2 Hinweise für den sicheren Gebrauch

Dieses Gerät entspricht allen erforderlichen Richtlinien der EU und ist deshalb mit gekennzeichnet.

Beachten Sie auch unbedingt die folgenden Punkte:

●

Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur im Innenbereich und schützen Sie es vor Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich 0–40°C).

●

Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gefäße, z.B. Trinkgläser, auf das Gerät.

●

Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb oder ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose,

1. wenn sichtbare Schäden am Gerät oder an der Netzanschlussleitung vorhanden sind,

2. wenn nach einem Sturz oder Ähnlichem der Verdacht auf einen Defekt besteht,

3. wenn Funktionsstörungen auftreten.

Lassen Sie das Gerät in einer Fachwerkstatt reparieren.

Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker nie an der Zuleitung aus der Steckdose, fassen Sie immer am Stecker an.

●

Verwenden Sie für die Reinigung des Gehäuses nur ein trockenes, weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall W asser oder Chemikalien. Für die optischen Teile kann ein handelsübliches Glasreinigungsmittel verwendet werden.

●

Wird das Gerät zweckentfremdet, nicht sicher montiert, falsch bedient oder nicht fachgerecht repariert, kann keine Haftung für daraus resultierende Sachoder Personenschäden und keine Garantie für das Gerät übernommen werden.

3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten

Das Lichteffektgerät SCAN-10 ist besonders für den Einsatz im Partykeller und in Diskotheken geeignet. Das Gerät projiziert verschiedene, farbige Muster und sorgt damit für eine ideale Dancefloor-Atmosphäre. Die Steuerung der farbigen Muster und des Spiegels erfolgt über das integrierte Mikrofon, über die Fernbedienung LC-3 (separat als Zubehör erhältlich) oder in Verbindung mit einem Lichtsteuergerät über den DMX512-Eingang.

Soll das Gerät endgültig aus dem Betrieb genommen werden, übergeben Sie es zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

WARNUNG Das Gerät wird mit lebensgefährlicher

Netzspannung (230V~) versorgt. Nehmen Sie deshalb niemals selbst Eingriffe am Gerät vor, die nicht in dieser Anleitung beschrieben sind und stecken Sie nichts durch die Lüftungsöffnungen! Es besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.

4 Halogenlampe einsetzen

Das Gerät wird ohne Leuchtmittel geliefert. Benötigt wird eine Halogenlampe mit folgenden Spezifikationen: 12V/100W, Typ MR 16 mit Sockel GZ6,35 (z.B. HLT12/100MR aus dem Sortiment von „img Stage Line“). Auf keinen Fall darf eine Lampe mit einer höheren Leistungsangabe als 100W verwendet werden!

1) Die Kreuzschlitzschraube (12) auf der Geräterückseite abschrauben und das Abdeckblech (11) für das Lampenfach nach hinten herausziehen.

2) Die Halogenlampe in die Halterung (Abb. 3) stecken und den Lampenanschluss aufstecken (Abb. 4).

3) Das Abdeckblech in die Führung des Gehäuses hineinschieben und festschrauben.

5 Montage

Das Gerät muss fachgerecht und sicher montiert werden.

1) Mit einer Lichtstrahler-Halterung bzw. einer stabilen Montageschraube das Gerät über seinen Montagebügel (1) an der gewünschten Stelle (z.B. an einer Traverse oder an der Querstange eines Leuchtenstativs) befestigen.

2) Zum Ausrichten des Gerätes am Montagebügel die zwei Feststellschrauben (2) lösen. Die gewünschte Neigung des Gerätes einstellen und die Schrauben wieder fest anziehen.

6 Bedienung

Das beiliegende Netzkabel an die Buchse POWER (9) anschließen und den Stecker in eine Steckdose (230V~/50Hz) stecken. Damit ist das Gerät eingeschaltet, die rote Betriebsanzeige (13) leuchtet. Der Spiegel fährt in eine definierte Ausgangsstellung und die Steuerung wird zurückgesetzt. Danach ist das Gerät betriebsbereit, die grüne LED (6) – leuchtet, wenn der Scanner musikgesteuert als Ein-

zelgerät oder als Mastergerät betrieben wird (siehe Kap. 6.1.1).

Gerät betrieben wird oder über ein DMX-Steuer-

gerät bedient wird. Zum Ausschalten des Gerätes den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

Um einen besseren Bedienkomfort zu erhalten, ist es empfehlenswert, das Gerät an eine Steckdose anzuschließen, die sich über einen Lichtschalter ein- und ausschalten lässt.

6.1 Musiksteuerung

Um den SCAN-10 über das integrierte Mikrofon (8) zu steuern, darf am DMX-Eingang (4) kein DMX-Signal anliegen. Es läuft musikabhängig eine integrierte Lichtshow ab, d. h. der Wechsel der farbigen Muster (Gobos) und die Spiegelbewegungen werden mit dem Takt der Musik synchronisiert. Läuft keine Musik bzw. ist die Musik zu ruhig oder zu leise, wechselt das Gerät nur in festen Abständen die Muster.

6.1.1 Zusammenschalten mehrerer SCAN-10

Es lassen sich mehrere Geräte zusammenschalten, um so über das Mikrofon des Hauptgerätes (Master) alle weiteren Nebengeräte (Slave) im gleichen Rhythmus zu steuern.

1) Der DIP-Schalter Nr. 1 (7) des Mastergeräts muss

auf ON geschaltet werden.

2) Die DIP-Schalter Nr. 1 der Slave-Geräte müssen

auf OFF geschaltet werden. DIP-Schalter Nr. 10

hat eine Sonderfunktion: In Stellung ON arbeitet

der jeweilige Scanner mit inversen Bewegungen,

d. h. sein Spiegel bewegt sich nicht synchron mit

dem des Mastergeräts, sondern entgegengesetzt.

3) Den Anschluss DMX OUT (3) des Hauptgerätes

über ein 3-poliges XLR-Kabel (z.B. Serie MEC-...

oder MECN-... aus dem Sortiment von „img Stage

Line“) mit dem Anschluss DMX IN (4) des ersten

Nebengerätes verbinden.

4) Den Anschluss DMX OUT des ersten Nebengerä-

tes mit dem Anschluss DMX IN des zweiten Neben-

gerätes verbinden usw.

6.2 Fernbedienung LC-3

Über die als Zubehör erhältliche Fernbedienung LC-3 können verschiedene Funktionen gesteuert werden.

1) Die Fernbedienung an die Buchse ONLY FOR

REMOTE CONTROLLER (5) anschließen.

2) Der DMX-Eingang DMX IN (4) darf nicht ange-

schlossen sein.

ACHTUNG

●

Zur Vermeidung von Wärmestaus im Gerät muss die Montagestelle so gewählt werden, dass bei Betrieb eine ausreichende Luftzirkulation gewährleistet ist. Das Gerät muss einen Mindestabstand von 15 cm zu angrenzenden Flächen haben und die Lüftungsöffnungen am Gehäuse dürfen auf keinen Fall abgedeckt werden (z.B. durch Vorhänge etc.).

●

Achten Sie auch unbedingt auf einen ausreichenden Abstand zu leicht entflammbaren oder hitzeempfindlichen Materialien.

●

Wird das Gerät als schwebende Last über Personen installiert, muss es zusätzlich gesichert werden (z.B. durch ein Fangseil). Das Fangseil so befestigen, dass der Fallweg des Gerätes nicht mehr als 20 cm betragen kann.

ACHTUNG

●

Da Halogenlampen im Betrieb sehr heiß werden, lassen Sie die Lampe nach Betrieb des Gerätes erst abkühlen (Abkühlzeit mindestens 5 Minuten), bevor Sie sie auswechseln.

●

Das Gerät nie ohne Abdeckung (11) in Betrieb nehmen. Ein direkter Blick in die brennende Halogenlampe kann durch die hohe Helligkeit und die UVStrahlung zu Augenschäden führen.

WARNUNG

Ziehen Sie vor dem Einsetzen bzw. Herausnehmen der Halogenlampe unbedingt den Netzstecker!

3) Über den DMX-Ausgang DMX OUT (3) können weitere SCAN-10 angeschlossen werden (siehe Kap. 6.1.1), um diese mit der Fernbedienung synchron zu steuern.

4) Mit der Taste MODE (16) den Betriebsmodus auswählen, die LED neben der Taste zeigt den gewählten Modus an: Modus Strobe/Sound (LED leuchtet nicht)

Sowohl die Spiegelbewegungen als auch der Wechsel der farbigen Muster (Gobos) erfolgen musikgesteuert. Wird die Taste FUNCTION (15) in diesem Modus gedrückt gehalten, ist ein Stroboskopeffekt aktiviert.

Modus Pattern/Sound (LED blinkt)

Der Wechsel der Gobos erfolgt musikgesteuert, für den Spiegel können mit der Taste FUNCTION (15) zwölf verschiedene, musikabhängige Bewegungsmuster aufgerufen werden.

Modus Sound (LED leuchtet kontinuierlich)

Nur die Spiegelbewegungen erfolgen musikgesteuert, die Gobos werden nicht musikgesteuert gewechselt. Um auf das jeweils nächste Gobo zu wechseln, die Taste FUNCTION (15) drücken.

Zum Aktivieren der Funktion Blackout die Taste STANDBY (14) drücken: Der Spiegel fährt in die Ausgangsposition und das Licht wird abgeblendet. Nach kurzer Zeit schaltet die Halogenlampe ab. Zur Kontrolle leuchtet die LED neben der Taste. Zum Zurückschalten die Taste erneut betätigen.

6.3 Bedienung über ein DMX-Lichtsteuergerät

Zur Bedienung über ein DMX-Lichtsteuergerät (z. B. DMX-1440 oder DMX-120 von „img Stage Line“) ist der SCAN-10 mit vier Kanälen ausgestattet:

1. Kanal zur Drehung des Spiegels

2. Kanal zur Neigung des Spiegels

3. Kanal für den Shutter

4. Kanal zur Steuerung der Muster

Die genaue Zuordnung der einzelnen Farben und Muster ist in Kapitel 8 angegeben.

1) Den Anschluss DMX IN (4) über ein 3-poliges XLRKabel mit dem DMX-Ausgang des Lichtsteuergerätes verbinden.

