indicada.

5 Puesta en Marcha del Proyector

Conecte el cable de corriente entregado a la toma de corriente (3) y luego el enchufe a una toma (230 V~/ 50 Hz). El aparato estará listo para funcionar y se puede utilizar mediante un controlador DMX (



apartado 8) o puede ejecutar independientemente el programa de control ajustado (apartado 7). Para apagar el aparato, desconecte el enchufe de la toma.

Advertencia: ¡No conecte el aparato a la corriente mediante un dimmer!

6 Funcionamiento

Para definir los ajustes del aparato, utilice el menú de sistema que puede funcionar con los botones (1) y con el visualizador (2). Después de la conexión, la cabeza móvil hará primero un movimiento de referencia para ajustar la posición; luego se indicará en el visualizador el último modo de funcionamiento ajustado.

Las funciones de los botones son las siguientes: – MODE / ESC para seleccionar un objeto de menú –



y  para ajustar valores o opciones de menú

– ENTER para activar un objeto del menú y para

guardar una modificación

La estructura del menú se muestra en el apartado 10.2.

Ver apartados 7 a 9 mientras utiliza los botones para realizar los ajustes deseados para el modo de funcionamiento respectivo. El visualizador se apaga varios segundos después de pulsar el último botón y reaparecerá cuando se pulse un botón.

Importante: Para asegurar que se ha guardado un ajuste en el aparato y que está disponible después de desconectar y conectar el aparato de nuevo, pulse ENTER para confirmar el ajuste que haya modificado.

ADVERTENCIA Para prevenir daños oculares, no

mire nunca directamente hacia la fuente de luz. ¡Tenga en cuenta que los cambios rápidos de iluminación pueden provocar ataques epilépticos en personas fotosensibles o con epilepsia!

ADVERTENCIA Instale el proyector de modo se-

7.1 Funcionamiento Master / Slave

Se pueden utilizar varios WASH-40LED sincronizados. En este modo, un aparato (aparato Master) controla los otros aparatos (aparatos Slave). Conecte los aparatos en una cadena. Ver también el apartado 8.1, ignorando el paso 1.

En el aparato Master, abra un programa auto-

mático o controlado por música. Ajuste los aparatos Slave en funcionamiento Slave del siguiente modo:

8 Controlador DMX

DMX es la abreviatura de Digital Multiplex y permite el control digital de varios aparatos DMX mediante una línea de control común. Para el funcionamiento mediante un controlador DMX (p. ej. DMX-1440 o DMX-510USB de “img Stage Line”), el proyector LED está equipado con 13 canales de control DMX. Si no se necesitan todas las opciones de control o si el controlador no ofrece 13 canales de control, el WASH-40LED se puede cambiar a 8 canales de control DMX. Ver apartado 10.1 para más información sobre las funciones de canal y los valores DMX.

8.1 Conexión

Para la conexión DMX, hay tomas XLR de 3 polos disponibles con la siguiente configuración de pines:

Pin 1 = masa, pin 2 = DMX

, pin 3 = DMX+

Para la conexión, deberían utilizarse cables especiales para la transmisión de la señal DMX (p. ej. cables de la gama CDMXN de “img Stage Line”). Para cableados de más de 150 m, se recomienda insertar un amplificador de nivel DMX adecuado (p. ej. SR-103DMX de “img Stage Line”).

1) Conecte la entrada de control INPUT (5) a la salida DMX del controlador o a la salida DMX de otro aparato controlado por DMX.

2) Conecte la salida de control OUTPUT (6) a la entrada de control del siguiente aparato controlado por DMX. Conecte la salida de este aparato controlado por DMX a la entrada del siguiente aparato, etc. hasta que todos los aparatos controlados por DMX estén conectados en cadena.

3) Para prevenir interferencias en la transmisión de señal en cableados largos o para un gran número de aparatos conectados en serie, termine la salida de control del último aparato DMX de la cadena con un resistor de 120 Ω (>0,3 W): Conecte el tapón correspondiente (p. ej. el DLT-123 de "img Stage Line”) a la toma de salida.

