Safety, comfort and user friendliness have played an important role in the development of the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side
Protection System. This product meets the most stringent safety regulations.
Research shows that a high number of car safety seats are incorrectly installed. Therefore, please take the time to read
through the instruction manual carefully.
The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System offers maximum safety only when it is used in accordance with the
instructions.
Always use the Rodi Side Protection System with the backrest at all times.
Continuous research by our development team, user tests and consumer reactions ensure that we are kept fully up to
date in the field of child safety. If you have any questions concerning the use of your Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection
System, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Make yourself familiar with these instructions and look carefully at the illustrations in the manual before using
the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System.
• The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System is approved to meet the latest European safety regulations
(ECE R44/04) and is suitable for children from 15-36 kg (approx. 31/2 to 12 years old and up to a maximum
height of 1.50 metres).
• The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System may be used on the front or rear passenger seat. We recommend
that you place the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System on the rear seat in the car.
• DO NOT use a child safety seat if the vehicle is equipped with a front airbag. This can be dangerous. This does
not apply to so-called side airbags.

Instructions for use
• When using the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System on the front passenger seat, the car seat must ALWAYS
be placed in its most UPRIGHT POSITION.
• The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System must only be used on a forward facing seat fitted with an automatic
or static 3-point seat belt which is approved according to ECE Regulation No. 16 or an equivalent standard. DO
NOT use a 2-point seat belt, as this could be dangerous in the event of an accident or emergency stop.
• The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System must not be used without the cover. The seat cover should not be
replaced with any cover other than the one supplied by the manufacturer, as the cover constitutes an integral
part of the restraint performance.
• Do not remove the foam parts of the headrest.
• No alterations may be made to the seat as this could affect part or the overall safety of the seat.
• After an accident the seat may be damaged and should be replaced.
• The manufacturer only guarantees the seat when used by the original owner.
• We strongly advise you not to use a second-hand product as you are never sure if the seat has been involved in
an accident or whether it has been otherwise damaged.
• The seat must always be secured with a seat belt, even when not in use. An unsecured seat may wound other
passengers in the car in the event of an accident or emergency stop.
• Ensure that all luggage and objects likely to cause injury in the event of an accident are properly secured.
• Adults not wearing seat belts can also be dangerous to a child in a car seat.
• Always check that the belt is pulled tight and any slack in the belt removed.
• Ensure that the seat is not damaged by wedging it between or underneath heavy luggage, adjustable seats or by
slamming the car door.
• The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System may only be used as a child’s safety seat and is not intended for use
in-house.
Tips
• In hot weather the plastic parts may become hot to the touch. Cover the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System
when the car is parked in the sun.
• For future use it is important that the instruction manual is kept with the seat at all times. Please store it in the space
provided underneath the seat.
• To avoid damage to the cover do not remove the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System logo.
• Always use the seat, even on short journeys, as this is when most accidents occur.
• REMOVE the headrest of the passenger seat being used if it causes an obstruction for proper installation of the MaxiCosi Rodi Side Protection System, but do not forget to refit the headrest after use.
• Before purchasing the seat we recommend you check that it is compatible for use with the seat belt system in your
car.
• NEVER leave your child unattended in the car.
• Set a good example yourself and always wear your seat belt.
• Tell your child that he/she must never play with the belt buckle.
• During long journeys make the occasional stop to allow your child to stretch his/her limbs.

Using the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System in the car
The Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System consists of two parts: a booster seat and a detachable backrest.
Always use the booster seat with the backrest
We recommend that your child should only use the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System when he/she weighs at
least 15 kg and is tall enough for the belt to fit correctly over the shoulder (and not press against the neck).

