INSTRUCTIONS
C-TRICODETMRECEIVER KIT
Used on “Carwash” Operators
This instruction sheet is to be used in conjunction with the Receiver instructions included with this
kit. Refer to these instructions for mounting of connector to operator enclosure, for receiver mounting, wiring and programming instructions refer to receiver instructions.
CONNECTOR INSTALLATION
1. Drill .494” diameter hole in desired position on enclosure.
Be sure that hole is free of burrs and chassis surface around
hole is smooth and free of debris.
2. Install the connector into the hole from the outside of the
enclosure so that the hex body lays flush against the enclosure.
3. Install the lock nut from the inside of the enclosure to
secure connector in place. Hold the body hex stationary
with a wrench. (Suggested torque 35 in. lbs.)
DISCONNECT POWER AT THE FUSE BOX BEFORE
PROCEEDING.
OPERATOR MUST BE PROPERLY GROUNDED AND
CONNECTED IN ACCORD ANCE WITH LOCAL ELECTRICAL CODES. NOTE:THE OPERA TOR SHOULD BE ON A
SEPARATE FUSED LINE OF ADEQUATE CAPACITY.
ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS MUST BE MADE BY
A QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL.
WARNING
Insert the cable through the fitting to the desired position.
Hand-tighten the SEALING nut as far as possible. Hold the
BODY hex stationary with a wrench. Using a second
wrench, tighten the SEALING nut until the wire is securely
held in place. (Suggested torque 35 in. lbs.)
