PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de dar servicio a este chasis, lea "PRECAUCIONES RESPECTO A RADIACION POR RAYOS X",
"INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD" y "AVISO SOBRE SEGURIDAD DE PRODUCTOS"
Muchas de las partes, electricas y mecánicas en este chasis tienen caracteristicas relacionadas con la seguridad. Estas caracteristicas frecuentemente pasan desapercibidas en las inspecciones visuales y la proteccion que proporcionan contra la RADIACION DE RAYOS-X no siempre necesariamente se obtiene al mismo grado cuando se reemplazan piezas o componentes diseñados para voltajes o vatajes mayores, etc. Las piezas que tienen estas caracteristicas de seguridad se identifican por la marca impresa sobre el diagrama esquematico y la marca
¡ impresa en la lista de partes. Antes de reemplazar alguno de esos componente, lea cuidadosamente la lista de este manual. El uso de partes de reemplazo que no tengan las mismas caracteristicas de seguridad, como se especifica en la lista de partes, puede crear Radiacion de Rayos-X.
1. Cuando el receptor está en operación, se producen voltajes potencialmente tan altos como 25,000-29,000 voltios. Operar el receptor fuera de su gabinete o con la tapa trasera removida puede causar peligro de choque eléctrico. (1)Nadie debe intentar dar servicio si no está debidamente
familiarizado con las precauciones que son necesarias cuando se trabaja con un equipo de alto voltaje.
(2)Siempre descargue el ánodo del tubo de la imagen a tierra
para evitar el riesgo de choque eléctrico antes de remover la tapa del ánodo.
(3)Descargue completamente el alto potencial del tubo de
imagen antes de manipularlo. El tubo de la imagen es de alto vacío y, si se rompe, los fragmentos de vidrio salen despedidos violentamente.
2. Si se quemara algún fusible de este receptor de televisión, reemplácelo con otro especificado en la lista de partes.
3. Cuando reemplace tableros o plaquetas de circuitos, cuidadosamente enrolle sus alambres alrededor de las terminales antes de soldar.
4. Cuando reemplace un resistencia de vataje (resistor de película de óxido metálico) en el Tablero o Plaqueta de circuitos, mantenga la resistencia a un mínimo de 10mm de distancia.
5. Mantenga los alambres lejos de componentes de alto voltaje o de alta temperatura.
6. Este receptor de televisión debe conectarse a una fuente de 100 a 240 V AC.
7. Antes de devolver este aparato al cliente, haga una verificación de fuga de corriente sobre las partes metálicas del gabinete expuestas, tales como antenas, terminales, cabezas de tornillos, tapas de metal, palancas de control etc., para estar seguro de que el equipo funciona sin peligro de choque eléctrico. Enchufe el cordón directamente al tomacorriente de la línea de AC 100-240V.
No utilice una línea aislada de transformador durante esta verificación. Use un voltímetro de 1000 Ohmios por voltio de sensibilidad o más, en la forma que se describe a continuación. Cuando la unidad está ya conectada a la AC, pulse el conmutador primero poniéndolo en "ON" (encendiendo) y luego en "OFF" (apagando), mida desde un punto de tierra conocido, tal como una (cañería de metal, una manija metálica, una tubería etc.) a todas las partes metálicas expuestas del receptor de televisión (antenas, manijas de metal, gabinetes de metal, cubiertas de metal, palancas de control etc.,) especialmente cualquiera de las partes metálicas expuestas que puedan ofrecer un camino hacia el chasis. Ninguna medición de corriente eléctrica debe exceder de 0.5 miliamperios. Repita la prueba cambiando la posición del enchufe en el tomacorriente. Cualquier medición que no esté dentro de los límites especificados aquí representan un riesgo potencial de choque eléctrico que debe ser eliminado antes de devolver el equipo al cliente.