Zum Anschluss sollten spezielle Kabel für hohen Datenfluss verwendet werden. Die Verwendung normaler Mikrofonkabel ist nur bei einer Gesamtkabellänge bis 100m zu empfehlen. Die besten Übertragungsergebnisse werden mit einem abgeschirmten Mikrofonkabel von 2 x 0,25mm

oder einem speziellen Datenübertragungskabel erreicht. Bei Leitungslängen ab 150 m wird das Zwischenschalten eines DMX-Aufholverstärkers empfohlen (z.B. SR-103DMX von „img Stage Line“).

2) Den Buchse DMX OUT (3) mit dem DMX-Eingang des nächsten Lichteffektgerätes verbinden. Dessen Ausgang wieder mit dem Eingang des nachfolgenden Gerätes verbinden usw., bis alle Lichteffektgeräte angeschlossen sind.

3) Den DMX-Ausgang des letzten DMX-Lichteffektgerätes der Kette mit einem 120-Ω-Widerstand (> 0,3W) abschließen: An die Pins 2 und 3 eines

XLR-Steckers den Widerstand anlöten und den Stecker in den DMX-Ausgang stecken oder einen entsprechenden Abschlussstecker (z.B. DLT-123 von „img Stage Line“) verwenden.

4) Die DIP-Schalter (7) auf die DMX-Startadresse einstellen, die dem Kanal entspricht, der zur Steuerung des 1. Kanals des SCAN-10 vorgesehen ist. Die Startadresse ergibt sich durch die Addition der Binärwerte (1, 2, 4 ... 128, 256) der DIP-Schalter Nr. 1 bis Nr. 9, die auf ON gestellt sind, z.B.

Am einfachsten ist es, immer vom größtmöglichen Schalterwert auszugehen und die kleineren Werte dazuzuaddieren.

Die der Startadresse folgenden drei Kanäle sind dann automatisch zugeordnet. Beispiel: Startadresse 104 = Spiegeldrehung Kanal 105 für die Spiegelneigung Kanal 106 für den Shutter Kanal 107 zur Steuerung der Muster

6.4 Abbildungsschärfe der Muster

Durch Drehen der Objektivlinse die Abbildung der Muster scharf einstellen. Die Schärfeeinstellung ist von dem Abstand des Gerätes zur Projektionsfläche abhängig.

7 Reinigung der Optik

Der Spiegel und die Linsen sollten in regelmäßigen Abständen, je nach Verschmutzung durch Staub, Rauch oder andere Partikel, gereinigt werden. Nur dann kann das Licht in maximaler Helligkeit abgestrahlt werden.

Zur Reinigung ein weiches, sauberes Tuch und ein handelsübliches Glasreinigungsmittel verwenden. Dabei darauf achten, dass keine Flüssigkeit in das Geräteinnere gelangt. Anschließend die Teile vorsichtig trocken wischen.

WARNUNG

Zum Reinigen der internen Linsen muss das Lampenfach geöffnet werden. Vor dem Öffnen des Gerätes den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen!

2 Safety Notes

This unit corresponds to all required directives of the EU and is therefore marked with .

It is essential to observe the following items:

The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it against dripping water and splash water, high air humidity , and heat (admissible ambient temperature range 0–40°C).

●

Do not place any vessels filled with liquid, e.g. drinking glasses, on the unit.

●

Do not set the unit into operation, and immediately disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket if

1. there is visible damage to the unit or to the mains cable,

2. a defect might have occurred after a drop or similar accident,

3. malfunctions occur.

The unit must in any case be repaired by skilled personnel.

●

Never pull the mains cable to disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket, always seize the plug.

●

For cleaning the housing only use a dry, soft cloth, by no means water or chemicals. For the optical parts a commercial detergent for glass may be used.

No guarantee claims for the unit and no liability for any resulting personal damage or material damage will be accepted if the unit is used for other purposes than originally intended, if it is not safely mounted, not correctly operated, or not repaired in an expert way .

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code:

green/yellow = earth blue = neutral brown = live

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:

1. The wire which is coloured green and yellow must be connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked with the letter E or by the earth symbol

or coloured green or green and yellow.

2. The wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter N or coloured black.

3. The wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.

This appliance must be earthed.

If the unit is to be put out of operation definitively , take it to a local recycling plant for a disposal which is not harmful to the environment.

WARNING The unit is supplied with hazardous

mains voltage (230 V~). Leave servicing to skilled personnel only. Never make any modification not described in this instruction manual and do not insert anything through the air vents! This may cause an electric shock hazard.

3 Applications

The light effect unit SCAN-10 is especially suited for private parties and in discothèques. It projects different, coloured patterns, thus providing an ideal dancefloor atmosphere. The control of the coloured patterns and the mirror is made via the integrated microphone, via the remote control LC-3 (separately available as an accessory), or, in connection with a light control unit, via the DMX512 input.

4 Inserting a Halogen Lamp

The unit is supplied without lamp. Ahalogen lamp with the following specifications is required: 12V/100W, type MR 16 with base GZ 6,35 (e. g. HLT-12 /100MR from the product range of “img Stage Line”).

Never use a lamp with a higher wattage than 100W!

1) Screw off the recessed head screw (12) on the rear side of the unit and pull out the cover plate (11) for the lamp compartment backwards.

2) Put the halogen lamp into the support (fig. 3) and mount the lamp connection (fig. 4).

3) Slide the cover plate into the guidance of the housing and screw it tightly.

5 Mounting

The unit must safely be mounted in an expert way.

1) Use a support for light effect units or a stable mounting screw to fix the unit via its mounting bracket (1) at the desired place (e.g. at a horizontal bar or a traverse of a lighting stand).

2) To align the unit, release the two setscrews (2) on the mounting bracket. Adjust the desired inclination of the unit, and retighten the screws.

6 Operation

Connect the supplied mains cable to the jack POWER (9) and the plug to a mains socket (230 V~/50 Hz). Thus, the unit is switched on, the red operating LED (13) lights up. The mirror goes to a defined starting position and the control is reset.

Then the unit is ready for operation, the green LED (6) – lights up when the scanner is operated by music

control as a single unit or as a master unit (see chapter 6.1.1).

To switch off the unit, disconnect the mains plug.

For a more convenient operation it is recommend-

ed to connect the unit to a mains socket which can be switched on and off via a light switch.

6.1 Music control

To control the SCAN-10 via the integrated microphone (8), no DMX signal must be present at the DMX input (4). Depending on the music, an integrated light show is presented, i.e. the change of the coloured patterns (gobos) and the mirror movements are synchronized with the rhythm of the music. If there is no music or if the music is too quiet or too low, the unit changes the patterns at fixed intervals only.

6.1.1 Interconnecting several SCAN-10 units

Several units can be interconnected in order to control all further auxiliary units (slaves) to the same rhythm via the microphone of the main unit (master).

1) The DIP switch No. 1 (7) of the master unit must be set to ON.

2) The DIP switches No. 1 of the slave units must be set to OFF. DIP switch No. 10 has a special function: In position ON the respective scanner operates with inverse movements, i. e. its mirror does not move synchronously with that of the master unit but opposite to it.

3) Connect the jack DMX OUT(3) of the main unit via a 3-pole XLR cable (e.g. series MEC-... or MECN-... from the product range of “img Stage Line”) to the jack DMX IN (4) of the first auxiliary unit.

4) Connect the jack DMX OUT of the first auxiliary unit to the jack DMX IN of the second auxiliary unit, etc.

6.2 Remote control LC-3

Different functions may be controlled via the remote control LC-3 available as an accessory.

1) Connect the remote control to the jack ONLY FOR REMOTE CONTROLLER (5).

ATTENTION

●

To prevent heat accumulation within the unit, the mounting location must be selected in such a way that a sufficient air circulation will be ensured during operation. The unit must have a minimum distance of 15cm to adjoining surfaces and the air vents at the housing must not be covered in any case (e.g. by curtains, etc.).

●

Pay in any case attention to a sufficient distance to easily flammable material or material sensitive to heat.

●

If the unit is installed as a suspended load above persons, it must additionally be secured (e.g. by a safety rope). Fix the safety rope in such a way that the maximum falling distance of the unit is 20cm.

ATTENTION

●

As halogen lamps heat up very much during operation, let the lamp first cool down after operation of the unit (minimum cooling down time 5 minutes) before replacing it.

●

Never operate the unit without cover (11). Looking directly into the lit halogen lamp may cause eye damage due to the high brightness and the UV radiation.

WARNING

Always disconnect the mains plug before inserting or removing the halogen lamp!

2) The DMX input DMX IN (4) must not be connected.

3) Via the DMX output DMX OUT (3) further SCAN-10 units may be connected (see chapter 6.1.1) to control them synchronously by the remote control.

4) Select the operating mode with the button MODE (16). The LED next to the button shows the selected mode: Mode strobe/sound (LED does not light up)

Both the mirror movements and the change of the coloured patterns (gobos) are controlled by music. If the button FUNCTION (15) is kept pressed in this mode, a stroboscopic effect is activated.

Mode pattern/sound (LED flashes)

The change of the gobos is controlled by music, for the mirror twelve different movement patterns depending on the music may be called with the button FUNCTION (15).

Mode sound (LED lights up continuously)

Only the mirror movements are music-controlled, the gobos are not changed by music control. To change to the next gobo in each case, press the button FUNCTION (15).

To activate the function Blackout, press the button STANDBY (14): The mirror goes to the starting position and the light is stopped down. After a short time the halogen lamp switches off. As a check the LED next to the button lights up. To switch back, actuate the button again.

6.3 Operation via a DMX light control unit

For the operation via a DMX light control unit (e. g. DMX-1440 or DMX-120 from “img Stage Line”), the SCAN-10 is equipped with four channels: 1st channel for mirror panning 2nd channel for mirror tilting 3rd channel for the shutter 4th channel for the control of the patterns

The exact assignment of the individual colours and patterns is indicated in chapter 8.

1) Connect the jack DMX IN (4) via a 3-pole XLR cable to the DMX output of the light control unit.

