Operating Instructions
CHARGING THE SOLAR CHARGER
1. Place 2 AA size batteries into the charger so that the + (positive) and – (negative) ends
(terminals) of the batteries correspond to the same + and – markings in the charger.
NOTE: For best performance, use only KODAK Ni-MH Batteries.
2. Move the switch at the side of the charger to the IN position.
3. Place the charger with its solar panel facing the energy source directly. The charge indicator
light is illuminated and battery charging begins.
4. This is a continuous charging charger. The RED light remains ON during charging.
5.
Be careful when removing the batteries immediately after charging. The temperature of batteries can be high.

CHARGING YOUR DIGITAL DEVICE ON THE GO
NOTE: Your solar charger does not have to be fully charged to power your digital device.
Connect your USB device's cable (not included) to the solar charger and your digital device.

2. Move the switch at the side of the charger to the OUT position. The charge indicator
light is illuminated and your digital device begins to charge. In most cases, your digital
device can be used before it is fully charged.
OPTIONALLY CHARGING THE SOLAR CHARGER VIA USB

USB AC Adapter).

Guarantee: This battery charger and batteries are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one year after
date of purchase. Any device damaged by these batteries due to such defect will be repaired or replaced (at our option) if sent
with batteries to Kodak. To Claim: In the U.S. and Canada call toll free, 1-888-375-6325 or 1-800-242-2424, between the
hours of 9:00a.m. and 8:00p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday for authorization and mailing address. Send charger or batteries
prepaid with your address and phone number, copy of proof of purchase and description of usage. Replacement charger or
batteries will be mailed prepaid. No cash refunds will be given. Outside the U.S. and Canada, check with your local Kodak