Instructions for use
The belt routing areas are marked in red. You will see a red mark under the armrests of the booster seat and red belt
hooks on the headrest.
Fitting the backrest is very simple and is explained in the following section.
IMPORTANT: When using the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System on the front passenger seat, the car seat must
ALWAYS be placed in its most UPRIGHT POSITION. Remove the headrest of the passenger seat if it is in the way
when the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System is placed in the car. Do not forget to replace the headrest when the
passenger seat is in use again.
Fitting the backrest (A)
• Fold the U-shaped flaps on the rear of the booster seat double and tuck them under the cover, ensuring that the
openings in the cover are kept unrestricted.
• Insert the hooks of the backrest in the openings (1). Make sure that the cover does not get caught between the
moving parts of the seat.
• Raise the backrest until you feel some resistance and hear a slight click engaging the backrest (B-2). Raise the
backrest further until the side lumbar supports come into contact with the armrests.
Removing the backrest
• Push the backrest downwards until you feel some resistance. Gently push the backrest further until it lies flat.
Remove the backrest by carefully lifting the hooks out of the openings in the booster seat.
Adjusting the height of the headrest (B)
• Hold the headrest with one hand at the top. Use the other hand to operate the adjuster.
• Pull the headrest up until you feel some resistance (1).
• Tilt the adjuster on the rear of the backrest slightly upwards (2).
• When the required height is reached, release the adjuster and click in the selected position.
There are 6 positions.
• Push the headrest carefully down until it stops, so that it locks.
To ensure the correct headrest height is obtained, the red belt hooks should be located slightly above the shoulders of
your child. Make sure that the shoulder belt is positioned correctly over the shoulder of the child and does not press
against the child’s neck. The headrest must be adjusted so that the shoulder belt runs in a straight line towards the belt
anchorage point. If the seat belt height is adjustable, adjust the height so that the belt runs in a straight line through
the belt hooks of the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System headrest.
Installing the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System (C-D)
Position the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System with its backrest firmly against the backrest of the car seat (C).
Make sure that the seat is not placed on the belt buckle. Sit your child on the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System
(D) with his/her back against the backrest.
Put the seat belt around the child. Thread the lap belt under both armrests (D-1). If fitted correctly, the belt passes over
the red marking on the seat. Insert the buckle tongue in the belt buckle (D-2) and pull the lap belt tight. Thread the
shoulder belt under the armrest and then through the red belt hook on the headrest (D-3). Make sure that the belt is
not twisted and is positioned correctly over your child’s shoulder. Pull the shoulder belt tight.
When getting out of the seat, simply release the belt buckle and put the belt to one side. The shoulder belt then
remains positioned in the red belt hook. It is then easy to fit the belt again from this position. Make sure the seat belt is
also fastened when the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System is not in use.

Maintenance
• The seat may be cleaned with warm water and a gentle soap. Do not use abrasive detergents.
• The cover must be washed by hand at a maximum temperature of 30
o
C. Do not use a tumble dryer (see also washing
instructions).
• It is advisable to buy an extra cover when purchasing the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System, enabling the seat
to be used at all times (also when the cover is being washed).
Removing the cover (E-J)
• Take the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System out of the car.
• Remove the backrest and headrest as instructed in ’Removing the headrest’.
Booster seat (E-F)
• Unhook the cover from the pins underneath the booster seat (E).
• Pull the cover over the armrests towards you (F). The cover is now completely loose.
Backrest (G-H)
• Unhook the cover from the pins on the rear of the backrest (G).
• Pull the cover over the lumbar supports (H). The cover is now completely loose.
Headrest (I-J)
• Unhook the cover from the pins on the rear of the headrest (I).
• Pull the cover over the headrest (J). Make sure that the foam parts remain in position.
• Loosen the elastic strap over the headrest. The cover is now loose.
The cover can be refitted using the above instructions in the reverse order. Make sure that the cover is properly
secured on the pins and that the belt hooks on the headrest are not obstructed to allow the shoulder belt to pass
through freely.
Note
• The tighter the belts fit on the child, the better your child is protected.
• Ensure the belts are never twisted.
• The seat belt should lie flat and tight over the body.
• The shoulder belt should not press into the neck, but should go over the shoulder (D-3).
• The lap belt should not press into the stomach, but should go over the upper leg.
• Should you have difficulty closing the car seat belt or pulling it tight, please contact your supplier immediately. In any
case do not use the product.
Checklist
• Important: read through this checklist before starting your journey.
• Check that you have secured the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System in the seat belt correctly.
• Check that the car safety belt is tight and secure around the child and the shoulder belt is at the correct height
(D-3).
• Secure the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System with the seat belt, even when not in use. Any loose objects may
be a danger to other passengers.
• If you have any questions please contact your supplier and ensure you have the following details to hand:
- the last number on the orange label (serial number) on the rear of the seat
- make and type of vehicle and on which seat in the vehicle the Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System is used
- age and weight of your child.

Warranty
Warranty
Dorel Netherlands guarantees that this product complies with all safety requirements as specified in the current
European safety standard ECE R44/04, and that this product is free from defects in workmanship and material at the
time of purchase. If this product shows material and/or workmanship defects after purchase and during the warranty
period (with normal use as described in the instruction manual), Dorel Netherlands will assume the responsibility to
repair or replace it. The warranty period is 24 months for the plastic parts, etc. and 12 months for fabric components
and other parts susceptible to wear. Normal wear and tear that can be expected with daily use of the product is
therefore hereby excluded.
The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:
• The product is not supplied to the manufacturer together with the original sales receipt.
• The defect is the result of incorrect or negligent use, or maintenance that is contrary to the instructions given in the
manual.
• Repairs have been carried out by third parties.
• There is discolouration, damage to the fabric or watermarks due to washing and excessive exposure to (UV) sunlight.
• The defect is the result of negligence or damage to the fabric or plastic due to a blow to the product.
• The defect is the result of an accident or occurs during transport as a result of, for example, overloading or getting
jammed in a door.
• The ECE quality mark and serial number have been damaged or removed.
• There is normal wear and tear to the parts, harnesses and/or fabric, as can be expected from daily use.
• There is damage to or indentation of the seat of the car and/or the safety belt; this is unavoidable because of the
prescribed safety standards and the force required to install a car seat tightly and correctly (the manufacturer may
not be held liable for this).
• The stated warranty terms and conditions have not been satisfied.
Date of effect:
• The warranty period goes into effect as of the date of purchase of the product.
Warranty term:
• The warranty on the plastic parts, etc. is valid for a period of 24 consecutive months. A term of 12 consecutive
months applies to the textile components and other parts susceptible to wear and tear. The warranty applies solely to
the original owner and is non-transferable.
If you discover a defect:
• In the event of a defect, contact your retailer. If your retailer is unable to assist you, he will return the product to the
manufacturer together with a description of the complaint and the original, dated sales receipt. An exchange or
return may not be demanded. Repairs do not give a right to an extension of the warranty term. Products that are
returned directly to the manufacturer will NOT be eligible for the warranty.
Fabric components and other parts subject to wear:
• The cover should be cared for properly (see the instruction manual for care instructions). It is normal for fabric to
discolour from sunlight and to show wear and tear after a long period of use, even when used normally. The
warranty period for the cover and other parts susceptible to wear, such as the harnesses, is therefore limited to a
period of no more than 12 months as of the date of purchase.
This Warranty Clause conforms to European Directive 99/44/EG of 25 May 1999.

• Před použitím si pečlivě prostudujte obrázky v tomto návodu k použití.
• Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System je schválena podle nejnovějších Evropských bezpečnostních norem
(ECE R44/04) a je vhodná pro děti od 15 do 36 kg (přibližně od 31/2 do 12 let a do výšky maximálně 1.50
metru).
• Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System můžete použít jak na předním tak na zadním sedadle.
• Nepoužívejte autosedačku na sedadle vy baveném airbagem - bezpečnostním nafukovacím vakem. Může to
být velice nebezpečné! Toto neplatí pro postranní airbagy.
• Sedačku používejte výlučně na sedadlech ve směru jízdy, které jsou vybaveny automatickými nebo
statickými 3-bodovými bezpečnostními pásy, které jsou schváleny podle normy ECE R16 nebo jiné
rovnocenné normy. NIKDY NEPOUŽÍVEJTE 2-BODOVÉ BEZPEČNOSTNÍ PÁSY, není to bezpečné při náhlém
zastavení nebo srážce.

• Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System nesmíte používat bez potahu.
Nikdy nepoužívejte jiný potah, než ten, který Vám dodal výrobce, neboť potah je součástí bezpečnosti sedačky.
• Pěnový polystyrén z opěrky hlavy nesmíte vyndat.
• Jakékoliv změny na Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System jsou zakázané. Tyto změny můžou totiž
částečně nebo celkově narušit nabízenou bezpečnost sedačky.
• Po nehodě může být sedačka poškozená a musí být vyměněna.
• Bezpečnost sedačky může výrobce zajistit pouze v případech, když ji používá první majitel.
• Naléhavě Vám radíme, nikdy nepoužívejte výrobky z druhé ruky. Vždyť nikdy nevíte, co se s nimi už stalo.
• Sedačku musí být v autě vždy připevněna pomocí bezpečnostních pásů, i když není v použití. Volná sedačka
může při náhlém zastavení či srážce zranit ostatní cestující v autě.
• Zavazadla a jiné předměty které při nehodě můžou způsobit zranění, upevněte.
• I dospělý člověk, který není připoután, může být nebezpečný pro dítě v sedačce.
• Vždy se přesvědčte, že pásy jsou dobře a pevně zapnuté, a odstraňte i sebemenší vůli v pásech.
• Dbejte na to, aby se na sedačku nepokládala těžká zavazadla a aby sedačka nebyla sevřená jinými věcmi,
aby na ni netlačila sedadla při nastavování nebo aby nebyla poškozena dveřmi při zavírání.
•
Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System lze používat pouze jako dětskou bezpečnostní sedačku a není
určena pro používání doma.
Tipy
• Při letním počasí mohou být plastové díly Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System na dotek horké. Sedačku proto
přikryjte, když je auto zaparkované na slunci.
• Pro použití sedačky v budoucnosti je důležité návod uchovat na místě pod Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection
System.
• Nikdy neodstraňujte logo Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System z potahu, poškodilo by to potah.
• Sedačku používejte též při krátkých cestách, neboť právě tehdy dochází k většině nehod.
• Překáží-li Vám opěrka hlavy na sedadle, kde se Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System v autě používá,
ODSTRAŇTE ji. Nezapomeňte opěrku hlavy opět nasadit, když sedadlo budete znovu používat.
• Před koupí sedačky se přesvědčte, zda je vhodná pro Vaše auto, vzhledem k rozdílům mezi systémy
bezpečnostních pásů.
• NIKDY nenechávejte Vaše dítě v autě samotné.
• Jděte příkladem a vždy se připoutejte bezpečnostními pásy.
• Vysvětlete Vašemu dítěti, že si nikdy nesmí hrát s kotevním úchytem bezpečnostních pásů.
• Udělejte si během delších cest přestávku a umožněte Vašemu dítěti volný pohyb.

Použití Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System v autě
Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System se skládá ze dvou dílů: bobík a snímatelná opěrka zad.
Vždy používejte podsedák s opěrkou zad.
Místa, kudy bezpečnostní pás prochází, jsou označeny červeně. Proto vidíte červené označení pod opěrkami rukou
bobíku a červené úchytky na opěrce hlavy.
Montáž opěrky zad je velmi jednoduchá a je popsána v následující kapitole.
POZOR:
Při použití Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System na předním sedadle musí být opěradlo sedadla vždy ve
VERTIKÁLNÍ POZICI. Překáží-li Vám opěrka hlavy na sedadle, kde se Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System v autě
používá, odstraňte ji. Nezapomeňte opěrku hlavy opět nasadit, když sedadlo budete znovu používat.