For the connection, special cables for high data flow should be used. The use of standard microphone cables can only be recommended for a total cable length of up to 100m. The best transmission results are obtained with a screened microphone cable of 2 x 0.25mm

or a special data transmission cable. For cable lengths exceeding 150m it is recommended to insert a DMX level matching amplifier (e.g. SR-103DMX from “img Stage Line”).

2) Connect the jack DMX OUT (3) to the DMX input of the next light effect unit. Connect its output to the input of the following unit, etc. until all light effect units are connected.

3) Terminate the DMX output of the last DMX light effect unit in the row with a 120Ω resistor (> 0.3W): Solder the resistor to the pins 2 and 3 of an XLR plug and connect the plug to the DMX output or use a corresponding terminating plug (e.g. DLT-123 from “img Stage Line”).

4) Adjust the DIP switches (7) to the DMX start address which corresponds to the channel provided for the control of the 1st channel of the SCAN-10. The start address results from the addition of the binary values (1, 2, 4 ... 128, 256) of the DIP switches Nos. 1 to 9 which are set to ON, e.g.

The easiest way is always to start from the highest possible switch value and to add the smaller values.

Then the three channels following the start address are automatically assigned. Example: start address 104 = mirror panning channel 105 for mirror tilting channel 106 for the shutter channel 107 for the control of the patterns

6.4 Sharpness of reproduction of the patterns

By turning the lens adjust a sharp reproduction of the patterns. The sharpness depends on the distance of the unit to the area of projection.

7 Cleaning of the Optical System

The mirror and the lenses should be cleaned at regular intervals, depending on impurities caused by dust, smoke, or other particles. Only in this case the light can be radiated at maximum brightness.

For cleaning use a soft, clean cloth and a commercial detergent for glass. Take care that no liquid penetrates the inside of the unit. Then carefully wipe the parts dry .

WARNING

To clean the internal lenses, the lamp compartment must be opened. Prior to opening the unit, disconnect the plug from the mains socket!

2 Conseils d’utilisation et de sécurité

Cet appareil répond à toutes les directives nécessaires de l’Union Européenne et porte donc le symbole

Respectez scrupuleusement les points suivants :

Cet appareil n’est conçu que pour une utilisation en intérieur. Protégez-le de tout type de projections d’eau, des éclaboussures, d’une humidité élevée et de la chaleur (plage de température de fonctionnement autorisée : 0–40°C).

●

En aucun cas, vous ne devez poser pas d’objet contenant du liquide ou un verre sur l’appareil.

●

Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil ou débranchezle immédiatement du secteur lorsque :

1. des dommages apparaissent sur l’appareil ou sur le cordon secteur,

2. après une chute ou un cas similaire, vous avez un doute sur l’état de l’appareil,

3. des dysfonctionnement apparaissent.

Dans tous les cas, les dommages doivent être réparés par un technicien spécialisé.

Ne débranchez jamais l’appareil en tirant sur le cordon secteur ; retirez toujours le cordon secteur en tirant la fiche.

●

Pour le nettoyage du boîtier, utilisez un chiffon sec et doux, en aucun cas, de produits chimiques ou d’eau. Pour les éléments optiques, un produit de nettoyage usuel pour verres peut être utilisé.

3 Possibilités d’utilisation

Le SCAN-10 est particulièrement adapté pour des soirées ou en discothèque. Il projète des modèles lumineux variés et contribue ainsi à créer une atmosphère idéale pour les pistes de danse. La gestion des modèles de couleur et du miroir s’effectue via le microphone intégré, la télécommande LC-3 (disponible séparément en option) ou en combinaison avec un contrôleur DMX via l’entrée DMX512.

Lorsque l’appareil est définitivement retiré du service, vous devez le déposer dans une usine de recyclage adaptée pour contribuer à son élimination non polluante.

AVERTISSEMENT L’appareil est alimenté par une

tension dangereuse 230 V~. Ne faites jamais de modification sur l’appareil si cela n’est pas décrit dans la présente notice et ne faites rien tomber dans les ouïes de ventilation. Une mauvaise manipulation pourrait générer une décharge électrique.

4 Insertion de la lampe halogène

L’appareil est livré sans lampe. Il nécessite une lampe halogène réflecteur avec les caractéristiques suivantes: 12V/100W, type MR16 avec culot GZ6,35 (p.ex. HLT-12/100MR de la gamme “img Stage Line”). En aucun cas, il ne faut utiliser une lampe avec une puissance supérieure à 100W.

1) Dévissez la vis cruciforme (12) sur la face arrière de l’appareil et retirez le couvercle du compartiment lampe en le glissant vers l’arrière.

2) Poussez la lampe halogène dans le support (schéma 3) et mettez la connexion de la lampe sur la lampe (schéma 4).

3) Replacez le couvercle pour le compartiment lampe et revissez.

5 Montage

L’appareil doit être monté de manière sûre et appropriée.

1) Fixez l’appareil à l’endroit souhaité (par exemple traverse ou barre transversale d’un pied de lumière) à l’aide d’un support de projecteur ou d’une vis de montage stable via l’étrier de montage (1).

2) Pour orienter l’appareil, desserrez les deux vis de fixation (2) sur l’étrier de montage. Réglez l’orientation voulue de l’appareil puis resserrez les vis.

6 Mise en service

Reliez le cordon secteur livré à la prise POWER (9) et reliez l’autre extrémité du cordon à une prise secteur 230 V~/50 Hz. L’appareil est ainsi allumé et la LED rouge (13) témoin de fonctionnement brille. L’appareil se met sur une position de départ définie et la gestion est réinitialisée. Ensuite, l’appareil est prêt à fonctionner, la LED verte (6) : – brille si le scanner est géré par la musique comme

appareil unique ou fonctionne comme appareil master (voir chapitre 6.1.1).

– clignote si le scanner, géré par la musique, fonc-

tionne comme appareil esclave ou est utilisé via un contrôleur DMX.

Pour l’éteindre, débranchez le cordon secteur.

Pour un meilleur confort d’utilisation, il est recommandé de relier l’appareil à une prise secteur pouvant être allumée et éteinte via un interrupteur.

6.1 Gestion via la musique

Pour commander le SCAN-10 via le microphone inté- gré (8), aucun signal DMX ne doit être présent à l’entrée DMX (4). En fonction de la musique, un show de lumière intégré est présenté, c’est-à-dire que le changement des gobos de couleur et les mouvements de miroir sont synchronisés avec le rythme de la musique. S’il n’y a pas de musique ou si la musique est trop calme ou trop faible, l’appareil ne change les gobos que dans des intervalles fixes.

6.1.1 Fonctionnement combiné de plusieurs

SCAN-10

Il est possible de faire fonctionner ensemble plusieurs appareils pour contrôler tous les appareils auxiliaires (slave) au même rythme via le microphone de l’appareil principal (master).

1) L’interrupteur DIP numéro 1 (7) de l’appareil master

doit être sur ON.

2) Les interrupteurs DIP numéro 1 des appareils slave

doivent être sur OFF. L’interrupteur DIP numéro 10

a une fonction particulière : en position ON, le scan-

ner respectif fonctionne avec des mouvements

inversés, c’est-à-dire que son miroir ne se déplace

pas de manière synchrone avec celui de l’appareil

master mais à l’opposé.

3) Reliez la prise DMX OUT (3) de l’appareil principal

via un cordon XLR 3 pôles (par exemple MEC-…

ou MECN-… de la gamme “img Stage Line”) à l’en-

trée DMX IN (4) du premier appareil auxiliaire.

4) Reliez la sortie DMX OUT du premier appareil auxi-

liaire à l’entrée DMX IN du deuxième appareil auxi-

liaire et ainsi de suite.

6.2 Télécommande LC-3

Via la télécommande LC-3 disponible en option, diverses fonctions peuvent être gérées.

1) Reliez la télécommande à la prise ONLY FOR

REMOTE CONTROLLER (5).

2) Aucun signal DMX ne doit être présent à l’entrée

DMX IN (4).

IMPORTANT

●

Pour éviter toute accumulation de chaleur dans l’appareil, le lieu de montage doit être choisi de telle sorte que pendant le fonctionnement, la circulation d’air est suffisante. L’appareil doit être placé à une distance minimale de 15cm des surfaces voisines et les ouïes de ventilation sur le boîtier ne doivent en aucun cas être obturées (p.ex. par des rideaux).

●

Veillez impérativement à laisser une distance suffisante avec des matériaux facilement inflammables ou sensibles à la chaleur.

●

Si l’appareil doit être suspendu au-dessus de personnes, il doit être en plus assuré (par exemple avec une corde de sécurité). Fixez la corde de telle sorte que la distance de chute de l’appareil ne puisse pas être supérieure à 20cm.

ATTENTION

●

Pendant le fonctionnement, la lampe halogène est très chaude, vous devez laisser refroidir la lampe après l‘utilisation de l’appareil avant tout remplacement (refroidissement pendant 5 minutes au moins).

●

Ne faites pas fonctionner l’appareil sans couvercle (11). Regarder directement la lampe halogène allumée peut causer des dommages aux yeux à cause de la luminosité importante et du rayonnement UV.

AVERTISSEMENT

Avant d’insérer ou retirer la lampe halogène, vous devez impérativement débrancher l’appareil du secteur.

3) Via la sortie DMX OUT (3), on peut brancher d’autres SCAN-10 (voir chapitre 6.1.1) pour les gérer avec la télécommande, de manière synchrone.

4) Avec la touche MODE (16), sélectionnez le mode de fonctionnement, la LED à côté de la touche indique le mode sélectionné :

Mode Strobe/Sound (son) (la LED ne brille pas)

Les mouvements du miroir et le changement des gobos de couleur sont gérés par la musique. Si la touche FUNCTION (15) est maintenue enfoncée dans ce mode, un effet stroboscope est activé.

Mode Pattern/Sound (la LED clignote)

Le changement des gobos est géré par la musique, pour le miroir, douze modèles de mouvements distincts et dépendants de la musique peuvent être appelés avec la touche FUNCTION (15).

Mode Sound (la LED brille en continu)

Seuls les mouvements de miroir sont gérés par la musique, les gobos ne changent pas selon la musique. Pour aller au gobo suivant, enfoncez la touche FUNCTION (15).

