Introduction
Congratulations on the purchase of your Jensen Dynamique adjustable
bed. We hope that it gives you many years of comfortable days and
nights. During the development of the Jensen Dynamique, special
attention was paid to ensuring that it is simple and safe to use. The
advanced technical features can be operated simply and smartly using
the handy remotecontrol and we recommend that you read on to
familiarise yourself with its use.
Guarantee
We provide a 5 year guarantee based on normal use. The invoice on
which the date of purchase is stated serves as a certificate of
guarantee. In the event of any faults or malfunctions, please
contact the store from which you purchased the bed.
Assembly / installation
First of all, you should check whether all the
parts have been supplied by referring to the
summary on the left-hand side of the folder.
1. Turn the base upside down. Screw the feet
or wheels onto the legs and attach these to the
base. Use 1 screw for each leg.
2. Attach all the plastic corner attachments to
the base.
3. Lay out the support sections of the bed in
the correct order.
4. Position the base in such a way on the
sections that the section attachment points are
exactly above the corner attachments. Make
sure that no cables get caught.
5. Secure the base to the support sections,
placing the 16 screws through the corner attachment points. Fasten the 4 screws on each
section by hand before tightening.
Pull the leads from the massage motors
through the cable ducts to the control unit at
the foot end.
Make sure the leads with the coloured strips
(the massage motor and air-conditioning leads)
are linked to the control unit cables which have
the same strips with colour codes.
6. The storage pouch can be attached to either
one of the sides of section 1 using 2 screws.
You can decide which side yourself.
7. Place the mattress and the top mattress on
the support sections. Now you can plug the
bed into the mains.
8. Connect the network adapter to the leads
poking out of the cable guide in the frame at the
head end. Then insert the plug into the socket.
9. When you use this function for the first time,
allow the head and end to raise gradually, after
activating the bed’s remote control, and check
whether the massage or the lighting leads are
not pulled too tight. Keep moving the bed until
it has gone as far as it can.