1. Objeto de Aplicación
Estas instrucciones se aplican a todos los TV PDP, PA-51D.
2. Notas
(1) Debido a que éste no es un chasis caliente, no es
necesario utilizar un transformador aislado. Sin embargo, el uso de un transformador aislado ayudará a proteger al
equipo de prueba. (2) Los ajustes deben realizarse en el orden correcto. (3) Los ajustes deben realizarse dada la circunstancia de
25±5°C de temperatura y 65±10% de humedad relativa si
no existe una designación especifica. (4) El voltaje de entrada del receptor debe mantener 110V,
60Hz cuando se ajusta. (5) El receptor debe ser operado por cerca de 15 minutos
antes de los ajustes.
1) Después de recibir el 100% del patrón blanco, el receptor debe ser operado antes del ajuste. (O en condición '8. White Pattern' en 'EZ-Adjust')
2) Entre al 'White Pattern' (Patrón Blanco)
- Presione el Botón 'POWER ON' (ENCENDIDO) en el
Control Remoto de Servicio (C/R S)
- Entre al 'Ez-Adjust' presionando la Tecla 'ADJ'
(AJUSTE) en el Control Remoto de Servicio (S R/C).
- Seleccione el '7. White Pattern' usando la tecla CH +/-
y presione la Tecla 'Enter' (
Y) .
Despliegue el 100% de Patrón Blanco Completo.
[ La unidad se activa en HEAT-RUN sin generador de
señal en este modo.
3. Descarga de EPLD
(1) Equipo de Prueba: PC, Jig para descarga. (2) Conecte la VSC B/D. (3) Ejecute el programa de descarga (iMPACK) de la PC. (4) Haga clic en el icono después de ejecutar la tecla de
activación en el Programador
(5) Finalice después de confirmar.
4. Ajuste del Voltaje del Montaje del PCB de Alimentación
(Ajuste del Voltaje Va, Vs)
4-1. Equipo de Prueba:D.M.M 1 C/U 4-2. Diagrama de Conexión para Medición
Refiérase a la <Fig. 2>.
4-3. Ajuste
(1) Ajuste Va
1) Conecte el terminal + del D.M.M al pin Va del P805 y conecte la terminal – al pin GND del P805.
2) Ajuste el voltaje RV601 para que sea igual al de la etiqueta en la parte Superior/Derecha del panel. (Desviación: ±0.5V)
(2) Ajuste Vs
1) Conecte el terminal + del D.M.M al pin Vs del P805 y conecte el terminal – al pin GND del P805.
2) Ajuste el voltaje RV401 para que sea igual al de la etiqueta en la parte Superior/Derecha del panel. (Desviación: ±0.5V)

Cada montaje del PCB debe verificarse por la Unidad JIG de Verificación antes del montaje. (Especialmente, tenga cuidado con el Montaje del PCB de Alimentación el cual puede causar Daño al Modulo PDP.)

Si enciende una pantalla fija por más de 20 min. (Especialmente un Patrón Digital(13 CH), Patrón Cross Hatch), puede presentarse una imagen diferida en la parte del nivel negro de la pantalla.

5 . Descarga de EDID(Datos Extendidos
de Identificación de Pantalla)/ DDC (Canal de Datos de Pantalla)
Esta es la función que permite “Plug and Play" (Enchufe y Opere).
5-1. Entrada de Datos HDMI EDID
(1) Equipo de Prueba Requerido
1) Jig para ajuste, PC, DDC. (PC serial a equipo de conexión D-sub)
2) S/W para escritura DDC(Escritura y lectura de datos EDID)
3) Cable D-Sub
4) Jig para la conexión de cable HDMI
(2) Preparación para el Ajuste y Colocación de
los Aparatos
1) Coloque los aparatos como se muestra abajo y encienda la PC y el JIG.
2) Abra el S/W para escritura DDC (Escritura y lectura de datos EDID). (Opera en modo DOS)

6. Ajuste de MST9883A-Set
6-1. Sinopsis
El ajuste MST9883A-Set fija el nivel negro y la Ganancia óptima con un movimiento automático del convertidor analógico => digital.
6-2. Equipo de Prueba
C/R de Servicio, Generador de Patrón MSPG925FA (720P La salida del 100% del Patrón de Barra de Color Horizontal será posible y el nivel de salida tendrá que ser revisado con precisión a 0.7±0.1Vp-p)