8.2 Ajuste del número de canales DMX

Para poder utilizar el proyector con un controlador, hay que ajustar la dirección de inicio DMX (



apartado 8.3) y el número de canales DMX. El número de canales DMX depende de las funciones necesarias y posiblemente del número de canales de control disponibles en el controlador. Ver apartado 10.1 para más información sobre las funciones previstas para el funcionamiento con 8 y 13 canales, luego seleccione el número de canales DMX según corresponda:

Para el control separado de los aparatos DMX conectados al controlador, cada aparato debe tener su propia dirección de inicio. Si hay que controlar el primer canal DMX del proyector con el controlador mediante la dirección DMX 5, por ejemplo, ajuste la dirección de inicio del WASH-40LED en la 5. El resto de canales DMX del proyector se asignarán automáticamente a las direcciones siguientes.

1) Pulse el botón MODE / ESC hasta que en el visualizador aparezca (xxx = dirección de inicio DMX actual).

2) Pulse el botón ENTER.

3) Mientras parpadee el primer carácter del visualizador, utilice los botones

Después de ajustar la dirección de inicio, los proyectores pueden funcionar mediante el controlador DMX. Un punto en la parte derecha del visualizador parpadea para indicar que se están recibiendo señales de control.

Nota: Incluso si la dirección deseada está ya indicada en el paso 1), pulse el botón ENTER dos veces para tener el proyector controlado mediante DMX.

9 Funciones Adicionales

9.1 Inversión de la dirección

Należy przestrzegać następujących zasad:



Urządzenie jest przeznaczone tylko do użytku wewnątrz pomieszczeń. Należy chronić je przed działaniem wody, dużej wilgotności powietrza oraz wysokiej temperatury (dopuszczalny zakres 0 – 40°C).



Nie stawiać na urządzeniu żadnych pojemników z cieczą np. szklanek.



Ciepło wytwarzane podczas pracy urządzenia musi być odprowadzane przez otwory wentylacyjne. W związku z tym nie wolno ich nigdy zasłaniać.

Nie należy włączać lub natychmiast odłączyć urządzenie od zasilania w przypadku gdy

1. stwierdzono widoczne uszkodzenie urządzenia lub kabla zasilającego,

2. urządzenie mogło ulec uszkodzeniu na skutek upadku lub podobnego zdarzenia,

3. stwierdzono nieprawidłowe działanie.

Naprawy urządzenia może dokonywać tylko przeszkolony personel.

Nie wolno odłączać zasilania ciągnąc za kabel, należy zawsze chwytać za wtyczkę.

Do czyszczenia używać suchej, miękkiej ściereczki, nie stosować środków chemicznych ani wody.

Producent ani dostawca nie ponoszą odpowiedzialności za wynikłe szkody: uszkodzenie sprzętu lub obrażenia użytkownika, jeśli urządzenie było używane niezgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem, nieprawidłowo zamontowane, podłączone lub obsługiwane bądź poddane nieautoryzowanej naprawie.

3 Zastosowanie

Ten diodowy efekt świetlny może być wykorzystywany do zastosowań scenicznych, w dyskotekach lub jako element dekoracyjny. Wyposażony jest w ruchomą głowicę, pozwalającą na wykonywanie obrotów do 540° w poziomie, oraz do 180° w pionie. Źródłem światła jest siedem 10 W diod RGBW o bardzo dużej jasności. Urządzenie może emitować światło w trzech podstawowych kolorach (czerwonym, zielonym i niebieskim) oraz białe, wytwarzane poprzez zmiksowanie barw podstawowych. Dodatkowo, dostępne są efekty przechodzenia między kolorami oraz funkcja stroboskopu.

Urządzenie przystosowane jest do sterowania sygnałem DMX z kontrolera (za pomocą 8 lub 13 kanałów DMX do wyboru), ale może również pracować bez niego, także w połączeniu z innymi efektami WASH-40LEDs (w trybie master / slave). Dodatkowo, dzięki wbudowanemu mikrofonowi, możliwe jest zsynchronizowanie wytwarzanych efektów z rytmem muzyki.