Using the remote control
Insert the batteries (2 x AAA) into the remote control. You can only control the bed after the
remote control has been activated (see ’Activate the remote control’).
The remote control can control the movement of the bed directly via the joystick if you keep
it vertical, with the display facing downwards.
If the display is pointing upwards, you will be able to use the menus with the joystick.
Move the joystick to the side to view the clock.
Press the joystick to view the menu. Use the joystick to move the marker to the desired
function and then press it. Set the desired functions. Deactivate the selected functions by
pressing the joystick twice or by setting them to zero.
If not used, the display will switch to energy saving mode after 15 seconds.
Activating the remote control
Activate the remote control for the right bed by pressing the button on the control unit under
the bed (see illus. 6). Keep this button pressed until it emits a double audible signal and then
release. Keep the remote control vertical, with the display facing down and move the joystick
to the left or the right to synchronise the remote control with the control unit.
The remote control has now been activated in conjunction with the control unit and the
electric motor under the bed.
NOTE: When you move the remote control to the left or right to connect it to the control unit,
it is important that you hold it upside down, that is with the display facing downwards and
with the joystick facing upwards. Go to the clock menu and scroll down with the joystick
until you reach the lowest field. Make sure the number 1 is shown in the display (address 1).
If this is not the case, click the field and then select the number 1.
Synchronising two beds (double bed)
First press the RED button on the control unit on bed number 1 until you hear two peeps
and then release the button.
Then keep the RED button on the control unit of bed number 2 pressed until you hear four
peeps (2 x 2) and then release the button.
Make sure you keep the remote control vertical with the display facing downwards, and that
the remote control is set to address number 1 (see NOTE to Activating the remote control).
Then move the joystick on the remote control for bed number 1 to the right, to the left, up
and down (keep pressing the joystick until the RED lamp on the control unit goes out).
Select bed number 2 on the remote control and in the menu select the address ’NEW’.
Follow the instructions shown in the display. While the text is active, briefly press the RED
button on the control unit of bed number 2 and then release again.
The beds are now synchronised on the remote control. Then set the address to ’1+2’ on
both remote controls if you want both beds to move in parallel.
NB: Only the movements of the beds can be synchronised.
NOTE: If, after the setting has been changed, the beds can be controlled in parallel but are
not in similar positions, lower the beds to get them parallel.
Lower bed in the event of a power failure
In the event of a power failure you can lower the bed by pressing the red button on the control unit and by keeping it pressed until it emits an audible signal. However, you must have
fitted two 9 volt batteries into the bed’s drive box. If you use this function, you must replace
the batteries to ensure that the function will operate again should another power cut occur.
NOTE: The emergency function for lowering the bed can also be used without a power
failure having occurred. This can be handy of you have lost the remote control. If no power
failure has occurred, no charge from the batteries will be used.
Button locking/child safety mechanism
If the logo and clock are visible in the display,
you can do the following: press the joystick
upwards, to the right, downwards, to the left
and then upwards to activate the button locking
mechanism. Repeat this procedure to deactivate the button locking mechanism.
Clock
Move the joystick to the right or to the left to
change the hour.
Press the joystick to confirm the desired time.
Alarm: On/Off.
Alarm function
Select P1, P2, P3 or music. Refer to ‘Programme favourite settings’. Only those elements
and levels which are in the selected favourite
programme will be activated.
If the alarm function is active.
If you press the joystick, everything will be switched off and you will be woken again 5 minutes
later. If you move the joystick to the side you
will see a screen showing the clock and status
and you will able to choose ‘STOP’ to switch
the alarm off or ‘SNOOZE’ to be woken again 5
minutes later.
Synchronising beds
‘1’ controls bed no. ‘1’ and ‘2’ controls bed
no. 2.
‘1+2’ should you wish 2 beds to be coupled
to one remote control. Press the joystick to
confirm.
Do not forget that only the bed movements will
be synchronised. Press ‘New’ if you want to
synchronise remote control no. 2.
Light
You can set the light intensity by moving the
joystick to the right or to the left. Press the
joystick to confirm.
Timer
You can set the light to go off at a certain time.
Select the time. Press the joystick to confirm.
This function is only available if you have
purchased a Dynamique lamp.
Massage
Choose between massage at the head and foot
end and rolling massage.
Head end massage
Move the joystick to the right or to the left to
select the
desired force.
Press the joystick to confirm.
Foot end massage
Move the joystick to the right or to the left to
select the
desired force.
Press the joystick to confirm.
Rolling massage
Move the joystick to the right or to the left to
select the
desired force/frequency.
Press the joystick to confirm.
Timer
You can have the massage stop at a certain
time. Press the joystick to confirm.
®
Ventronic
Ventronic® is a silent ventilator, fitted to the
base of the bed. The ventilator removes
excess heat and moisture from the mattress and creates a cooler sleeping climate,
even on hot summer nights. Move the
joystick to the right or to the left to select
the desired force.
Press the joystick to confirm.
NOTE: The ventilation works best and extracts air out of the entire bed if you sleep
under a blanket or duvet.
Timer
You can have the ventilation stop at a
certain time.
Press the joystick to confirm.
Programming favourite settings
(P1, P2 and P3)
You can pre-programme three different
positions / massage functions / lighting
/ ventilation settings which you can then
activate at will.
Select the function(s) you want to save, for
example the light.
Select light in the menu. Set the desired
light intensity.
Press the joystick to confirm your selection.
Then go to P1.
Press the joystick twice in rapid succession.
Select OK in the ‘Save Current settings to
P1’ menu screen.
You can select various options in the same
programme.
Press the chosen programme again to
finish.
NOTE: To change an existing programmes,
start the programme, go to the desired
functions and adapt them to your wishes.
You can then save the programme in the
same position, P1-3.
Setting the position of the bed
Turn the remote control upside down (so
that the joystick points upwards).
The display will switch to energy saver
mode.
Move the joystick upwards to move the
head end upwards.
Move the joystick downwards to move the
head end downwards.
Move the joystick to the right to move the
foot end upwards.
Move the joystick to the left to move the
foot end downwards.
Save your favourite position by pressing
the joystick (for 2 seconds) until you see 2
flashing signals.
From now on the bed will move to your
favourite position when you first press the
joystick and it will move back to horizontal
when you press it a second time.