Montáž opěrky zad (A)
• Přehněte látkové záložky potahu ve tvaru “U“ na zadní straně bobíku tak, aby se uvolnily otvory v potahu.
• Zasuňte háčky opěrky zad do otvorů (1). Dávejte pozor, aby se potah nedostal mezi pohyblivé díly.
• Otáčejte záda nahoru, až uslyšíte cvaknutí (B-2). Nyní můžete záda točit nahoru, až se bederní opěrky opěrky zad
dotknou opěrek rukou.
Odmontování opěrky zad
• Opěrku zad tlačte dozadu, až v určitém okamžiku ucítíte protitlak. Záda tlačte jemně přes tento protitlak dokud
opěrka zad a bobík nebudou ve vzájemné vertikální pozici. Nyní můžete opěrku zad s háčky vysunout z otvorů
bobíku.
Nastavení výšky opěrky hlavy (B)
• Opěrku hlavy přidržte jednou rukou na horní straně. Druhou rukou obsluhujte nastavovací kolečko.
• Opěrku hlavy povytáhněte trochu nahoru, až ucítíte protitlak (1).
• Nastavovací kolečko na zadní straně opěrky zad nachylte z otvoru (2).
• Když dosáhnete žádané výšky, uvolněte nastavovací kolečko a zvolenou pozici zacvakněte. Existuje 6 pozic.
• Opěrku hlavy tlačte opatrně dolů až k zarážce, takže se uzávěry do sebe zasunou.
Správnou výšku opěrky hlavy získáte, když se červené úchytky pro bezpečnostní pásy budou nacházet trošku nad
rameny Vašeho dítěte. Dejte pozor, aby bezpečnostní pás vedl dobře přes rameno dítěte a aby netlačil na krk Vašeho
dítěte. Opěrka hlavy musí být nastavena takovým způsobem, aby ramenní pás tvořil co nejpřímější čáru ke
kotevnímu úchytu bezpečnostních pásů. Jestliže na automatu bezpečnostních pásech lze nastavit výšku, výšku
upravte tak, aby bezpečnostní pás vedl přímo skrz úchytky pásů na opěrce hlavy.
Instalace Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System (C-D)
Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System s opěrkou zad dobře umístěte k opěradlu sedadla auta (C). Dejte pozor, aby
sedačka nebyla umístěna na kotevním úchytu. Posaďte Vaše dítě do sedačky Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection
System (D), zády řádně k opěrce zad.
Připevněte dítěti bezpečnostní pásy. Bederní pás protáhněte pod oběma opěrkami rukou (D-1). Při správném
provedení vede pás přes červené označení na sedačce. Zasuňte zavírací jazýček do kotevní úchytky pásu (D-2) a
dobře utáhněte bederní pás. Protáhněte ramenní pás pod opěrkou rukou a poté červenou úchytkou pásu na opěrce
hlavy (D-3). Dejte pozor, aby bezpečnostní pás nebyl přetočen a aby vedl dobře přes rameno Vašeho dítěte. Ramenní
pás dobře utáhněte.
Při výstupu z auta postačí kotevní úchytku pásu otevřít a pás pro Vaše dítě odejmout. Pás zůstane viset v červeném
úchytu bezpečnostního pásu. Z této pozice ho pak můžete opět snadno použít. Bezpečnostní pás zapněte i když
Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System nepoužíváte.
Údržba
• Sedačka se může čistit vlažnou vodou a mýdlem. Nepoužívejte žádné agresivní prostředky jako je například tekutá
drátěnka nebo ředidlo.
• Potah perte v ruce za teploty vody maximálně 30 °C. Nesušte v sušičce (viz také návod na praní).
• Je rozumné při koupi Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System zakoupit ještě jeden potah, abyste mohli Maxi-Cosi
Rodi Side Protection System neustále používat, i když bude potah právě v prádle.

Sundání potahu (E-J)
• Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System vyndejte z auta.
• Odmontujte opěrku hlavy a opěrku zad tak jak je popsáno v “Odmontování opěrky zad”.
Bobík (E-F)
• Potah bobíku uvolněte z háčků na spodní části (E).
• Potah přetáhněte přes opěrky rukou dopředu (F). Nyní je potah odstraněn z bobíku.
Opěrka zad (G-H)
• Potah opěrky zad uvolněte z háčků na zadní straně (G).
• Potah přetáhněte přes bederní opěrky dopředu (H). Nyní je potah odstraněn z opěrky zad.
Opěrka hlavy (I-J)
• Potah opěrky hlavy uvolněte z háčků na zadní straně (I).
• Potah přetáhněte přes boční opěrky (J). Pozor, pěnový polystyrén musí zůstat na opěrce.
• Gumovou pásku přetáhněte přes opěrku hlavy. Nyní je potah odstraněn z opěrky hlavy.
• Při natahování potahu proveďte postup v opačném pořadí. Dávejte přitom pozor, aby potah byl dobře přichycen
háčky a aby úchyty pro bezpečnostní pásy na opěrce hlavy zůstaly volné, aby se tam mohl protáhnout ramenní pás.
Pozor!
• Čím pevněji jsou bezpečnostní pásy u Vašeho dítěte upevněny, tím lépe je Vaše dítě chráněno.
• Bezpečnostní pásy nesmí být nikdy přetočeny.
• Bezpečnostní pásy musí vést rovně a přes tělo a být dobře utažené.
• Ramenní pás nesmí nikdy tlačit na krk, ale musí vést přes rameno (D-3).
• Bederní pás nesmí nikdy tlačit na bříško, ale musí vést přes horní část noh.
• Jestliže bezpečnostní pás nemůžete dobře zapnout nebo utáhnout, zkontaktujte okamžitě dodavatele. V takovémto
případě sedačku nikdy nepoužívejte.
Kontrolní seznam
• Než se vydáte na cestu, přečtěte si body tohoto kontrolního seznamu.
• Zkontrolujte, zda jste Maxi-Cosi Rodi Side Protection System v autě správně umístili.
• Zkontrolujte, zda jsou bezpečnostní pásy u dítěte pevně a správně nastaveny a zda má ramenní pás správnou

