Topic
The shaft of the one-way clutch to drive the middle transfer unit might be worn. In this state, the drive might not be
correctly delivered and accordingly, the color registration shift at the leading edge or JAM(*) might occur.
Therefore, the following changes were made.
*J4012/J4013/J4014: Registration sensor stay jam
J4101/J4102/J4103/J4104: Pre-fuser sensor non arrival jam

For the FS-C8025MFP and FS-C8020MFP not using the DV-896(302MY9****) and the latest firmware in the
Upgrade Pack Ver.6.00 or later (Engine FW: 2K0_1000.010.002 or later), the function of the one-way clutch is not
applied. Therefore, the shaft wear does not occur.
Content of Changes
1) In order to increase the strength of the shaft (No.2), the material was changed from SUM24L to SUS303 or
SUS304.
2) Due to the change above, the assemly of the shaft (No.2) and its neighboring parts (No.3 to No.6) is now
supplied. Accordingly, the supply of the individual parts of No.2 to No.6 was discontinued.

*1: The individual part of No.2 to No.6 cannot be replaced. Therefore, the supply of these parts is discontinued, and the
assembly (No.1) is supplied.
*2: The part to fix the COUPLING MIDDLE TRANS B (No.4) is supplied in the assembly (No1).
(However, supply of No.6 is continued since it is a common part.)