Music
Eleven songs have been pre-installed on the remote control.
Select the note symbol and press the joystick. Move the
joystick to the right to access an overview if the contents
of the memory card. A song will play for a few seconds if
marked. Press to select the song. The selected music will
be used for the alarm function.
You can save more music by using a card reader and a pc
and you can also arrange the music in file folders. You can
select ‘shuffle’ in a file folder to be woken by a random song
from the selected file folder.
The music is in a uSD card which can be found under the
battery cover.
Any music you want to enter must be in the following
format: 8 bit, 44 kHz, mono. For this you can use the free
Wavosaur programme (www.wavosaur.com).
Select ‘Tools->Batch processing’. Select the files to be
converted and then select the following functions: ‘Convert
to mono 50% 50%’, ‘Convert to 8 bits’, ‘Convert to wav’
and then, if necessary, ‘Normalize 0dB’ to increase the
sound level. The sample rate is normally 44.1 kHz. However,
if the tempo is incorrect you can also select ‘Re sample
44100Hz’. This programme allows you to convert music before you save it to the uSD card. The selected format means
there is space for approx. 100 songs per GB. The uSD card
supplied has a capacity of 1 GB.
Safety sensors
The Jensen Dynamique is fitted with safety sensors on both
sides of the base. These sensors reduce the risk of becoming trapped between the bed’s moving parts. Whenever
the sensors’ infrared beam is interrupted, it will only be
possible to lower the bed when the path of the beam is free
again. If you try to lower the bed in this situation, you will
hear a peep. Once the path of the beam is free you have to
wait five seconds before the bed can be lowered using the
remote control.
WARNING: Even though a safety mechanism has been
incorporated to eliminate the risk of becoming trapped
between the bed’s moving parts during normal use, there is
always a risk of injury if you do not use the bed correctly. We
therefore recommend you keep bodily parts away from the
mechanical sections of the frame when the bed is moving.
Upgrading software
The remote control and the control unit contain software
which can be upgraded. Jensen works continuously to
detect and rectify errors in the existing software and to
provide support for the new functions. New software can be
downloaded via http://www.jensen.no/http://www.jensen.
no. The software files are packed in a zip file and contain:
JMC200.hex - software for the control unit
JMT300.hex - software for the remote control
release.txt - Information on how to rectify errors and on
improvements in the new software version
Make sure, before you upgrade, that the remote control has
been activated on the control unit(s) you want to update.
Proceed as follows:
Remove the USD card from the remote control.
Add JMC200.hex and JMT300.hex to the card.
Reinsert the USD card into the remote control.
Use the remote control to move the bed or beds, to check
whether contact has been established with the control
unit(s).
Go to the menu, select the clock menu and scroll down.
When the marker stops, keep moving down until a hidden
menu appears.
Upgrading the control unit
Select ’CB out’. This should be the location of the new
software version on the USD card. Once all the data has
been transferred, check whether you can indeed move the
bed correctly.

Select ’USD’. This should be the location of the new software version for the remote control on the USD card. Press
the joystick. When you have finished updating, check that
the menu is displayed.
’GOTO BL’ and ’RC OUT’ are special commands used
when the remote control is manufactured and you should
not select them.
NOTE: If the control unit fails to upgrade, a yellow lamp will
light up. Resend the code. A white lamp will start to flash on
the remote control if upgrading has failed. Then insert a USD
card with the right code, after which upgrading will take
place automatically when you replace the batteries. If the
remote control is not activated on the control unit, it will not
be possible to transfer the new software.
Feilsøking
Strange noises
A mechanical and electrically adjustable bed generates
noise. In most instances, the amount of noise that the bed
makes depends on the acoustics of the room in which
the bed is situated. In the case of the massage function,
hard floors may cause resonance. This can be reduced by
placing a rug or another noise or vibration-resistant material
under the legs or wheels.
Usage
The bed’s lifting motors are not designed for continuous
usage. Normally the motors should not operate for more
than 2 minutes during a 15 minute period. Any attempt
to exceed this degree of usage will reduce the life of the
product and may render the guarantee invalid.
The bed has been constructed in such a way that it can
bear a maximum weight of 150 kg, distributed equally between the head end and the foot end. Any attempt to exceed

Use with pacemakers
As is the case with all products that vibrate, there is a risk
that certain pacemakers will interpret the vibrations as body
movements. There is, therefore, a risk that this will affect
your pacemaker. If you are worried, please contact your
doctor.

Detecting malfunctions
Never open motors, electronic components or the remote control yourself. The manufacturer will not
accept any liability if the motors, electronic components or the remote control are opened by someone
other than uncertified maintenance staff. New components and parts must be purchased from the
manufacturer.

into the space under the flap. The first 500 remote
controls need a USD card to function.
6. Insert the plug into the adapter and insert the
small, round DIN contact into the lead which comes
out of the head end of the bed.
7. If the power has been connected and the
control unit does not light up when you press the
button, contact your supplier to have the control
unit replaced.
8. Activate the remote control on the bed (see
manual).
9. Check whether the bed is physically prevented
from moving. Contact your supplier to have the
necessary repairs carried out.

