概述

LexmarkTM

整个组织的文档输出来最大化云计算的性能和优点。解决方案是从 Lexmark 维护并监视的服务器托管的云服务。它不需要在计算机上本地安装任何特定的应用程序以提交打印作业。用户可以从任何地方发送打印作业，并且在任何支持的 Lexmark 或第三方设备上安全地释放它们。

解决方案由以下核心功能组成：

• 刷卡打印让您提交文档到基于云的打印队列，然后在已连接的打印机上释放打印作业。您可以使用您的公

司证章或用户名和密码释放打印作业。使用“刷卡打印”可提高您对打印作业数量的意识，并且减少因不需要或不必要的打印作业而造成的浪费。

• 文档计费让您查看并导出发送给系统的所有打印作业的报告。您还可以监视在打印机上执行的复印、扫

描、电子邮件、FTP 和传真作业。

该解决方案还支持“Lexmark 打印”，为您的打印需求提供更多的灵活性。

本指南专供“打印管理”最终用户使用。此文档不包括有关安装或配置“Lexmark 打印管理 SaaS”的信息。

打印管理

访问“Lexmark 打印管理 SaaS”的 Web 门户

1 打开 Web 浏览器，然后在地址字段中键入 https://lsp.lexmark.com/<companyID>，其中

创建“Lexmark 打印管理客户端”打印队列

在您开始之前，确认您已经为操作系统安装适当的打印驱动程序。

对于 Windows® 操作系统

1 从您的计算机，导览至设备和打印机文件夹。

2 添加本地打印机。如需更多信息，请参阅适用于您的操作系统的帮助信息。

3 当提示选择打印机端口时，请选择 LPM 服务器端口（标准 TCP/IP 端口）。

4 当提示安装打印驱动程序时，请选择“Lexmark 通用打印驱动程序 (UPD)”。

5 按照计算机屏幕上的说明进行操作。

6 安装之后，检查已创建的打印队列的端口是否与出现在 LPMC 配置文件中的 LoopbackPort 设置相同。

更改默认的打印设置

默认的打印设置被提供给从不通过打印机软件的来源提交的打印作业。这些作业从 Web 门户或通过电子邮件提交。

1 从您的 Web 浏览器，访问“Lexmark 打印管理 SaaS” 的 Web 门户。

2 单击屏幕右上角的齿轮图标。

3 从“打印设置”部分，定制下列项目：

• 双面打印—指定是打开还是关闭两面打印。要打开双面打印，请为短边装订选择短边，或者为长边装订

选择长边。

• 颜色—指定是以黑白色还是彩色打印。

• 份数—指定要打印的副本份数。

添加打印代理

如果管理员已启用，您可以设置并编辑您的打印委派。打印代理是您已经允许为您打印的用户。

3 在“用户名”列中，键入或选择您要向其委派打印作业的用户的名称，然后单击添加。

注意：要移除打印代理，请选择代理名称旁边的一个或多个复选框，然后单击移除代理。

查看和管理打印队列

1 从您的 Web 浏览器，访问“Lexmark 打印管理 SaaS” 的 Web 门户。

2 从顶部导航栏，鼠标悬停在刷卡打印，然后单击我的打印队列。

3 查看下列打印作业信息：

• 文档—显示队列中打印作业的文件名。

• 描述—显示您已经添加的有关打印作业的更多信息，如果有。

• 状态—显示打印作业是否准备好释放。打印作业可以是下面任何一种状态：就绪、正在处理、请使用打

印驱动程序并重新提交和不支持的文件类型。

• 来源—显示打印作业如何被提交给服务器的图标：从 Web、通过电子邮件、从移动设备或者从计算机。

• 上载日期—显示提交打印作业的日期和时间。

4 执行下面的任何操作：

• 要添加打印队列，请单击添加文档 > 添加文档。选择一个文件，然后单击打开 > 完成。

注意：

– 您也可以在计算机上单击文档，然后将它拖到“添加文档”对话框来添加到打印队列。 – 您可以一次添加多个文档。

• 要更改每个打印作业的设置，请单击您要更改的打印作业左边角上的 +，然后单击保存。