Pour activer la fonction Blackout, enfoncez la touche ST ANDBY(14) : le miroir va dans la position de départ et la lumière est coupée. Après un bref temps, la lampe halogène s’éteint. Pour contrôle, la LED à côté de la touche brille. Pour revenir, en- foncez une nouvelle fois la touche.

6.3 Utilisation via un contrôleur DMX

Pour une utilisation via un contrôleur DMX (par exemple DMX-1440 ou DMX-120 de ”img Stage Line”), le SCAN-10 est équipé de quatre canaux.

Canal 1 pour la rotation du miroir Canal 2 pour l’inclinaison du miroir Canal 3 pour le shutter Canal 4 pour la gestion des modèles

L’attribution correcte de chacune des couleurs et des modèles est donnée dans le chapitre 8.

1) Reliez l’entrée DMX IN (4) à la sortie DMX du contrôleur via un cordon XLR 3 pôles.

Pour le branchement, il est recommandé d’utiliser des câbles spécifiques pour des flots importants de données. L’emploi de câbles micro usuels ne peut être recommandé que pour des longueurs de câble de 100m maximum. Les meilleurs résultats de transmission sont obtenus avec un câble micro blindé de section 2 x 0,25 mm

ou avec un câble spécifique pour la transmission de données. Pour des longueurs de liaison à partir de 150m, il est recommandé de brancher un amplificateur DMX de signal (par exemple SR-103DMX de “img Stage Line”).

2) Reliez la prise DMX OUT (3) à l’entrée DMX de l’appareil suivant. Reliez sa sortie à l’entrée du prochain appareil et ainsi de suite jusqu’à ce que tous les jeux de lumière soient reliés.

3) Terminez la sortie DMX du dernier jeu de lumière DMX de la chaîne avec une résistance 120Ω (> 0,3W) : soudez aux pins 2 et 3 d’une fiche XLR la résistance et branchez la fiche dans la sortie

DMX ou utilisez un bouchon correspondant (par exemple DLT-123 de “img Stage Line”).

4) Réglez les interrupteurs DIP (7) sur l’adresse DMX de démarrage qui correspond au canal prévu pour la gestion du canal 1 du SCAN-10. L’adresse de démarrage s’obtient en additionnant les valeurs binaires (1, 2, 4 ... 128, 256) des interrupteurs DIP numéros 1 à 9 réglés sur ON, par exemple :

Le plus simple est toujours de partir de la valeur de l’interupteur la plus grande et d’y ajouter les valeurs plus petites.

Les trois canaux suivants l’adresse de démarrage sont automatiquement attribués.

Exemple : adresse de démarrage 104 = rotation miroir Canal 105 pour l’inclinaison du miroir Canal 106 pour le shutter Canal 107 pour la gestion des modèles

6.4 Précision de la reproduction des modèles

Réglez avec précision la reproduction des modèles en tournant la lentille de l’objectif. Le réglage dépend de la distance de l’appareil avec la surface de projection.

7 Nettoyage de l’optique

Il est recommandé de nettoyer régulièrement le miroir et les lentilles des impuretés causées par la poussière, la fumée ou toute autre particule. C’est à cette seule condition que la lumière peut rayonner avec une luminosité maximale.

Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un chiffon doux et propre et des produits de nettoyage de verres usuels. Veillez à ce qu’aucun liquide ne pénètre dans l’intérieur de l’appareil. Ensuite, essuyez avec précaution les éléments.

AVERTISSEMENT Pour nettoyer les lentilles inter-

nes, le compartiment lampe doit être ouvert. Avant d’ouvrir l’ap- pareil, débranchez-le de la prise secteur!

2 Avvertenze di sicurezza

Quest’apparecchio è conforme a tutte le direttive richieste dell’UE e pertanto porta la sigla .

Si devono osservare assolutamente anche i seguenti punti:

●

Far funzionare l’apparecchio solo all’interno di locali. Proteggerlo dall’acqua gocciolante e dagli spruzzi d’acqua, da alta umidità dell’aria e dal calore (temperatura d’impiego ammessa fra 0 e 40 °C).

●

Non depositare sull’apparecchio dei contenitori riempiti di liquidi, p. es. bicchieri.

●

Non mettere in funzione l’apparecchio e staccare subito la spina rete se:

1. l’apparecchio o il cavo rete presentano dei danni visibili;

2. dopo una caduta o dopo eventi simili sussiste il sospetto di un difetto;

3. l’apparecchio non funziona correttamente.

Per la riparazione rivolgersi sempre ad un’officina competente.

●

Staccare il cavo rete afferrando la spina, senza tirare il cavo.

●

Per la pulizia del contenitore usare solo un panno morbido, asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso prodotti chimici o acqua. Per le parti ottiche si può usare un detergente per vetro che si trova in commercio.

●

Nel caso d’uso improprio, di montaggio insicuro, d’impiego scorretto o di riparazione non a regola d’arte dell’apparecchio, non si assume nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni consequenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume nessuna garanzia per l’apparecchio.

3 Possibilità d’impiego

L’unità per effetti luce SCAN-10 è adatta in modo particolare per l’impiego durante party privati e in discoteca. L’apparecchio proietta diversi disegni colorati creando un’atmosfera dancefloor ideale. Il comando dei disegni colorati e dello specchio avviene tramite il microfono integrato, tramite il telecomando LC-3 (disponibile come accessorio) oppure in combinazione con un’unità di comando luce tramite l’ingresso DMX512.

Se si desidera eliminare l’apparecchio definitivamente, consegnarlo per lo smaltimento ad un’istituzione locale per il riciclaggio.

AVVERTIMENTO L’apparecchio funziona con peri-

colosa tensione di rete (230 V~). Non intervenire mai al suo interno al di fuori delle operazioni descritte nelle presenti istruzioni e non inserire niente attraverso le fessure di aerazione! Esiste il pericolo di una scossa elettrica.

4 Inserire la lampada alogena

L’unità viene consegnata senza lampadina. È richiesta una lampada alogena con le seguenti specifiche: 12V/ 100W, tipo MR16 con zoccolo GZ6,35 (p.es. HLT -12/ 100MR dal programma ”img Stage Line”). In nessun caso usare una lampada con potenza superiore a 100W!

1) Svitare la vite con intaglio a croce (12) sul retro dell’apparecchio e sfilare all’indietro la copertura (11) del vano lampada.

2) Inserire la lampada alogena nel supporto (fig. 3) e montare il collegamento di corrente (fig. 4).

3) Inserire la copertura nelle guide del contenitore e avvitarla.

5 Montaggio

L’apparecchio deve essere montato a regola d’arte e in modo sicuro.

1) Fissare l’apparecchio con un supporto per lampade spot o con una robusta vite di montaggio in un punto adatto (per esempio ad una traversa o al braccio di uno stativo per lampade), servendosi della staffa di montaggio (1).

2) Per orientare l’unità, allentare le due viti di bloccaggio (2) della staffa di montaggio. Registrare l’inclinazione voluta e riavvitare le viti.

6 Funzionamento

Collegare il cavo rete in dotazione con la presa POWER (9) ed inserire la spina in una presa di rete (230V~/50Hz). Così l’apparecchio è acceso e la spia rossa di funzionamento (13) si accende. Lo specchio si mette in una precisa posizione di partenza e il comando viene resettato. Dopodiché l’unità è pronta, il LED verde (6) – rimane acceso se lo scanner è comandato dalla

musica come apparecchio singolo oppure come apparecchio master (vedi cap. 6.1.1).

– lampeggia, se lo scanner è comandato dalla

musica come apparecchio slave oppure se è comandato attraverso un unità di controllo DMX.

Per spegnere l’apparecchio staccare la spina dalla rete.

Per maggiore comodità conviene collegare l’unità

con una presa comandata da un interruttore.

6.1 Comando tramite la musica

Per comandare lo SCAN-10 tramite il microfono integrato (8), all’ingresso DMX (4) non deve essere presente nessun segnale DMX. Aseconda della musica, si svolge un programma integrato di luci, il cambio dei disegni di colori (gobo) e i movimenti dello specchio sono sincronizzati con il ritmo della musica. In mancanza di musica o con musica troppo lenta o troppo bassa, i disegni cambiano ad intervalli fissi.

6.1.1 Collegamento di più SCAN-10

Si possono collegare più apparecchi per comandare, per mezzo del microfono dell’apparecchio principale (Master), tutte le unità secondarie (Slave) nello stesso ritmo.

1) Il DIP-switch n. 1 (7) dell’apparecchio master deve essere messo su ON.

2) I DIP-switch n. 1 degli apparecchi slave devono essere messi su OFF. Il DIP-switch n. 10 ha una funzione particolare: in posizione ON, il relativo scanner funziona con movimenti invertiti; il suo specchio non si muove in sincronia con quello dell’apparecchio master ma in modo opposto.

3) Collegare il contatto DMX OUT (3) dell’apparecchio principale con il contatto DMX IN (4) del primo apparecchio secondario servendosi di un cavo XLR a 3 poli (p. es. serie MEC-… o MECN-… del programma ”img Stage Line”).

4) Collegare il contatto DMX OUT del primo apparecchio secondario con il contatto DMX IN del secondo apparecchio secondario ecc.

6.2 Telecomando LC-3

Con il telecomando opzionale LC-3 si possono comandare diverse funzioni.

1) Collegare il telecomando con la presa ONLY FOR REMOTE CONTROLLER (5).

2) L’ingresso DMX IN (4) non deve essere collegato.

3) All’uscita DMX OUT (3) si possono collegare ulteriori SCAN-10 (vedi cap. 6.1.1), per comandarli sincronizzati con il telecomando.

ATTENZIONE

●

Per evitare un accumulo di calore nell’unità stessa, il punto di montaggio deve essere scelto in modo da garantire una circolazione d’aria sufficiente durante il funzionamento. Lo strumento deve essere ad una distanza minima di 15cm dalle superfici vicine, e le aperture di aerazione non devono essere coperte in nessun caso (per esempio da tende ecc.).

●

Considerare anche una distanza di sicurezza da materiali facilmente infiammabili o sensibili al calore.

●

Se l’unità viene installata in modo sospeso sopra delle persone è richiesto un sistema di sicurezza supplementare (per esempio per mezzo di una fune). Fissare la fune in modo tale che la caduta dell’unità non possa superare i 20cm.