Po całkowitym zakończeniu eksploatacji, urządzenie należy oddać do punktu recyklingu, aby nie zaśmiecać środowiska.

UWAGA Urządzenie jest zasilane wysokim

napięciem. Wszelkie naprawy należy zlecić przeszkolonemu personelowi. Nie wolno umieszczać niczego w otworach wentylacyjnych! Może to spowodować porażenie prądem elektrycznym.

4 Montaż



Urządzenie należy zamontować w takim miejscu, aby zapewnić dostateczną cyrkulację powietrza wokół niego. Nie wolno zasłaniać otworów wentylacyjnych na obudowie.



Zachować dystans minimum 15 cm od oświetlanej powierzchni.

Ustawić efekt WASH-40LED na solidnym i stabilnym podłożu. Dodatkowo, istnieje możliwość przymocowania urządzenia na poziomej poprzeczce statywu oświetleniowego (zaczep C), poprzez uchwyt montażowy (9), jak pokazano na rys. 3. W tym celu, należy przykręcić uchwyt do urządzenia za pomocą dwóch śrub imbusowych (8). Po zamontowaniu, urządzenie należy zabezpieczyć linką zabezpieczającą wykorzystując zaczep (7).

5 Przygotowanie urządzenia

do pracy

Podłączyć kabel zasilający do gniazda (3) na urządzeniu, a następnie do gniazdka sieciowego (230 V~ / 50 Hz). Urządzenie jest już włączone i może być sterowane poprzez kontroler DMX (rozdz. 8) lub pracować niezależnie, zgodnie z ustawionym programem (rozdz. 7). Aby wyłączyć urządzenie, należy odłączyć kabel zasilający od gniazdka.

Uwaga: Nie wolno podłączać urządzenia do zasi- lania poprzez ściemniacz (dimmer)!

6 Obsługa

Do poruszania się po menu na wyświetlaczu (2) i wyboru różnych funkcji służą przyciski (1). Po włączeniu, głowica obraca się do uzyskania wyjściowej pozycji, następnie na wyświetlaczu pojawia się najczęściej wybierany tryb pracy.

Poszczególne przyciski posiadają następujące funkcje:

10.2. Wybrać żądany tryb pracy i wprowadzić odpowied-

nie ustawienia zgodnie z opisem w rozdz. 7 do 9. Jeżeli przez kilka sekund nie zostanie wciśnięty żaden przycisk, wyświetlacz zostanie wygaszony. Zapala się ponownie po wciśnięciu dowolnego przycisku.

Uwaga: Aby wprowadzone ustawienia zostały zapisane w pamięci urządzenia i dzięki temu dostępne po ponownym włączeniu, należy zawsze wcisnąć przycisk ENTER po dokonaniu zmian.

UWAGA Nie należy patrzeć bezpośrednio na

diody, długie patrzenie na silne światło może uszkodzić wzrok. Efekt stroboskopu i szybkie zmiany światła mogą być groźne dla osób wrażliwych na światło oraz chorych na epilepsję!

UWAGA Urządzenie musi być zamontowane

w sposób bezpieczny i fachowy. Jeśli ma pracować ponad ludźmi, należy je dodatkowo zabezpieczyć przed upadkiem [np. wykorzystując linki zabezpieczające. Do zamocowania linki wykorzystać zaczep (7), długość takich linek należy tak dobrać, aby w przypadku ich wykorzystania urządzenie maksymalnie spadło o 20 cm].

7 Praca bez kontrolera DMX

W przypadku pracy niezależnej, urządzenie oferuje automatyczne programy show oraz program sterowany muzyką przez wbudowany mikrofon (10). Aby uruchomić jeden z tych programów należy:

Pojedyncze efekty WASH-40LED mogą zostać połączone, aby umożliwić jednoczesne sterowanie wszystkich podrzędnych (slave) zgodnie z rytmem nadrzędnego (master). Połączyć urządzenia po przez złącza DMX, zgodnie z opisem w rozdz. 8.1, pomijając krok 1.

