As the center part of the film contacts
the drum roller, cleaning of the toner
adhered on the drum roller is difficult. As
the result, the toner conveying ability is
decreased and cleaning failure occurs.

ability for the toner adhering on the
drum roller.

Topic

If the toner is accumulated on the surface of the drum roller due to insufficient cleaning ability for the toner

adhering on the drum roller, the toner conveying ability might be decreased and cleaning failure might occur,
which causes abnormal image. Therefore, the following change was made.

Content of Changes

In order to improve cleaning ability for the toner adhered on the drum roller, the shape of the cleaning film was
changed and also relocated.