ATTENZIONE

●

Poiché le lampade alogene si riscaldano moltissimo durante il funzionamento, conviene lasciarle raffreddarsi dopo l’uso (minimo 5 minuti), prima di sostituirle.

●

Non mettere l’apparecchio in funzione senza la copertura (11). Uno sguardo diretto nella lampada alogena accesa può danneggiare l’occhio per via dell’alta luminosità e dei raggi UV.

AVVERTIMENTO

Staccare assolutamente la spina di rete prima di inserire o togliere la lampada alogena!

4) Selezionare la modalità di funzionamento con il tasto MODE (16), il LED vicino al tasto indica la modalità selezionata:

Modalità Strobe/Sound (LED spento)

I movimenti dello specchio e il cambio dei disegni colorati (gobo) sono comandati dalla musica. Se in questa modalità si tiene premuto il tasto FUNCTION (15) è attivato un effetto stroboscopico.

Modalità Pattern/Sound (LED lampeggia)

Il cambio dei gobo avviene comandato dalla musica; con il tasto FUNCTION (15) si possono chiamare dodici disegni di movimento differenti, dipendenti dalla musica.

Modalità Sound (LED rimane acceso)

Solo i movimenti dello specchio sono comandati dalla musica, ma non il cambio dei gobo. Per passare al gobo successivo occorre premere il tasto FUNCTION (15).

Per attivare la funzione Blackout premere il tasto ST ANDBY(14): lo specchio torna nella posizione di partenza e la luce viene mascherata. Dopo breve tempo, la lampada alogena si spegne. Come controllo si accende il LED vicino al tasto. Per ritornare nella condizione precedente azionare nuovamente il tasto.

6.3 Funzionamento tramite un’unità di coman-

do luce

Per il funzionamento tramite un’unità di comando luce (p.es. DMX-1440 o DMX-120 di “img Stage Line”), lo SCAN-10 è equipaggiato con quattro canali:

1. canale per la rotazione dello specchio

2. canale per l’inclinazione dello specchio

3. canale per lo shutter

4. canale per comandare i disegni

La precisa assegnazione dei singoli colori e disegni è descritta nel capitolo 8.

1) Collegare il contatto DMX IN (4) con l’uscita DMX dell’unità di comando luce servendosi di un cavo XLR a 3 poli.

Per il collegamento si dovrebbero usare cavi per un alto flusso di dati. L’impiego di normali cavi per microfoni è consigliabile solo per una lunghezza complessiva dei cavi fino a 100m. I migliori risultati di trasmissione si ottengono con cavi schermati per microfoni di 2 x 0,25mm

oppure con un cavo speciale per la trasmissione dati. Nel caso di lunghezze oltre i 150m è consigliabile l’inserimento di un amplificatore (p.es. SR-103DMX di “img Stage Line”).

2) Collegare la presa DMX OUT (3) con l’ingresso DMX della successiva unità per effetti luce, l’uscita di quest’ultima con l’ingresso dell’unità successiva e via dicendo finché tutte le unità sono collegate.

3) Terminare con una resistenza di 120 Ω (> 0,3W) l’uscita DMX dell’ultima unità per effetti luce della catena: saldare la resistenza ai pin 2 e 3 di un connettore XLR e inserire il connettore nell’uscita DMX

oppure usare un terminatore adatto (p. es. DL T -123 di “img Stage Line”).

4) Impostare i DIP-switch (7) con l’indirizzo di start DMX che corrisponde a quel canale che è previsto per comandare il primo canale dello SCAN-10. L’indirizzo di start risulta dall’addizione dei valori binari (1, 2, 4 … 128, 256) dei dip-switch n. 1 a n. 9 portati in posizione ON, p. es.:

Il sistema più semplice è quello di partire del massimo valore binario possibile aggiungendo quindi i valori minori.

I tre canali che seguono l’indirizzo start vengono assegnati automaticamente. Esempio: Indirizzo start 104 = rotazione dello specchio Canale 105 per l’inclinazione dello specchio Canale 106 per lo shutter Canale 107 per il comando dei disegni

6.4 Messa a fuoco dei disegni

Girando la lente dell’obiettivo è possibile mettere a fuoco i disegni. Il fuoco dipende dalla distanza dell’apparecchio dalla superficie di proiezione.

7 Pulizia del sistema ottico

Ad intervalli regolari, a seconda della presenza di polvere, di fumo o di altre particelle, conviene pulire lo specchio e le lenti. Solo allora la luce può essere irradiata alla massima luminosità.

Per la pulizia usare un panno morbido, pulito e un detergente normale per vetri. Fare attenzione che il liquido non penetri all’interno dell’apparecchio. Quindi asciugare delicatamente tutte le parti.

AVVERTIMENTO

Per pulire le lenti interne occorre aprire il vano lampada. Prima di aprire l’apparecchio, staccare la spina dalla presa.

2 Veiligheidsvoorschriften

Dit apparaat is in overeenstemming met alle vereiste EU-Richtlijnen en is daarom met gekenmerkt.

Let eveneens op het volgende:

●

Het apparaat is enkel geschikt voor gebruik binnenshuis en vermijd druip- en spatwater, plaatsen met een hoge vochtigheid en uitzonderlijk warme plaatsen (toegestaan omgevingstemperatuurbereik: 0–40°C).

●

Plaats geen bekers met vloeistof zoals drinkglazen etc. op het apparaat.

●

Schakel het apparaat niet in resp. trek onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact,

1. wanneer het apparaat of het netsnoer zichtbaar beschadigd is,

2. wanneer er een defect zou kunnen optreden nadat het apparaat bijvoorbeeld is gevallen,

3. wanneer het apparaat slecht functioneert.

Laat het apparaat in een erkende werkplaats herstellen.

●

Trek de stekker nooit met het snoer uit het stopcontact, maar steeds met de stekker zelf.

●

Verwijder het stof van de behuizing met een droge, zachte doek. Gebruik onder geen beding water of chemicaliën. Voor de optische onderdelen kan een in de handel verkrijgbaar detergent voor glas worden gebruikt.

●

In geval van ongeoorloofd of verkeerd gebruik, verkeerde montage, foutieve bediening of van herstelling door een niet-gekwalificeerd persoon vervalt de garantie en de verantwoordelijkheid voor hieruit resulterende materiële of lichamelijke schade.

3 Toepassingen

Het lichteffectapparaat SCAN-10 is in het bijzonder geschikt voor gebruik in de feestkelder en in discotheken. Het apparaat projecteert diverse, veelkleurige patronen en zorgt daarmee voor een ideale sfeer op de dansvloer. De veelkleurige patronen en de spiegel worden gestuurd via de geïntegreerde microfoon, de afstandsbediening LC-3 (afzonderlijk verkrijgbaar als toebehoren) of in combinatie met een lichtregelaar via de DMX512-ingang.

Wanneer het apparaat definitief uit bedrijf wordt genomen, bezorg het dan voor milieuvriendelijke verwerking aan een plaatselijk recyclagebedrijf.

WAARSCHUWING De netspanning (230 V~) van

het apparaat is levensgevaarlijk. Open het apparaat niet voor ingrepen die niet in de handleiding zijn beschreven, en zorg dat u niets in de ventilatieopeningen steekt! U loopt het risico van een elektrische schok.

4 De halogeenlamp aanbrengen

Het toestel wordt zonder lampen geleverd. U hebt een halogeenlamp nodig met de volgende technische eigenschappen: 12 V/100 W, type MR 16 met lampvoet GZ 6,35 (b.v. HLT-12/100MR uit het assortiment van “img Stage Line”). Gebruik in geen geval een lamp met een vermogen van meer dan 100W!

1) Draai de kruiskopschroef (12) aan de achterzijde van het toestel los en trek het deksel (11) voor het lampencompartiment er langs achter uit.

2) Plaats de halogeenlamp in de houder (figuur 3) en breng de lampaansluiting aan (figuur 4).

3) Schuif het afsluitdeksel in de geleidingsgleuf van de behuizing en schroef vast.

5 Montage

Het apparaat moet deskundig en veilig worden gemonteerd.

1) Bevestig het apparaat met een houder voor lichtbundelapparatuur resp. een stabiele montageschroef met de montagebeugel (1) op de gewenste plaats (b.v. aan een traverse of aan de dwarsstang van lichtbundelapparatuur).

2) Om het apparaat te richten, draait u de twee vastzetschroeven (2) op de montagebeugel los. Stel de gewenste hellingshoek van het toestel in en draai de schroeven weer vast.

6 Bediening

Sluit het bijgeleverde netsnoer aan op de POWERjack (9) en plug de stekker in een stopcontact (230 V~ /50 Hz. Het apparaat is nu ingeschakeld, de rode POWER-LED (13) licht op. De spiegel wordt in een vastgelegde uitgangspositie gebracht en de besturing wordt gereset.

Het apparaat is nu bedrijfsklaar, de groene LED (6) – licht op, wanneer de scanner muziekgestuurd als

afzonderlijk apparaat of als masterapparaat wordt gebruikt (zie hoofdstuk 6.1.1).

Slave-apparaat wordt gebruikt of via een DMXbesturingsapparaat wordt bediend.

Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact om het toestel uit te schakelen.

Voor een makkelijker bediening is het aangeraden het toestel in een stopcontact te pluggen dat u via een lichtschakelaar kan in- en uitschakelen.

6.1 Muzieksturing

Om de SCAN-10 via de ingebouwde microfoon (8) te besturen, mag er op de DMX-ingang (4) geen DMXsignaal aanwezig zijn. De lichtshow wordt muziekafhankelijk afgespeeld, d.w.z. het wisselen van de veelkleurige patronen (gobo’s) en de spiegelbewegingen lopen synchroon met het ritme van de muziek. Als er geen muziek wordt gespeeld of als de muziek te rustig of te stil is, wisselt het apparaat de patronen slechts volgens vaste tijdsintervallen.

6.1.1 Meerdere SCAN-10-apparaten aaneenscha-

kelen

U kunt meerdere apparaten aaneenschakelen om zo via de microfoon van het centrale apparaat (master) alle overige randapparaten (slave) op hetzelfde ritme te besturen.