Einleitung
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf Ihres verstellbaren Bettes der Marke Jensen
Dynamique. Wir hoffen, dass Sie viele Jahre Freude daran haben werden. Bei der
Entwicklung des Jensen Dynamique Bettes wurde der einfachen und sicheren
Anwendung besondere Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet. Die fortschrittliche Technik wird
bequem mit der praktischen Fernbedienung bedient. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, diese
Gebrauchsanleitung sorgfältig zu lesen, damit Sie sich vorab mit den Funktionen
des Geräts vertraut machen können.
Garantie
Wir gewähren 5 Jahre Garantie bei normaler Verwendung. Als Garantieurkunde
dient die Rechnung, auf der das Kaufdatum vermerkt ist. Bei eventuellen
Mängeln oder Störungen können Sie sich an das Geschäft wenden, in dem
Sie das Bett gekauft haben.
Montage / Installation
Kontrollieren Sie zunächst, ob alle Teile mitgeliefert wurden. Siehe hierzu die Übersicht auf der
linken Seite der Broschüre.
1. Legen Sie zuerst das Untergestellt umgekehrt auf den Boden. Schrauben Sie die Füße
oder Rollen an die Beine und befestigen Sie
diese am Untergestell. Verwenden Sie für jedes
Bein eine Schraube.
2. Montieren Sie alle Befestigungsecken an
dem Untergestell.
3. Legen Sie die Stützplatten des Bettes in der
richtigen Reihenfolge zurecht.
4. Positionieren Sie das Untergestell so auf
den Platten, dass die Befestigungspunkte der
Platten genau auf den Befestigungsecken
liegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht
eingeklemmt werden.
5. Stecken Sie 16 Schrauben jeweils in die
Befestigungsecken und verschrauben Sie
diese mit den Stützplatten. Drehen Sie in jeder
Ecke zunächst vier Schrauben mit der Hand
an, bevor Sie sie mit einem Schraubenzieher
festziehen.
Führen Sie die Kabel der Massagemotoren
durch die Kabelrinne zum Kontrollkästchen am
Fußende.
Verbinden Sie die farbig gekennzeichneten
Kabel (vom Massagemotor und vom Ventilator)
jeweils mit den in der gleichen Farbe gekennzeichneten Kabeln im Kontrollkästchen.
6. Das Staufach wird mit 2 Schrauben an einer
der beiden Seiten von Platte I befestigt. Welche
Seite Sie nehmen, ist Ihnen überlassen.
7. Legen Sie die Wendematratze und die Obermatratze auf die Stützplatten. Jetzt können Sie
den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken.
8. Schließen Sie den Netzadapter an die Kabel
an, die aus der Kabelführung im Bettgestell
am Kopfende herausragen. Stecken Sie den
Stecker in die Steckdose.
9. Wenn Sie diese Funktion das erste Mal
benutzen, müssen Sie nach dem Aktivieren
der Fernbedienung des Bettes das Kopf- und
Fußende langsam hochfahren lassen und kontrollieren, ob die Kabel für die Massage- bzw.
Beleuchtungsfunktion nicht zu straff gespannt
sind. Bewegen Sie das Bett so lange, bis der
gesamte Ablauf durchgeführt ist.

Umgang mit der Fernbedienung
Legen Sie die Batterien (2x AAA) in die Fernbedienung ein. Die Fernbedienung muss aktiviert
werden, bevor die Bettfunktionen bedient werden können (siehe ”Aktivieren der Fernbedienung”).
• Mithilfe der Fernbedienung können die Bewegungen des Bettes direkt mit dem Joystick
gesteuert werden, wenn Sie diese senkrecht mit dem Display nach unten halten.
• Wenn das Display nach oben gehalten wird, können Sie mit dem Joystick die Menüs
bedienen.
Bewegen Sie den Joystick zur Seite, um die Uhr aufzurufen.
Drücken Sie den Joystick, um das Menü aufzurufen. Bewegen Sie den Cursor mithilfe
des Joysticks auf die gewünschte Funktion und drücken Sie den Joystick. Stellen Sie den
gewünschten Modus der Funktionen ein. Um die gewählten Funktionen zu deaktivieren,
drücken Sie den Joystick zwei Mal oder bringen ihn in die Ausgangsposition.
Das Display schaltet sich nach 15 Sekunden automatisch in die Ruheposition.
Aktivieren der Fernbedienung
Um die Fernbedienung für das gewünschte Bett zu aktivieren, drücken Sie die Taste auf
dem Kontrollkästchen unter dem Bett (siehe Abb. 6). Halten Sie diese Taste gedrückt, bis
ein zweifaches Signal ertönt und lassen Sie sie dann los. Halten Sie die Fernbedienung senkrecht mit dem Display nach unten und bewegen Sie den Joystick nach links oder rechts,
um die Fernbedienung und das Kontrollkästchen zu synchronisieren.

