ProxKey III Key Fob Design and Model Number Change

Linear’s IEI brand Model 0-297300 ProxKey III Custom Coded Wiegand 125 kHz HID Compatible Proximity Key Fob has become obsolete and is now discontinued. As a replacement part, a new style ProxKey III is now available.

The new style Proxkey III can be ordered using the Model number 0-297300A. This new style ProxKey III functions identical to the previous unit, and as a bonus, is smaller and thinner than the previous unit.

The ProxKey III is a special order part:

• The standard ProxKey (P/N 0-297301A) is pre-coded at the factory to Facility Code 11.

• The ProxKey III (P/N 0-297300A) can be custom ordered with a custom Facility Code from 0 to 255.

Be sure to specify a custom Facility Code number when placing your order.
