JORDNA HUB INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The following guide will provide you basic installation instructions for the Jordna Hub
The Jordna Hub is used when installing a Lencore® Spectra® i.Net Sound Masking System and there is no music or
paging required on the installation.
The Jordna hub is used for:
– Wire management
– Wire breakout
– System expansion and connectivity
The below diagram demonstrates standard connectivity of the i.Lon, Jordna Hub and the Operating Platform (OP).
insTrucTions:
1. Using plenum rated 16 gauge, 2 conductor wire, connect pins 1 and 2 on the Jordna Hub to pins 17 and 18 on the
i.Lon device.
2. Next, using plenum rated CAT5 RJ45 cable, plug the cable into any of the 4 Data Outputs available at the top of
the Jordna Hub.
3. Connect the cable from the Data Output in step 3 to the rst Operating Platform (OP) in the system.