ANMERKUNG: Wenn Sie die Fernbedienung nach links oder rechts bewegen, um die
Verbindung zum Kontrollkästchen herzustellen, müssen Sie darauf achten, dass sie diese
umgekehrt halten, d.h. mit dem Display nach unten und dem Joystick nach oben. Gehen
Sie zum Uhrzeitmenü und scrollen Sie mit dem Joystick bis ins letzte Feld nach unten.
Achten Sie darauf, dass im Display die Zahl 1 angezeigt wird (Adresse 1). Ist das nicht der
Fall, dann klicken Sie das Feld an und wählen anschließend die Zahl 1.
Synchronisierung von zwei Betten (Doppelbett)
Drücken Sie zuerst die ROTE Taste auf dem Kontrollkästchen des 1. Bettes, bis ein zweifaches Piepsen ertönt und lassen Sie dann die Taste los.
Halten Sie danach die ROTE Taste auf dem Kontrollkästchen des 2. Bettes gedrückt, bis vier
Piepser (2 x 2) ertönt sind und lassen Sie dann die Taste los.
Achten sie darauf, dass Sie die Fernbedienung senkrecht halten mit dem Display nach unten
und dass die Fernbedienung auf Adresse 1 eingestellt ist (siehe die ANMERKUNG unter
”Aktivieren der Fernbedienung”).
Bewegen Sie den Joystick der Fernbedienung für das 1. Bett anschließend nach rechts,
nach links, nach oben und nach unten (halten Sie den Joystick gedrückt, bis die rote
Anzeige auf dem Kontrollkästchen erlischt).
Wählen Sie bei der Fernbedienung für das 2. Bett im Menü die Adresse ”NEW”. Befolgen
Sie die Anweisungen, die dann im Display erscheinen. Während der Text aktiv ist, drücken
Sie die rote Taste auf dem Kontrollkästchen des 2. Bettes und lassen ihn wieder los.
Die Betten und die Fernbedienung sind damit synchronisiert. Stellen Sie abschließend bei
beiden Fernbedienungen die Adresse auf ”1+2” ein, wenn die Bewegung beider Betten
synchron (parallel) verlaufen sollen.
Hinweis: Bei den Betten können nur die Bewegungen synchronisiert werden.
ANMERKUNG: Werden die Betten nach dem Ändern der Einstellung synchron gesteuert,
aber stimmt ihre Position nicht überein, dann senken Sie beide Betten einmal komplett ab,
um sie auszugleichen.
Absenkfunktion bei Stromausfall
Bei einem Stromausfall können Sie das Bett absenken, indem Sie die rote Taste auf dem
Kontrollkästchen drücken, bis ein Signal ertönt. Dazu müssen allerdings zwei 9-VoltBatterien in den Antriebskasten des Bettes eingelegt worden sein. Wenn Sie diese Funktion
einmal benutzt haben, müssen die Batterien ausgetauscht werden, um sicherzustellen, dass
sie beim nächsten Stromausfall wieder funktionieren.
ANMERKUNG: Die Notabsenkfunktion kann auch benutzt werden, wenn es keinen Stromausfall gab. Das ist beispielsweise praktisch, wenn Sie die Fernbedienung verlegt haben.
Bei normaler Stromversorgung werden die Batterien dadurch nicht belastet.
Tastensperre/Kindersicherung
Wenn im Display das Logo und die Uhr
angezeigt werden, haben Sie folgende
Möglichkeiten: Bewegen Sie den Joystick
nach oben, nach rechts, nach unten, nach
links und anschließend nach oben, um die
Tastensperre zu aktivieren. Wiederholen Sie
diese Handlungen, um die Tastensperre zu
deaktivieren.

Sie können das Licht zu einer beliebigen Zeit
automatisch ausschalten lassen. Geben Sie den
Zeitpunkt ein und drücken Sie zur Bestätigung
den Joystick. Diese Funktion wird nur
unterstützt, wenn Sie eine Dynamique-Lampe
gekauft haben.
Massage
Stellen Sie die gewünschte Massagefunktion
ein (Massage am Kopf- und Fußende und Wellenmassage).
Massage am Kopfende
Bewegen Sie den Joystick nach rechts oder
links, um die gewünschte Intensität einzustellen.

Ventronic® ist ein nahezu geräuschloser Ventilator am Untergestell des Bettes. Der Ventilator
leitet überschüssige Wärme und Feuchtigkeit
aus der Matratze ab und sorgt selbst in
heißen Sommernächten für ein kühleres
Schlafklima. Bewegen Sie den Joystick
nach rechts oder links, um die gewünschte
Intensität einzustellen.

ANMERKUNG: Die Lüftung funktioniert
am besten und leitet die Luft aus dem

Favoriteneinstellungen programmieren

Funktionen und passen diese an Ihre
Wünsche an. Anschließend speichern Sie
die Einstellung auf demselben Speicherplatz (P1-3).
Einstellen der Bettposition
Drehen Sie die Fernbedienung auf den
Kopf (der Joystick zeigt nach oben).
Das Display schaltet in den Schlafmodus.
Bewegen den Joystick nach oben, um das
Kopfende nach oben zu fahren.

Sie speichern Ihre bevorzugte Bettposition,
indem Sie den Joystick gedrückt halten,
bis Sie zwei Blinksignale gesehen haben
(2 Sekunden).
Von nun an bewegt sich das Bett beim
ersten Drücken des Joysticks in Ihre bevorzugte Position und beim zweiten Drücken
wieder in die Waagerechte zurück.