1) De DIP-schakelaar nr. 1 (7) van het masterappa-

raat moet in de stand ON worden geschakeld.

2) De DIP-schakelaars nr. 1 van de slave-apparaten

moeten in de stand OFF worden geschakeld. DIP-

schakelaar nr. 10 heeft een speciale functie: In de

stand ON functioneert de scanner in kwestie met

inverse bewegingen, d.w.z. zijn spiegel beweegt

zich niet synchroon met deze van het masterappa-

raat, maar in tegengestelde richting.

3) Verbind de aansluiting DMX OUT (3) van het cen-

trale apparaat via een 3-polige XLR-kabel (b.v.

serie MEC-... of MECN-... uit het gamma van “img

Stage Line”) met de aansluiting DMX IN (4) van het

eerste randapparaat.

4) Verbind de aansluiting DMX OUT van het eerste

randapparaat met de aansluiting DMX IN van het

tweede randapparaat etc.

6.2 Afstandsbediening LC-3

Via de als toebehoren verkrijgbare afstandsbediening LC-3 kunnen verschillende functies worden gestuurd.

1) Sluit de afstandsbediening aan op de jack ONLY

FOR REMOTE CONTROLLER (5).

2) De DMX-ingang DMX IN (4) mag niet zijn aange-

sloten.

OPGELET

●

Om te vermijden dat het apparaat oververhit geraakt, moet de installatieplaats zorgvuldig worden geselecteerd, zodat tijdens het gebruik voldoende ventilatie is gegarandeerd. De afstand tussen het toestel en de aangrenzende oppervlakken moet minstens 15cm zijn, en de ventilatieopeningen van de behuizing mogen in geen geval worden afgedekt (b.v. door gordijnen etc.).

●

Zorg in elk geval ook voor een voldoende grote afstand tot licht ontvlambare of hittegevoelige materialen.

●

Indien het apparaat als zwevende last boven personen wordt geïnstalleerd, moet het bijkomend worden beveiligd (b.v. door een hijskabel). Bevestig de hijskabel zo dat het apparaat niet meer dan 20cm kan vallen.

OPGELET

●

Omdat halogeenlampen tijdens het gebruik zeer warm worden, laat u de lamp na gebruik van het apparaat eerst afkoelen (afkoeltijd van minstens 5 minuten), alvorens ze te vervangen.

●

Neem het apparaat (11) nooit zonder afsluitdeksel in gebruik. Rechtstreeks in de brandende halogeenlamp kijken kan door de hoge helderheid en de UV-straling beschadiging van de ogen tot gevolg hebben.

WAARSCHUWING

Alvorens de halogeenlamp aan te brengen resp. te verwijderen, dient u in elk geval de stekker uit het stopcontact te trekken!

3) Via de DMX-uitgang DMX OUT (3) kunt u bijkomende SCAN-10-apparaten aansluiten (zie hoofdstuk

6.1.1), om ze met de afstandsbediening synchroon te besturen.

4) Selecteer met de toets MODE (16) de bedrijfsmodus; de LED naast de toets duidt de geselecteerde modus aan: Modus Strobe/Sound (de LED licht niet op)

Zowel het bewegen van de spiegels als het wisselen van de veelkeurige patronen (gobo’s) gebeurt muziekgestuurd. Als u de toets FUNCTION (15) in deze modus ingedrukt houdt, wordt een stroboscoopeffect geactiveerd.

Modus Pattern/Sound (de LED knippert)

Het wisselen van de gobo’s gebeurt muziekgestuurd, voor de spiegel kunt u met de toets FUNCTION (15) twaalf verschillende, muziekafhankelijke bewegingspatronen worden opgeroepen.

Modus Sound (de LED licht continu op)

Alleen de spiegelbewegingen zijn muziekgestuurd, de gobo’s wisselen niet muziekgestuurd. Om telkens naar de volgende gobo te wisselen, drukt

u op de toets FUNCTION (15). Om de functie Blackout te activeren, drukt u op de toets STANDBY (14): De spiegel beweegt naar de uitgangspositie en het licht wordt gedimd. Even later schakelt de halogeenlamp uit. De LED naast de toets licht op ter controle. Druk opnieuw op de toets om terug te schakelen.

6.3 Bediening via een DMX lichtregelaar

Voor de bediening via een DMX-lichtregelaar (b.v. DMX-1440 of DMX-120 van “img Stage Line”) is de SCAN-10 uitgerust met vier kanalen: 1ste kanaal om de spiegel te draaien 2de kanaal om de spiegel te kantelen 3de kanaal voor de shutter 4de kanaal voor de besturing van de patronen

De precieze toewijzing van de individuele kleuren en patronen vindt u terug in hoofdstuk 8.

1) Verbind de aansluiting DMX IN (4) via een 3-polige

XLR-kabel met de DMX-uitgang van de lichtregelaar.

Voor de aansluiting moeten speciale kabels voor hoge gegevensstromen worden gebruikt. Wanneer gebruik wordt gemaakt van gewone microfoonkabels, mag de totale kabellengte niet meer dan 100m bedragen. De beste overdracht gebeurt met een afgeschermde microfoonkabel van 2 x 0,25 mm

of een speciale datatransmissiekabel. Bij kabellengten vanaf 150 m wordt het tussenschakelen van een DMX-ophaalversterker aanbevolen (b.v. SR103DMX van “img Stage Line”).

2) Verbind de jack DMX OUT (3) met de DMX-ingang van het volgende lichteffectapparaat. Verbind de uitgang hiervan opnieuw met de ingang van het nageschakelde apparaat etc., tot alle lichteffectapparaten zijn aangesloten.

3) Sluit de DMX-uitgang van het laatste lichteffectapparaat in de ketting af met een weerstand van 120Ω (> 0,3W): Soldeer aan de pinnen 2 en 3 van een XLR-stekker de weerstand vast en plug de stekker

in de DMX-uitgang of gebruik een overeenkomstige afsluitstekker (b.v. DLT-123 van “img Stage Line”).

4) Stel de DIP-schakelaars (7) in op het DMX-startadres dat overeenkomt met het kanaal dat voor de besturing van het 1ste kanaal van de SCAN-10 is voorzien. Het startadres resulteert uit de optelling van de binaire waarden (1, 2, 4 ... 128, 256) van de DIP-schakelaars nr. 1 tot nr. 9 die op ON zijn geplaatst, b.v.

Het makkelijkst is steeds van de grootst mogelijke schakelaarwaarde uit te gaan en de kleinere waarden hierbij op te tellen.

De drie kanalen die het startadres volgen, zijn dan automatisch toegewezen. Voorbeeld: startadres 104 = spiegeldraaiing kanaal 105 voor de kanteling van de spiegel kanaal 106 voor de shutter kanaal 107 voor de besturing van de patronen

6.4 Beeldscherpte van de patronen instellen

Door de objectieflens te draaien, stelt u de afbeelding van het patroon scherp in. De scherpte-instelling wordt bepaald door de afstand van het apparaat tot het projectievlak.

7 De optica reinigen

De spiegel en de lenzen moeten op regelmatige tijdstippen, afhankelijk van de verontreiniging door stof, rook of andere vuildeeltjes, worden gereinigd. Alleen dan kan het licht met maximale helderheid worden uitgestraald.

Voor de reiniging gebruikt u een zachte, schone doek en een in de handel verkrijgbaar detergent voor glas. Zorg dat daarbij geen vloeistof binnenin het apparaat geraakt. Wrijf de onderdelen vervolgens voorzichtig droog.

WAARSCHUWING Om de interne lenzen de reini-

gen, moet u het lampencompartiment openen. Alvorens u het apparaat opent, trekt u de netstekker uit het stopcontact!

2 Consejos de utilización y seguridad

Esta unidad responde a todas las normativas requeridas por la UE y es por lo tanto marcado con .

Es esencial tener en cuenta los puntos siguientes:

●

Esta unidad debe funcionar sólo en interior. Proté- jala de todo tipo de proyecciones de agua, salpicaduras, humedad elevada, calor (temperatura de utilización admisible 0–40°C).

●

No coloque ningún objeto con agua, por ejemplo vasos, sobre la unidad.

●

No haga funcionar la unidad y desconéctela inmediatamente de la red cuando:

1. se perciban daños en la unidad o en el cable de red,

2. aparezcan daños después de una caída o accidente,

3. aparezca un mal funcionamiento.

La unidad sólo debe ser reparada por personal autorizado.

●

No desconecte nunca el aparato tirando directamente del cable de red, hágalo siempre por el enchufe.

●

Para limpiar el recinto use solamente un paño seco y suave, en ningún caso use productos químicos o agua. Para las partes ópticas también es posible utilizar algunos detergentes comerciales para vidrio.

●

No asumimos ninguna garantía ni responsabilidad en caso de daños personales o materiales resultantes si el aparato se utiliza con otro fin de aquel para el que ha sido fabricado, si no es montado de forma segura, si no es correctamente utilizado, o si no es reparado de manera apropiada.

3 Aplicaciones

El efecto de luz SCAN-10 se adapta especialmente a una utilización en fiestas privadas y discotecas. Proyecta diferentes tipos de colores y permite así crear una atmósfera ideal de pista de baile. La gestión de los tipos de colores y del espejo se efectúa por el micro integrado, a través del mando a distancia LC-3 (disponible separadamente como opción) o mediante una unidad de control de luz a través de la entrada DMX512.

Cuando el aparato se retira definitivamente de servicio, debe depositarlo en un centro de reciclaje para su eliminación no contaminante.

ADVERTENCIA El aparato está alimentado por una

tensión de (230 V~). Deje su mantenimiento sólo en manos de personal especializado. ¡No lleve a cabo ninguna modificación no descrita en este manual de instrucciones y no introduzca nada a través de los orificios de ventilación! Podría sufrir una fortísima descarga eléctrica.

4 Inserción de la lámpara halógena

La unidad es entregada sin lámpara. Conviene utilizar una lámpara halógena con las características técnicas siguientes: 12V/100W, tipo MR 16 con base GZ 6,35 (p.ej.: HLT-12/100MR de la gama “img Stage Line”). ¡En ningún caso, debe utilizar una lámpara de potencia superior a 100W!