• 要下载打印队列中的文件，请单击下载。

发送打印作业

提交打印作业到您的刷卡打印队列有四种方式：

• 从您的计算机添加文件到“Lexmark 打印管理 SaaS”的 Web 门户。

• 从您的计算机打印文档。从计算机上的应用程序选择打印选项，然后从支持的打印机列表选择刷卡打印队列。

• 通过电子邮件提交文件。将一个或多个文档附加到电子邮件，然后发送电子邮件到“打印管理”服务器的

电子邮件地址。电子邮件的正文也可以作为单独的打印作业释放。

注意：如果您不知道服务器的电子邮件地址，请与系统管理员或帮助小组联系。

• 从您的 iOS 或 Android

从 Web 浏览器发送打印作业

1 从您的 Web 浏览器，访问“Lexmark 打印管理 SaaS” 的 Web 门户。

2 单击刷卡打印 > 我的打印队列 > 添加文档 > 添加文档。

3 选择一个文件，然后单击打开。

注意：

• 您也可以在计算机上单击文档，然后将它拖到“添加文档”对话框来添加到打印队列。

3 添加主题行。

4 如果需要，请添加您要在电子邮件正文中打印的任何信息。

5 如果需要，请附加您要打印的文件。

6 发送您的电子邮件消息。

注意：电子邮件的正文和附件作为单独的打印作业添加到您的打印队列中。

预览打印作业

某些打印机型号让您在打印之前使用控制面板预览选定的打印作业，选择要打印的页面，并且更改打印选项。预览选项在从刷卡打印队列选择一个打印作业时可用，当选择多个作业时不可用。

注意：

• 如果您在预览打印作业时更改设置，那么在刷卡打印队列中的作业名称旁边会出现一个图标。此图标指

出选项已经为该作业配置。

• 在许多预览页面中可用的图标可以用于将选项重置为其初始值。

打印所有页

理解配额

当您在打印机控制面板上查看刷卡打印队列时，您可能会看到一个或两个图标以及它们旁边的数字：

• 图标旁边的数字指出管理员指定的您可以打印的总页数（黑白色和彩色）。此数字是您的总配额。

• 图标旁边的数字指出管理员指定的您可以打印的彩色页数。此数字是您的彩色配额。

彩色配额是总配额的子集。当您打印彩色作业时，您的彩色配额和总配额都会减少。当您打印黑白作业时，只有您的总配额会减少，直到它变成少于您的彩色配额。当您的总配额变成少于您的彩色配额时，您的彩色配额会自动减少以匹配您的总配额。

当您选择作业从刷卡打印队列打印时，请注意每个作业的页数。如果您选定的所有作业的总页数超过配额，您就无法打印。当您尝试打印时，打印机屏幕上会出现一条消息，说明您没有足够的配额来完成请求。

添加防火墙例外到 LPMC 端口

防火墙可能阻止打印机和工作站之间的通信。当您在使用 Windows 操作系统的工作站上有非 Windows 的防火墙，或者在使用 Mac 操作系统的工作站上有非 Mac 的防火墙时会发生阻止情况。LPMC 的默认端口是 9443。如需更多信息，请与您的系统管理员联系。

检查“打印管理”电子邮件地址

当通过电子邮件或者将文档附加到电子邮件的方式来发送打印作业时，请将它发送到正确的电子邮件地址。此电子邮件地址是当用户被添加到系统时所提供的，并且对每一个用户都是唯一的。例如： MyUser@company.com。

处理并验证发送给“打印管理”的电子邮件后，系统发送一个确认电子邮件给用户，显示每一个作业的状态。除非连接或转换有问题，此时文档在打印队列中可用或者在连接的设备上待释放。

检查“打印管理”服务器地址

当通过打印驱动程序发送打印作业时，请在您安装刷卡打印队列时为“打印管理”服务器提供了正确的 IP 地址。“Windows 添加打印机向导”允许您只要提供有效的 IP 地址就能完成安装。

1 从您的计算机，打开打印机文件夹。

2 用鼠标右键单击刷卡打印队列，然后单击打印机属性或属性。

3 单击端口 > 配置端口。

注意：确认“打印机名称”或“IP 地址”字段中的地址是“打印管理”服务器的正确地址。如果您不知道 IP 地址，请与系统管理员联系。