Musik
In der Fernbedienung sind 11 Melodien vorinstalliert.
Wählen Sie das Notensymbol und drücken Sie den Joystick.
Bewegen Sie den Joystick nach rechts, um eine Übersicht
der gespeicherten Titel aufzurufen. Bleiben Sie mit dem
Cursor ein paar Sekunden auf einem Titel stehen, um diesen
abzuspielen. Drücken Sie den Joystick, um den Titel auszuwählen. Der gewählte Titel wird damit bei der Weckfunktion
abgespielt.
Mithilfe eines Kartenlesegeräts und eines Computers
können Sie weitere Melodien speichern und die
Musikdateien in Ordnern abspeichern. Wählen Sie in einem
Ordner die Option ‘shuffle’, um mit einem zufällig gewählten
Titel aus diesem Ordner geweckt zu werden. Die Musik
ist auf einer uSD-Karte gespeichert, die sich unter der
Batterieabdeckung befindet.
Die von Ihnen gespeicherte Musik muss das Format 8 Bit,
44 kHz, mono haben. Sie können hierfür das kostenlose
Programm Wavosaur verwenden (www.wavosaur.com).
Wählen Sie ‘Tools->Batch processing’, dann die zu
konvertierenden Dateien und die folgenden Funktionen:
‘Convert to mono 50% 50%’, ‘Convert to 8 bits’, ‘Convert
to wav’ und anschließend ggf. ‘Normalize 0dB’, um
die Lautstärke zu erhöhen. Die Sample-Rate beträgt
normalerweise 44,1 kHz, wenn das Tempo jedoch nicht
stimmt, wählen sie außerdem ‘Re sample 44100Hz’. Mit
diesem Programm können Sie Musiktitel konvertieren,
bevor Sie diese auf der uSD-Karte speichern. Mit dem
gewählten Format ist Platz für ca. 100 Titel pro Gigabyte.
Die mitgelieferte uSD-Karte hat eine Kapazität von 1 GB.
Sicherheitssensoren
Das Modell Jensen Dynamique ist an beiden Seiten des
Untergestells mit Sicherheitssensoren ausgerüstet. Diese
Sensoren reduzieren die Gefahr, dass man sich zwischen
den beweglichen Teilen des Bettes einklemmt. Sobald
der Infrarotstrahl durchbrochen wird, kann das Bett erst
aus einer höheren Position abgesenkt werden, nachdem
das Hindernis beseitigt wurde. Wenn Sie das Bett in einer
derartigen Situation absenken, ertönt ein Piepsen. Nachdem
das Hindernis beseitigt wurde, müssen Sie 5 Sekunden warten, bevor das Bett mithilfe der Fernbedienung abgesenkt
werden kann.
ACHTUNG: Auch wenn das Bett wegen der Quetschgefahr
mit einer Sicherung ausgerüstet ist, greift diese nur bei normalem Gebrauch. Bei unsachgemäßer Anwendung besteht
immer Verletzungsgefahr. Deshalb ist es ratsam, Körperteile
von den mechanischen Teilen des Gestells fernzuhalten,
solange das Bett in Bewegung ist.
Upgraden der Software
Die Fernbedienung und das Kontrollkästchen sind mit einer
Software ausgerüstet, die mithilfe von Upgrades auf den
neuesten Stand gebracht werden kann. Jensen ist ständig
bestrebt, Fehler in der bestehenden Software aufzuspüren,
diese beheben und bei neuen Funktionen Unterstützung
zu bieten. Verfügbare neue Software können Sie auf http://
www.jensen.no downloaden. Die Software ist als ZIP-Datei
verpackt und enthält Folgendes:
JMC200.hex - Software für die Steuerung (das Kontrollkästchen)
JMC300.hex - Software für die Fernbedienung
release.txt - Informationen zur Behebung von Fehlern und zu
Verbesserungen in der neuen Softwareversion
Stellen Sie vor dem Upgrade sicher, dass die Fernbedienung
des (der) Kontrollkästchen(s) aktiviert ist, die Sie updaten
wollen.
Gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
• Nehmen Sie die USD-Karte aus der Fernbedienung.
• Speichern Sie JMC200.hex und JMT300.hex auf der
Karte.
• Stecken Sie die USD-Karte wieder in die Fernbedienung.
• Bedienen Sie mit der Fernbedienung das Bett bzw. die
Betten, um zu kontrollieren, ob Sie Kontakt mit dem (den)
Kontrollkästchen haben.
• Gehen Sie zum Menü, wählen Sie das Uhrzeitmenü und
scrollen Sie nach unten. Sobald der Cursor stehen bleibt,
bewegen Sie ihn weiter nach unten, bis ein verstecktes
Menü erscheint.
Kontrollkästchen upgraden
• Wählen Sie ”CB out”. Hier muss die neue Softwareversion
angezeigt werden, die Sie auf der USD-Karte gespeichert
haben. Nachdem alle Daten übertragen wurden, kontrollieren Sie, ob Sie das Bett tatsächlich bewegen können.
Fernbedienung upgraden
• Wählen Sie ”USD”. Hier muss die neue Softwareversion
für die Fernbedienung angezeigt werden, die Sie auf der
USD-Karte gespeichert haben. Drücken Sie den Joystick.
Sobald Sie das Update beendet haben, kontrollieren Sie, ob
das Menü angezeigt wird.
• ”GOTO BL” und ”RC OUT” sind spezielle Befehle, die für
die Werkseinstellung der Fernbedienung verwendet werden;
diese dürfen Sie nicht wählen.
ANMERKUNG: Sollte das Upgraden des Kontrollkästchens
fehlgeschlagen sein, blinkt eine gelbe Anzeige. Senden Sie
in dem Fall den Code erneut. Wenn das Upgraden der Fernbedienung fehlgeschlagen ist, blinkt eine weiße Anzeige.
Legen Sie in dem Fall eine USD-Karte mit dem richtigen
Code ein. Das Upgrade erfolgt dann automatisch, sobald
Sie die Batterien auswechseln. Sollte die Fernbedienung für
das Kontrollkästchen nicht aktiviert werden, kann die neue
Software nicht übertragen werden.
Störende Geräusche
Ein mechanisch und elektrisch verstellbares Bett funktioniert
nie geräuschlos. Die Geräusche, die das Bett erzeugt,
hängen in den meisten Fällen mit der Akustik des Raumes
zusammen, in dem das Bett steht. Bei aktiver Massagefunktion können harte Böden Resonanzen verursachen. Diese
können reduziert werden, indem man einen Teppich oder
anderes schall- oder vibrationsdämmendes Material unter
die Füße oder Rollen legt.
Gebrauch
Die Hubmotoren des Bettes sind nicht für Dauerbelastungen
ausgelegt. Bei normaler Lebensdauer laufen die Motoren
in 15 Minuten jeweils 2 Minuten. Alle Versuche, diese
Belastung zu überschreiten, verkürzen die Lebensdauer des
Produkts und können zum Erlöschen der Garantie führen.
Das Bett ist so konstruiert, dass es bei gleichmäßiger
Verteilung vom Kopf- bis zum Fußende ein Gewicht von
maximal 150 kg tragen kann. Alle Versuche, diese Belastung
zu überschreiten, verkürzen die Lebensdauer des Produkts
und können zum Erlöschen der Garantie führen.
Gebrauch mit Herzschrittmachern
Wie bei allen Produkten, die vibrieren, besteht die Gefahr,
dass bestimmte Herzschrittmacher die Vibrationen als
Körperbewegungen interpretieren. Insofern besteht die
Gefahr, dass Ihr Herzschrittmacher beeinflusst wird. Wenn
Sie diesbezüglich Bedenken haben, konsultieren Sie bitte
Ihren Arzt.

verbinden Sie den kleinen, runden DIN-Kontakt mit dem
Kabel, das am Kopfende des Bettes herausragt.
7. Wenn der Strom angeschlossen ist und die Anzeige
auf dem Kontrollkästchen nicht aufleuchtet, wenn Sie die
Taste drücken, dann wenden Sie sich an Ihren Händler,
um das Kontrollkästchen auszutauschen.
8. Aktivieren Sie die Fernbedienung des Bettes (siehe

Dynamique, nous avons veillé à ce que l’utilisation en soit facile et sûre.
La commande à distance, très pratique, permet le maniement simple et
intelligent de la technique de pointe. Nous vous conseillons de bien en
mémoriser le fonctionnement en lisant ce texte avec attention.

Pour d’éventuels défauts ou dérèglements, vous pouvez vous
adresser directement à votre détaillant.
Montage / installation
Contrôlez d’abord si toutes les pièces ont été
livrées. Voyez pour cela le relevé sur la page
gauche du dépliant.
1. Posez le châlit sens dessus dessous. Vissez
les pieds ou les roulettes aux montants et
adaptez-les au châlit. Utilisez une vis par pied.
2. Fixez tous les angles de fixation en plastique
au châlit.
3. Placez les planches de support du lit dans
le bon ordre.
4. Placez le châlit sur les planches de manière
à ce que les points de fixation des planches
soient posés précisément sur les coins de
fixation. Veillez à ce qu’il n’y ait pas de câbles
coincés.
5. Vissez le châlit aux planches de support avec
16 vis à travers les coins de fixation. Vissez-en
quatre à la main sur chaque fixation avant de
les visser à fond.
Passez les câbles des moteurs de massage à
travers la gouttière jusqu’au boîtier de contrôle
au pied du lit.
Veillez à ce que les câbles avec les codes
couleurs (du moteur de massage et de la climatisation) soient reliés aux câbles du boîtier de
commande ayant les mêmes codes couleurs.
6. Fixez ensuite la planche transversale avec
4 vis. Vous pouvez fixer la case de rangement
avec 2 vis sur un des deux côtés de la planche
I. Vous choisissez vous-même le côté.
7. Posez le matelas réversible et le matelas de
lit sur les planches de support. Vous pouvez
maintenant brancher la prise.
8. Branchez l’adaptateur secteur aux câbles qui
sortent du guide câble dans le cadre à la tête
du lit. Insérez la fiche dans la prise de courant.
9. Si vous utilisez cette fonction pour la
première fois, après l’activation de la télécommande, faites lentement monter la tête et le
pied de lit et vérifiez si les câbles de massage
ou d’éclairage ne se tendent pas trop. Faites
bouger le lit jusqu’à ce que la totalité du mouvement ait été exécutée.