1) Desatornille el tornillo moleteado (12) de la parte trasera del aparato y empuje la tapa (11) hacia atrás.

2) Coloque la lámpara halógena en el soporte (figura

3) y ponga la conexión de la lámpara (figura 4).

3) Deslice la tapa protectora en la guía de la carcasa y atorníllela fuerte.

5 Montaje

La unidad debe ser montada de forma segura por manos expertas.

1) Fije el aparato en el lugar deseado (p. ej.: en un travesaño o en una barra horizontal de un pie de luz) con un soporte de proyector o una tuerca de montaje estable, a través del soporte de montaje (1).

2) Para alinear el aparato, suelte las dos tuercas de reglaje del soporte de montaje (2). Incline el escá- ner como desee y atornille de nuevo.

6 Utilización

Conecte el cable entregado a la toma POWER (9) y el enchufe a una toma de red (230V~/50Hz). El aparato está entonces conectado, el LED rojo (13) está encendido. El espejo está colocado en una posición de arranque definida y el mando se reinicia. Entonces la unidad está lista para funcionar, el LED verde (6): – se enciende cuando el escáner funciona dirigido

por la música como unidad individual o como unidad Master (ver capítulo 6.1.1).

– parpadea cuando el escáner funciona dirigido por

la música como unidad Slave o a través de un aparato de control DMX.

Para desconectar el aparato, desconecte el enchufe de la toma de red.

Para una mejor utilización se recomienda que conecte esta unidad a una toma de red que pueda encenderse y apagarse a través de un interruptor.

6.1 Control vía la música

Para controlar el SCAN-10 a través del micro integrado (8), no debe verse ninguna señal DMX en la entrada DMX (4). Dependiendo de la música, se mostrará una luz integrada, es decir, el cambio del tipo de colores (gobos) y los movimientos del espejo están sincronizados con el ritmo de la música. Si no hay música o la música es muy tranquila o muy baja, la unidad cambia los gobos sólo a intervalos fijos.

6.1.1 Conexión de varias unidades SCAN-10

Es posible hacer funcionar el conjunto de varias unidades para controlar todos los otros aparatos auxiliares (Slave) al mismo ritmo, a través del micro del aparato principal (Master).

1) El interruptor DIP nº1 (7) de la unidad Master debe

colocarse en la posición ON.

2) Los interruptores DIP nº1 de las unidades Slave

deben colocarse en la posición OFF. El interruptor

DIP nº10 tiene una función especial: en la posición

ON el escáner respectivo funciona con movimien-

tos inversos, esto es, su espejo no se mueve de

manera sincronizada al espejo de la unidad Master

sino de manera opuesta a éste.

3) Conecte la toma DMX OUT (3) del aparato principal

a través de un cable XLR de 3 polos (p.ej.: series

MEC-… o MECN-… de la gama “img Stage Line”)

con la toma DMX IN (4) del primer aparato auxiliar.

4) Conecte la toma DMX OUT del primer aparato

auxiliar con la toma DMX IN del segundo aparato,

etc.

6.2 Mando a distancia LC-3

Diversas funciones pueden ser controladas a través del mando LC-3 disponible opcionalmente.

1) Conecte el mando a distancia con la toma ONLY

FOR REMOTE CONTROLLER (5).

2) La entrada DMX IN (4) no debe estar conectada.

3) A través de la salida DMX OUT (3), es posible

conectar otras SCAN-10 (vea capítulo 6.1.1) para

ATENCIÓN

●

Para evitar toda acumulación de calor en el aparato, se debe elegir el lugar de montaje de manera que, durante el funcionamiento, la circulación de aire sea suficiente. Debe colocar el aparato a una distancia mínima de 15 cm de las superficies vecinas y los agujeros de ventilación de la caja no deben estar obstruidos en ningún caso (p.ej.: por cortinas).

●

Compruebe imperativamente que mantiene una distancia suficiente con los materiales fácilmente inflamables o sensibles al calor.

●

Si la unidad es instalada de manera suspendida por encima de personas, debe ser asegurada adicionalmente (por ejemplo con un cable de seguridad). Fije el cable de seguridad de manera que la distancia de la caída máxima de la unidad sea de 20cm.

ATENCIÓN

●

Durante el funcionamiento, las lámparas halógenas se calientan mucho, debe dejar que se enfríen después de todo uso (dejar enfriar durante 5 minutos como mínimo) antes de remplazar la lámpara.

●

Nunca haga funcionar la unidad sin la tapa (11). Mirar directamente al alumbrado de la lámpara halógena puede causar daños en los ojos debido al alto brillo y la radiación ultravioleta.

ADVERTENCIA

¡Desconecte siempre la toma principal antes de insertar o sacar la lámpara halógena!

controlarlos de manera sincronizada con el mando a distancia.

4) Seleccione el modo operativo con el botón MODE (16). El LED próximo al botón muestra el modo seleccionado: Modo strobe/sound (el LED no está encendido)

Los movimientos del espejo y el cambio del modo de los colores (gobo) son controlados por la música. Si el botón FUNCTION (15) está activado en este modo, se activa un efecto estroboscópico.

Modo pattern/sound (el LED parpadea)

El cambio de los gobos es controlado por la música, hay doce posibles modos de movimiento diferentes para el espejo dependiendo de la música que pueden ser seleccionados con el botón FUNCTION (15).

Modo sound (el LED brilla continuamente)

Sólo los movimientos del espejo son controlados por la música, los gobos no cambian con el control de la música. Para cambiar al próximo gobo en cada caso, presione el botón FUNCTION (15).

Para activar la función Blackout, presionar el botón ST AND BY(14): el espejo se pone en la posición de arranque y la luz no es visible. Poco tiempo después, la lámpara halógena se apaga. El LED al lado de la tecla brilla y sirve de testigo. Para volver al reglaje precedente, pulse de nuevo la tecla.

6.3 Uso a través de una unidad de control DMX

Para trabajar a través de una unidad de control de luz DMX (por ejemplo DMX-1440 o DMX-120 de “img Stage Line), el SCAN-10 está equipado con 4 canales: 1er. canal:para rotación del espejo 2º. canal: para inclinación del espejo 3er. canal:para el shutter 4º. canal: para el control de los gobos

Vea el capítulo 8 para conocer la atribución precisa de cada color y modelo.

1) Conecte la toma DMX IN (4) a través de un cable XLR de 3 polos a la salida DMX de la unidad de control de luz.

Para la conexión, deberían utilizarse cables especiales para el alto flujo de datos. El uso de cables de micrófono estándar sólo puede ser recomendado para cables de una longitud total de 100m. El mejor resultado de transmisión se obtiene con un cable blindado de micrófono de 2 x 0,25mm

o un cable especial de transmisión de datos. Para longitudes de cable que superen los 150m es recomendable insertar un amplificador compatible con DMX (p.ej. el SR-103DMX de “img Stage Line”).

2) Conecte la toma DMX OUT (3) a la entrada DMX de la siguiente unidad de efecto de luz. Conecte la salida de la siguiente unidad a la entrada del aparato siguiente etc. hasta que todas las unidades estén conectadas.

3) Termine la salida de DMX de la última unidad DMX de efectos de luz de la cadena con una resistencia de 120Ω (> 0,3W): suelde la resistencia a los pins 2 y 3 del enchufe XLR y conecte el enchufe a la

salida DMX o use un enchufe de terminación adecuado (p.ej.: el DLT-123 de “img Stage Line”).

4) Regule los interruptores DIP (7) en la dirección de arranque DMX que corresponde al canal suministrado para la gestión del 1er. canal del SCAN-10. La dirección de arranque se obtiene sumando los valores binarios (1, 2, 4, …128, 256) de los interruptores DIP números 1 a 9 posicionados en ON, por ejemplo:

Lo más sencillo es empezar siempre con un valor binario lo más alto posible y añadir los valores más pequeños.

Luego se asignan automáticamente los tres canales siguientes a la dirección de arranque. Ejemplo: dirección de arranque 104 = rotación del espejo Canal 105 para inclinación del espejo Canal 106 para shutter Canal 107 para control de los gobos

6.4 Precisión de la representación de los

modelos

Girando la lente del objetivo regule la representación de los modelos con precisión. Este reglaje depende de la distancia del aparato de la superficie en la cual los modelos están representados.

7 Limpieza del Sistema Óptico

El espejo y las lentes deben ser limpiadas a intervalos regulares, dependiendo de las impurezas causadas por el polvo, humo u otras partículas. Sólo en ese caso la luz podrá brillar con la máxima nitidez.

Para la limpieza use un paño suave y limpio y un detergente común para vidrio. Vigile que no entre líquido en el interior de la unidad. Luego seque cuidadosamente las partes.

ADVERTENCIA Para limpiar las lentes internas,

debe abrirse el compartimiento de la lámpara. ¡Antes de abrir la unidad, desconecte el enchufe de la toma de corriente!

Uwaga: Aby możliwe było sterowanie SCAN-10 za pomocą urządzenia do zdalnego sterowania, na wejściu DMX IN (4) nie może być sygnału DMX.

2 Bezpieczeństwo użytkowania

Ponieważ urządzenie spełnia wymogi obowiązujące w Unii Europejskiej, jest oznaczone symbolem .

Należy przestrzegać następujących zasad:

●

Urządzenie przeznaczone jest do użytku tylko wewnątrz pomieszczeń. Należy chronić je przed działaniem wody, wilgoci oraz wysokiej temperatury (dopuszczalna temperatura otoczenia pracy to 0–40°C).

●

Nie wolno umieszczać na urządzeniu żadnych pojemników z cieczą (np. szklanek).

●

Nie wolno używać urządzenia lub natychmiast odłączyć główną wtyczkę zasilającą z gniazda:

1. Jeśli występują widoczne uszkodzenia urządzenia lub kabla zasilającego.

2. Jeśli urządzenie zostało upuszczone i mogło nastąpić jego uszkodzenie.

3. Jeśli urządzenie działa nieprawidłowo.

Należy wówczas oddać urządzenie do punktu serwisowego.

●

Nie wolno ciągnąć za kabel zasilający, chcąc go odłączyć należy trzymać za wtyczkę.

