This specification applies to color TFT-LCD module, MAA150DXN07.

2. OVERVIEW
MAA150DXN07 is 15.0” color TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display) modules
composed of LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuit, and backlight unit.
By applying 6 bit or 8 bit digital data, 1024 × 768, 262K-col or or 16.7M-c olor im ages are di splayed
on the 15.0” diagonal screen. Input power voltage is 3.3 V for LCD driving.
The type of data and control sig nals are digital and transmitted vi a LVDS inte rface per Typ. 65
MHz clock cycle.
Inverter for backlight is not included in this module. General specifications are summarized in the
following table:
