warranty
protects
the
original
owner
and
all
subsequent
owners
foraperiod
of
three
(3)
years
(parts
and
labor)
for
all
loudspeaker
and/or
electronic
components
from
any
failureasa
resultofan
original
manufacturing
defectsolong
as:
(1)
your
Infinity
product
was
originally
purchased
within
the
fifty
United
Statesorby
military
personnel
fromanauthorized
military
outlet,
(2)
the
dealer
from
whom
the
product
was
purchased
was
authorizedbyInfinitytosell
such
productsatthe
timeoforiginal
purchase
and
(3)
the

dated

whenever

WARRANTY

warranty
covers
all
defectsinoriginal
materials
and
workmanship.
The

not
covered:
damage
causedbyaccident,
misuse,
abuse,
neglect,
product
modification;
damage
occurring
during
shipment;
damage
caused
by
failuretofollow
instructionsinthe
owner's
guide,
including
failuretoperform
recommended
periodicorroutine
maintenance;
damage
resulting
from
repairs
by
someone
not
authorizedbyInfinity;
units
used
fO(
other
than
car
use;
units
not
used
for
their
intended
purpose;
claims
based
upon
any
misrepresentationsbythe
seller;
and
any
Infinity
productonwhich
the
serial
number
has
been
altered,
defacedorremoved.
NOTE:
Repairofour
products
mustbedonebyan
authorized
dealerorservice

Unauthorized
repair will void the warranty
