SAFETY WARNING
THE POWER AMPLIFIER SHOULD ALWAYS BE
CONNECTED TO THE MASTER CABINET ONLY.
NEVER CONNECT A POWER AMPLIFIER
OUTPUT DIRECTLY TO THE LINK CONNECTION
ON THE SLAVE CABINET.
THE GEMINI 1-P-SP LOOPBACK PLUG SHOULD
ONLY BE USED IN THE GEMINI 1-P-SP MASTER
LINK CONNECTOR FOR ENABLING SOLO
MODE. NEVER CONNECT THE LOOPBACK
CONNECTOR TO ANOTHER DEVICE AS SHORT
CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR.

The Gemini 1-P-SP is a matched pair of Gemini 1-P
12” passive speaker cabinets specifically designed
to be used with power amplifiers supporting 8 and
16 speaker loads. When used together in SERIES
PAIR MODE the speakers are wired in series providing
a 16 impedance. The master speaker can also be
used by itself as an 8 speaker in SOLO MODE by
using the provided loopback plug.
ConnE ions
The Gemini 1-P-SP includes one ‘master’ and one
‘slave’ speaker cabinet. The cabinets are clearly
marked MASTER and SLAVE on the rear IO panels.
To use the Gemini 1-P-SP in Series Pair Mode:
1. Connect the output of your power amplifier to
the INPUT connector on the master cabinet using
a Speakon or ¼” TS guitar cable.
2. Connect the LINK connectors on the master and
slave cabinets together using a Speakon or ¼” TS
guitar cable.
In Series Pair Mode the master input will present a
16 impedance load to the power amplifier.
To use the Gemini 1-P-SP Master in Solo Mode:
1. Connect the output of your power amplifier to
the INPUT connector on the master cabinet using
a Speakon or ¼” TS guitar cable.
2. Connect the provided Gemini 1-P-SP LOOPBACK
PLUG to the link connector on the master
cabinet. The slave cabinet is not used when the
master is in Solo Mode.
In Solo Mode the master input will present an 8
impedance load to the power amplifier.