Na urządzeniu nadrzędnym, wywołać program

8 Sterowanie przez kontroler DMX

DMX jest skrótem od Digital Multiplex i pozwala na cyfrowe sterowanie wieloma urządzeniami DMX poprzez wspólną linię. Urządzenie WASH-40LED jest przystosowane do sterowania przez kontroler DMX (np. DMX-1440 lub DMX-510USB marki “img Stage Line”) i posiada 13 kanałów DMX. Można także przełączyć je na sterowanie za pomocą tylko 8 kanałów, zależnie od wymagań. Funkcje poszczególnych kanałów DMX opisano w rozdz. 10.1.

8.1 Podłączanie

Do podłączania sygnału sterującego DMX do reflektora służy 3-pinowe gniazdo XLR o następującej konfiguracji pinów:

Pin 1 = masa, pin 2 = DMX

, pin 3 = DMX+

Do podłączania zaleca się wykorzystać specjalny kabel do transmisji sygnałów DMX (np. serii CDMXN marki “img Stage Line”). Jeżeli długość przewodu przekracza 150 m, zalecane jest podłączenie wzmacniacza sygnału DMX (np. SR-103DMX marki “img Stage Line”).

1) Połączyć wejście sterujące INPUT (5) z wyjściem kontrolera DMX lub wyjściem poprzedniego sterowanego urządzenia.

2) Podłączyć wyjście sterujące OUTPUT (6) do wejścia sterującego kolejnego reflektora. Kolejne urządzenia podłączać analogicznie, aż wszystkie urządzenia zostaną połączone.

3) Aby zapobiec zakłóceniom, zwłaszcza w przypadku długich linii lub wielu urządzeń, na wyjście DMX ostatniego z podłączonych paneli podłączyć opornik 120 Ω (> 0,3 W) lub użyć gotowy wtyk terminujący (np. DLT-123 marki “img Stage Line”).

8.2 Ustawianie liczby kanałów DMX

Aby móc sterować urządzeniem poprzez kontroler, należy ustawić adres startowy DMX (rozdz. 8.3) oraz liczbę kanałów DMX. Liczba kanałów DMX zależy od żądanej funkcjonalności oraz ilości dostępnych kanałów kontrolera. W rozdz. 10.1 pokazano możliwe do uzyskania funkcje, przy sterowaniu za pomocą 8 oraz 13 kanałów. Wybór liczy kanałów DMX przebiega następująco:

1) Wcisnąć przycisk MODE / ESC kilka razy, aż wy świetlacz pokaże

lub

2) Za pomocą przycisków

oraz  wybrać:

8.3 Ustawianie adresu startowego

Podczas pracy z kontrolerem, należy ustawić adres startowy DMX pierwszego kanału. Jeżeli np. adres 5 kontrolera DMX jest przewidziany do sterowania funkcją pierwszego kanału, należy ustawić adres 5 na WASH-40LED. Pozostałym funkcjom urządzenia zostaną przypisane automatycznie kolejne adresy.

1) Wcisnąć przycisk MODE / ESC kilka razy, aż wyświetlacz pokaże (xxx = bieżący adres startowy DMX).

2) Wcisnąć przycisk ENTER.

3) Podczas gdy miga pierwszy znak na wyświetlaczu, ustawić przyciskami



oraz  odpowiedni

adres startowy ( do ).

4) Wcisnąć przycisk ENTER.

Po ustawieniu adresu startowego, urządzenie może już pracować z kontrolerem DMX. Podczas odbierania sygnału sterującego DMX, miga punkt po prawej stronie na wyświetlaczu.

Uwaga: Jeżeli w kroku 1) pojawił się od razu żądany adres startowy, należy go również zatwierdzić wciskając dwa razy przycisk ENTER.

9.1 Przeciwny kierunek obrotu

Aby ustawić przeciwny kierunek obrotu głowicy w poziomie np. po połączeniu kilku efektów:

1) Wcisnąć przycisk MODE / ESC kilka razy, aż wyświetlacz pokaże
