IMPORTANTES INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Cuando se usa un aparato eléctrico, debe seguirse unas precauciones básicas y que vienen incluidas a continuación.

PELIGRO-

1. La máquina no debe de jarse nunca de satendida mient ras esté conec tada. Desc onectar la máq uina de la red eléc trica
inmediatamente después de su uso y antes de limpiarla.

1. No usar la máquina como un juguete.
Prestar atención si fuese necesario cuando la máquina está siendo usada por niños o cerca de ellos.
2. Esta máquina no está pensada para ser usada por personas (incluido niños) con capacidades reduci das psíquicas,

6. No usar la máquina c on los ori cios de ventilaci ón bloqueados. M antener los ori cios de ventilac ión de la máquina de c oser
y el pedal sin acumulación de polvo, suciedad y restos de tejido.
7. No introducir n o insertar o bjetos en los ori cios de ventilac ión.
8. No usar al aire libre.
9. No usar mientras se estén utilizando productos aerosoles (spray) o en lugares donde se esté administrando oxigeno.
10. Para desconectar, girar el interruptor hasta la posición Off ( “0” ), luego desconectar el enchufe de la red.
11. Apa gar el interrupto r de la máquina o desenc hufarla cuand o la deje desatendi da. Desenchufa r la máquina antes de
transportarla, repararla o cambiar la bombilla.
12. No desconectar el enchufe tirando del cable. Para desconectar, tirar de la clavija, no del cable.
13. Mantener los dedos alejados de todas las partes movibles de la máquina. Tener un cuidado especial con la aguja.
14. Usar siempre la placa de agujas apropiada. Una placa de agujas impropia puede producir la rotura de la aguja.
15. No usar agujas despuntadas.
16. No presionar ni tirar del tejido mientras se está cosiendo. Esto podría doblar la aguja y romperla.
17. Situar el i nterruptor p rincipal de l a máquina en posic ión Of f ( “0” ) cua ndo se realic e algún ajuste en el áre a de la aguja
como enhebrar la aguja, cambiar la aguja, cambiar la canilla, cambiar el pie prensatelas y similares.
18. Desco nectar sie mpre la máquina d e la red eléct rica cu ando se retire n las tapas, par a lubrica r, o cuando se realice al gún
otro tipo de ajuste mecánico mencionado en el manual de instrucciones.
19. Para evitar el r iesgo de la d escarga e léctr ica nunca p onga la máquin a, tampoc o los cabl es, ni la toma de c orrie nte en el
agua o otros líquidos.
20. La potenc ia máxima de l a lámpara de LED e s de 0.3w, máximo vo ltage es DC 5v. Si la lámpar a de LED se estrop ea, no
usar la máquina, llevar la máquina al servicio post venta para ser reemplazada.
21. Atención a lo siguiente para evitar daños::
- Desenchufar el p edal de la máquina cua ndo la deje desatendi da.
- Desenchufar el p edal de la máquina antes d e transport arla o de hacer c ualquier mantenimi ento.
PARTES MÓVILES-
Para reducir el ri esgo de daños persona les, apague y
desconecte ante s de cualquier mante nimiento. Cierre l a tapa
antes de utilizar la máquina.
No usar la máquina de c oser si está expuest a a sol directo,
cerca de super ficie s calientes com o estufa, plancha , velas
o cualquier objeto c aliente, y en los espaci os, dónde la
temperatura est á muy alta. Si la temper atura dentro de la
máquina sube, el vinilo d el cable eléc trico pu ede ser dañado,
pudiendo ocasionar un incendio o una decarga eléctrica.

INFORMACIÓN REFERENTE AL ENCHUFE
POLARIZADO (sólo EE.UU. y Canadá)
Este electrodom éstico está equipa do con un enchufe pola rizado
(note que una patita es más ancha que l a otra).
Para reducir el ries go de choques eléctricos, este enchufe
solamente puede ser usado en una toma de corriente
polarizada. Si no puede inser tar el enchufe completamente
en l a to ma de corriente, déle la vuelta e inténtelo de nuevo.
Si el enchufe no entra todavía correcta mente, contrate a un
electricist a ca lificado para que le instale la toma de c orriente
adecuada. No intente m odicar el enc hufe.