Utilisation de la télécommande
Insérez les piles (2x AAA) dans la télécommande. La télécommande doit être activée (voir «
Activation de la télécommande ») avant de pouvoir commander le lit.
• La télécommande permet de commander le mouvement du lit directement via la manette
si vous la tenez à la verticale avec l’écran en dessous.
• Si l’écran est tourné vers le haut, la manette permet de commander les menus.
Inclinez la manette pour voir l’horloge.
Enfoncez la manette pour voir le menu. Utilisez la manette pour amener le marqueur à la
fonction souhaitée et enfoncez-la. Réglez les fonctions à la position souhaitée. Pour désactiver les fonctions sélectionnées, il vous suffit d’enfoncer deux fois la manette ou de mettre
la position sur zéro.
Après 15 secondes d’inactivité, l’écran se met en veille.
Activation de la télécommande
Pour activer la télécommande pour le lit choisi, appuyez sur le bouton du boîtier de contrôle
sous le lit (voir l’illustration 6). Maintenez ce bouton enfoncé jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez
un double signal sonore, puis relâchez-le. Tenez la télécommande à la verticale, avec l’écran
en dessous et inclinez la manette vers la gauche ou vers la droite pour synchroniser la
télécommande avec le boîtier de contrôle.
La télécommande est à présent activée et permet de commander le boîtier de commande
et le moteur électrique sous le lit.
À NOTER : Lorsque vous inclinez la télécommande vers la gauche ou vers la droite pour la
connecter au boîtier de commande, il est important de la tenir sens dessus dessous, c’està-dire avec l’écran en dessous et la manette au-dessus. Allez dans le menu de l’horloge et
faites-le dérouler à l’aide de la manette jusqu’à ce que vous arriviez dans le champ inférieur.
Veillez à ce que l’écran affiche le chiffre 1 (adresse 1). Si tel n’est pas le cas, cliquez sur le
champ et sélectionnez le chiffre 1.
La synchronisation de deux lits (lit double)
Commencez par appuyer sur le bouton ROUGE du boîtier de commande du lit numéro 1
jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez deux bips, puis relâchez le bouton.
Appuyez ensuite sur le bouton ROUGE du boîtier de commande du lit numéro 2 jusqu’à ce
que vous entendiez quatre bips (2 x 2), puis relâchez le bouton.
Veillez à tenir la télécommande à la verticale avec l’écran en dessous et à ce que la télécommande soit programmée sur l’adresse numéro 1 (voir le paragraphe À noter en dessous de
l’Activation de la télécommande).
Inclinez ensuite la manette de la télécommande qui devra commander le lit numéro 1 vers la
droite, la gauche, le haut et le bas (maintenez la manette enfoncée jusqu’à ce que le voyant
rouge sur le boîtier de contrôle s’éteigne).
Pour le lit numéro 2, sélectionnez l’adresse « NEW » dans le menu de la télécommande.
Suivez les instructions qui s’affichent à l’écran. Pendant que le texte est actif, appuyez
brièvement sur le bouton rouge du boîtier de contrôle du lit numéro 2 et relâchez-le.
Les lits sont à présent synchronisés avec la télécommande. Sélectionnez ensuite « 1 + 2 »
comme adresse sur les deux télécommandes si vous souhaitez que le mouvement des deux
lits soit identique (parallèle).
Attention : seuls les mouvements des lits peuvent être synchronisés.
À NOTER : Si, après la modification du paramétrage, les lits sont commandés de façon
synchronisée, mais se trouvent dans une position différente l’un par rapport à l’autre, faites
les descendre pour les mettre en position identique.
Descendre le lit en cas de panne de courant
En cas de panne de courant, vous pouvez descendre le lit en maintenant enfoncé le bouton
rouge sur le boîtier de commande jusqu’à ce que vous entendiez un signal sonore. À cet
effet, il est impératif que deux piles de 9 volts soient insérées dans le boîtier d’alimentation
du lit. Si vous avez utilisé cette fonction, il convient de remplacer les piles pour être certain
qu’elles fonctionneront la prochaine fois que vous en aurez besoin.
À NOTER : La fonction d’urgence permettant de descendre le lit peut également être utilisée
lorsqu’il n’y a pas de panne de courant. Cela peut être pratique si vous avez égaré la télécommande. Sans panne de courant, cette fonction n’use pas les piles.