6-3. Ajuste
(1) Seleccione Componente como la entrada con el 100% del
Patrón de Barra de Color Horizontal (HozTV31Bar) en el Modo 720p y seleccione ‘Normal’ en la pantalla.
(2) Después de recibir la señal por al menos 1 seg., presione
la Tecla ADJ en C/R de Servicio para entrar al ‘Ez - Adjust’ y seleccione el ‘1. MST9883A-720p Set’. Presione la Tecla 'Enter' para ajustar con el movimiento automático.
(3) Cuando finaliza el ajuste, se despliega 'MST9883A
Component Success’. Si el ajuste tiene errores, se despliega 'MST9883A Configuration Error’.
(4) Después de finalizar el ajuste 'Component MST9883A',
convierta el Modo RGB-DTV y despliegue el Patrón. Cuando finaliza el ajuste se despliega 'MST9883A RGB_DTV Success’.
(5) Seleccione Componente como la entrada con el 100% del
Patrón de Barra Horizontal (HozTV31Bar) en el Modo 480i.
(6) Después de recibir la señal por al menos 1 seg. presione
la Tecla ADJ en C/R de Servicio para entrar al ‘Ez - Adjust’ y y seleccione ‘3. MST9883A-480i Set’. Presione la tecla 'Enter' para ajustar con el movimiento automático.
(7) Cuando finaliza el ajuste, se despliega 'MST9883A
Component Success’. Si el ajuste tiene errores, se despliega 'MST9883A Configuration Error’.
[ El ajuste MST9883 480i sólo se aplica al Modo Componente.
(8) Reajuste después de confirmar el Patrón o la condición de
ajuste donde el ajuste tuvo errores.
(9) Después de completar el ajuste, salga del modo de ajuste
presionando la TECLA 'ADJ'.
7. Ajuste del Balance de Blanco
7-1. Equipo Requerido
(1) Analizador de Color (CA-100 o aparato similar) (2) Ajustador Automático (con hora de ajuste automática y
con posibilidad de comunicación RS-232C)
(3) Generador de Patrón (MSPG-925FA): Salida DVI

7-3. Ajuste del Balance de Blanco

Opere la calibración cero del CA-100, luego pegue el
sensor a la superficie del módulo PDP cuando ajusta.
O
También es posible el ajuste manual con la siguiente secuencia.
(1) Entre al ‘Ez - Adjust’ presionando la TECLA KEY en el
Control Remoto de Servicio.
(2) Seleccione "8. WHITE PATTERN" usando la Tecla CH +/-
y caliente por lo menos 30 minutos presionando la Tecla ENTER.
(3) Reciba la señal del patrón 'Window' del Generador de
Patrón Digital. (Entrada AV: conecte el ‘HDMI’)
(4) Después de pegar el sensor en el centro de la pantalla,
seleccione ‘5. White-Balance’ de ‘Ez - Adjust’ presionando la Tecla 'ADJ' en el C/R de Servicio. Luego entre al modo de ajuste presionando la Tecla Derecha (
G
) .
(5) Ajuste la Luz Alta usando R Gain/G Gain(Frío).
Ajuste la Luz Alta usando G Gain/B Gain(Medio). Ajuste la Luz Alta usando G Gain/B Gain(Caliente).
(6) Ajuste usando la TECLA 'Volume' +/-.
Después de completar el ajuste, salga del modo de ajuste presionando la TECLA 'ADJ'.

8. Video(uPD)-Set
8-1. Equipo Requerido
Conector-Generador de Patrón MSPG925FA con Entrada de Video.
8-2. Ajuste MSG925FA
(1) Después de seleccionar el modelo, introduzca el
#201(NTSC-M). (2) Reciba el 100% del Patrón de Barra de Color.(Patrón #32) (3) Seleccione el botón 'Reverse' y seleccione la señal como
en la figura de abajo.
8-3. Adjustment
(1) Después de recibir la señal en la entrada Ant, salida CVBS
de MSPG925FA a Video, confirme el recibo de señal. (2) Entre al ‘EZ-ADJUST’ presionando la Tecla 'ADJ' en
Control Remoto de Servicio. (3) Seleccione ‘3. Video(uPD)-Set’ y entre al modo de ajuste
presionando la tecla derecha (
G
).
(4) Cuando entre al modo de ajuste, se despliega la Pantalla
TV 2CH automáticamente y se muestra como en la figura
de abajo.
(5) Cuando el ajuste automático finaliza, se despliega 'RF
Configuration Success’. Si el ajuste tiene errores, se
despliega 'Video Configuration Error’. (6) Después de finalizar el ajuste automático de señal RF,
convierta el Modo Video como en la figura de abajo y
ajuste el Modo Video con el movimiento automático.
Cuando el ajuste automático finaliza, se despliega, 'Video
Configuration Success’. Si el ajuste tiene errores, se
despliega 'Video Configuration Error’.