Záruka
Firma Dorel Netherlands zaručuje, že výrobek splňuje bezpečnostní požadavky, jak jsou uvedeny v aktuálních
evropských normách R44/04, a že, co se týče složení a výroby, výrobek nevykazuje v okamžiku nákupu žádné
nedostatky ani vady. Jestliže zákazník zjistí na výrobku po nákupu v době záruky vady materiálu či výrobní vady (při
normálním použití, tak jak je popsáno v návodu k použití), zavazuje se Dorel Netherlands, že výrobek opraví nebo
vymění. Záruční doba činí 24 měsíců na díly z umělé hmoty atd. a 12 měsíců na potah a další dílypodléhající
opotřebení. Záruka se samozřejmě nevztahuje na normální opotřebení, které lze předpokládat při běžném
každodenním používání výrobku.
Záruka je vyloučena v následujících případech:
• Výrobek nebude výrobci předán spolu s původním pokladním dokladem.
• Závady byly způsobeny nesprávným používáním či údržbou odlišnou od toho, co je uvedeno v návodu k použití.
• Opravy byly provedeny třetími osobami.
• Látka je vybledlá či poškozená nebo se na ní nacházejí skvrny způsobené praním nebo nadměrným vystavováním
slunečním paprskům (ultrafialové záření)
• Závada byla způsobena zanedbáním či poškozením látky nebo umělé hmoty nárazem.
• Závada byla způsobena nehodou při dopravě, například příliš těžkým nákladem nebo zachycením mezi dveřmi
auta.
• Bude zjištěno poškození nebo odstranění známky ECE a pořadového čísla.
• Jedná se o normální opotřebení dílů, pásů nebo potahu, které lze očekávat při běžném používání.
• Při poškození a přitlačení k sedadlu a bezpečnostnímu pásu v autě; v důsledku předepsaných bezpečnostních
norem a tím i síly, jíž je nutno sedátka upínat, toto nelze vyloučit. (Za to nelze činit odpovědným výrobce.)
• Budou-li uvedené záruční podmínky porušeny jiným způsobem.
Od kdy:
• Záruční doba vstupuje v platnost v den nákupu výrobku.
Na jakou dobu:
• Záruční lhůta na díly z umělé hmoty atd. platí pro období 24 po sobě následujících měsíců. Pro textilní části a další
části citlivé na opotřebení platí lhůta 12 po sobě následujících měsíců. Záruka se vztahuje výlučně na prvního
majitele a nedá se převést .
Jak je třeba postupovat:
• V případě závad se obraťte na svého prodejce. Jestliže nemůže závadu sám odstranit, odešle výrobek zpět výrobci
spolu s popisem závady a původním pokladním dokladem opatřeným datem. Nelze žádat výměnu ani vzetí zpět.
Prodloužená záruční doba se vztahuje pouze na konkrétní danou opravu. Výrobky, které budou výrobci vráceny
přímo, NESPADAJÍ pod záruku.
Co se týče potahu a dalších částí, které podléhají opotřebení:
• Potah je zapotřebí pravidelně udržovat (údržba je popsána v návodu k použití). Je normální, že po určité době se
na potahu objeví známky opotřebení respektive vyblednutí způsobeného sluncem. Tak to mu může být i při
normálním používání. Toto opotřebení nespadá pod záruku.
Toto záruční ustanovení je v souladu s Evropskou směrnicí 99/44/ES z 25. května ’99
