You certainly know how annoying it is when you quickly need
a printout and the device you sent the document to is busy
printing a large document. In such a situation, you can either
send the document again to another device, accepting that it
will be printed twice and le unattended in the original printer’s
tray, or wait until the printer is ready to process your job.

Print&Follow SE can be installed on most KYOCERA MFPs and no extra server is required for the system to work. All you need to do
is install the KX driver on all users’ PCs and an A3 MFP for the application. This device then becomes the manager device; its server
is where the various print jobs are stored. Once the application is installed, users can log in at any device with a password, a
PIN code or an ID Card. The device then displays their personal print job list, where they can choose the documents they would
like to print. Of course, it is also possible to delete print jobs from the job list without printing them.

Print&Follow SE is easy to set up, and the service will greatly increase the security of your documents and the overall eciency of
your printer fleet, while at the same time signicantly decreasing the amount of paper waste. Moreover, KYOCERA oers you the
opportunity to test the application for free to nd out if the system corresponds to your needs.

No extra server – the server of the manager MFP
is used to store all print jobs.

Easy login – with a PIN, a password or optional
ID Card reader.

Security – data encryption and authentication
ensure that your documents can be accessed and
printed by authorised people only.

FOCUS ON DATA SECURITY

To make sure your data is optimally protected against
even the most determined attacks, you can install our
optional Data Security Kit on your manager device. It
eectively encrypts all data stored on the hard disk,
and deletes and overwrites the data once it has been
printed or deleted from the print job list.

Fast and easy – the intuitive installation and
interface guarantee that anyone can operate the
application without diculty.

Job list – increases printing flexibility. Jobs remain
on the list until they have been printed or deleted.

Small businesses – this application is particularly
recommended for printer fleets with up to 5 devices.