●

Do czyszczenia obudowy należy używać jedynie suchej, miękkiej tkaniny. Nie wolno używać wody ani środków chemicznych. Do czyszczenia układu optycznego można używać płynu do mycia szyb.

●

Nie ponosi się odpowiedzialności za wynikłe uszkodzenia sprzętu lub obrażenia użytkownika w przypadku, gdy urządzenie jest wykorzystywane w innych celach niż to się przewiduje lub jeśli jest nieodpowiednio zainstalowane, użytkowane lub naprawiane.

3 Zastosowanie

Urządzenie SCAN-10 to efekt świetlny znajdujący zastosowanie na przyjęciach oraz w dyskotekach. Urządzenie generuje różnokolorowe figury, tworząc odpowiednią atmosferę na parkiecie. Zmiany różnokolorowych figur oraz ustawienia luster mogą być sterowane za pomocą wbudowanego mikrofonu, urządzenia do zdalnego sterowania LC-3 (dostępnego osobno jako wyposażenie dodatkowe), lub za pomocą sygnału pochodzącego z kontrolera DMX512.

Aby nie powodować zanieczyszczenia środowiska, po całkowitym zakończeniu eksploatacji urządzenia należy je oddać do punktu recyklingu.

UWAGA Urządzenie jest zasilane niebezpiecz-

nym dla życia napięciem zmiennym 230 V. Naprawą urządzenia powinien zajmować się jedynie przeszkolony personel. Nie wolno używać urządzenia w sposób inny niż opisany w niniejszej instrukcji obsługi; nie wolno również blokować otworów wentylacyjnych. W przypadku niezastosowania się do powyższych ostrzeżeń istnieje niebezpieczeństwo porażenia elektrycznego.

4 Montaż lampy halogenowej

Urządzenie SCAN-10 jest sprzedawane bez lampy. Do pracy wymagana jest lampa halogenowa o następujących parametrach: 12V/100 W, typ MR 16 z gniazdem GZ 6,35 (np. HLT-12/100MR z oferty “img Stage Line”). Nie wolno używać lamp o mocy wyższej niż 100 W!

1) Należy odkręcić śrubę z łbem gniazdkowym (12)

znajdującą się w tylnej części urządzenia i zdjąć pokrywę (11) części urządzenia zawierającej lampy.

2) Należy umieścić lampę halogenową w oprawie

(rys. 3) i zainstalować ją w urządzeniu (rys. 4).

3) Należy umieścić pokrywę w prowadnicy obudowy,

następnie mocno ją przykręcić.

5 Montaż urządzenia

Urządzenie powinno być zamontowane przez specjalistę w sposób zapewniający bezpieczeństwo.

1) Należy zamontować urządzenie na statywie na

efekty świetlne, lub przymocować uchwycie montażowym (1) za pomocą wytrzymałej śruby montażowej w żądanym miejscu (np. na poziomej listwie lub belce poprzecznej statywu na efekty świetlne).

2) W celu odpowiedniej regulacji ustawienia urządze-

nia należy użyć dwu śrub dociskowych (2) przy uchwycie montażowym.

6 Obsługa urządzenia

Należy podłączyć kabel zasilający (w zestawie) do gniazda POWER (9) oraz do gniazda sieciowego (230 V~/50 Hz); zapala się czerwony wskaźnik pracy LED (13). Następnie urządzenie ustawia się w ustalonej pozycji startowej, sterowanie zostaje zresetowane. Urządzenie jest gotowe do pracy, zielony wskaźnik LED (6) – świeci się jednostajnie, jeśli urządzenie jest stero-

wane w rytm muzyki, pracując jako urządzenie samodzielne, lub jako urządzenie główne (zob. rozdz. 6.1.1).

– miga, jeśli urządzenie jest sterowane w rytm

muzyki, pracując jako urządzenie podporządkowane, lub jako urządzenie sterowane za pomocą kontrolera DMX.

Aby wyłączyć urządzenie, należy wyciągnać wtyczkę zasilającą.

Aby ułatwić obsługę urządzenia, można je podłą-

czyć pod włącznik oświetlenia.

6.1 Sterowanie urządzeniem w rytm muzyki

Aby możliwe było sterowanie urządzeniem za pomocą wbudowanego mikrofonu (8), przy wejściu DMX (4) nie może być sygnału DMX. W zależności od rodzaju muzyki urządzenie będzie generować pokaz typu “światło i dźwięk”, tzn. zmiany wielobarwnych wzorów (figur gobo) oraz ruchy powierzchni lustrzanej będą zsynchronizowane z rytmem muzyki. Jeśli muzyka nie jest odtwarzana, lub jeśli odtwarzana muzyka ma zbyt niski poziom głośności, następują zmiany figur w stałych odstępach czasu.

6.1.1 Łączenie kilku efektów świetlnych SCAN-10

Możliwe jest połączenie kilku efektów świetlnych (jako urządzeń podporządkowanych), aby pracowały wspólnie w tym samym rytmie, sterowane za pomocą jednego mikrofonu urządzenia nadrzędnego (urządzenie główne).

1) Należy ustawić mikroprzełącznik nr 1 (7) urządze-

nia głównego w pozycji ON.

2) Mikroprzełączniki nr 1 urządzeń podporządko-

wanych muszą znajdować się w pozycji OFF. Mikroprzełącznik nr 10 ma specjalną funkcję – aby ustawić odwrotną polaryzację obrotu w płaszczyźnie poziomej w stosunku do urządzenia głównego, należy w urządzeniach podporządkowanych ustawić przełącznik nr 10 w pozycji ON. Wówczas płaszczyzna lustrzana urządzenia podporządkowanego nie będzie się poruszać synchronicznie z płaszczyzną lustrzaną urządzenia głównego, lecz w przeciwnym kierunku.

3) Należy połączyć gniazdo wyjściowe DMX OUT (3)

urządzenia głównego za pomocą 3- biegunowego kabla XLR (seria MEC-..., MECN-... z oferty “img Stage Line”) z gniazdem wejściowym (4) pierwszego urządzenia podporządkowanego.

4) Należy połączyć gniazdo wyjściowe DMX OUT

pierwszego urządzenia podporządkowanego z gniazdem wejściowym DMX IN kolejnego urządzenia, itd.

UWAGA

●

Ze względu na nagrzewanie się urządzenia należy wybrać odpowiednie miejsce do jego montażu, zapewniające dostateczną cyrkulację powietrza podczas pracy urządzenia. Urządzenie powinno znajdować się co najmniej 15 cm od sąsiadujących powierzchni. W żadnym wypadku nie wolno zasłaniać otworów wentylacyjnych urządzenia (np. zasłonami, itd.).

●

Należy zapewnić odpowiednią odległość od materiałów łatwopalnych lub nieodpornych na wysoką temperaturę.

●

Jeśli urządzenie jest montowane nad głowami ludzi, należy je dodatkowo zabezpieczyć przed upadkiem (np. za pomocą linki zabezpieczającej). Linkę należy zamontować w taki sposób, żeby maksymalna odległość upadku urządzenia wynosiła 20 cm.

UWAGA

●

Ponieważ lampa halogenowa bardzo się nagrzewa podczas pracy, należy przed jej wymianą pozwolić się jej schłodzić (min, czas chłodzenia 5 minut).

●

Nie wolno pracować z urządzeniem bez pokrywy (11). Nie wolno patrzeć bezpośrednio na lampę halogenową w trakcie pracy urządzenia. Bardzo wysoka jasność oraz promieniowanie ultrafioletowe mogą spowodować uszkodzenie wzroku.

UWAGA

Przed włożeniem lub wyjęciem lampy halogenowej z urządzenia należy najpierw odłączyć zasilanie!

6.2 Urządzenie do zdalnego sterowania LC-3

Urządzenie do zdalnego sterowania LC-3, dostępne jako wyposażenie dodatkowe, umożliwia sterowanie funkcjami urządzenia SCAN-10.

1) Należy podłączyć urządzenie do zdalnego stero-

wania do gniazda ONLY FOR REMOTE CONTROLLER (5).

2) Wejście DMX IN (4) nie może być podłączone.

3) Do gniazda DMX OUT (3) można podłączać kole-

jne urządzenia SCAN-10 (zob. rozdział 6.1.1), aby sterować nimi synchroniczne za pomocą urządzenia do zdalnego sterowania.

4) Za pomocą przycisku MODE (16) należy wybrać

odpowiedni tryb pracy urządzenia. Wskaźnik LED obok przycisku wskazuje wybrany tryb pracy:

Tryb: stroboskop/dźwięk

(wskaźnik LED nie świeci się)

Ustawienia powierzchni lustrzanej oraz figury gobo zmieniają się w rytm muzyki. Przy wciśniętym przycisku FUNCTION (15) następuje uruchomienie stroboskopu.

Tryb: figury/dźwięk (wskaźnik LED miga)

Zmiana figur gobo następuje w rytm muzyki, za pomocą przycisku FUNCTION (15) można wybierać jedno z 12 ustawień powierzchni lustrzanej, w zależności od rodzaju muzyki.

Tryb: dźwięk (wskaźnik LED świeci się)

Jedynie ustawienia powierzchni lustrzanej zmieniają się w rytm muzyki; figury gobo nie zmieniają się. Aby przejść do następnej figury gobo, należy nacisnąć przycisk FUNCTION (15).

Funkcja zaciemnienia zostaje włączona po naciśnięciu przycisku STANDBY (14): powierzchnia lustrzana wraca do pozycji wyjściowej, gaśnie lampa halogenowa. Zapala się wskaźnik LED obok przycisku. Aby włączyć efekty świetlne, należy ponownie nacisnąć przycisk STANDBY.

6.3 Sterowanie urządzeniem przez zewnętrzny

kontroler oświetlenia

SCAN 10 posiada cztery kanały DMX do sterowania urządzeniem przez zewnętrzny kontroler oświetlenia (np. DMX-1440 lub DMX-120 z oferty “img Stage Line”): Kanał 1 sterowanie obrotem powierzchni lustrzanej

w osi poziomej

Kanał 2 sterowanie obrotem powierzchni lustrzanych

w osi pionowej Kanał 3 sterowanie migawką Kanał 4 sterowanie zmianą figur

Dokładne przyporządkowanie poszczególnych kolorów oraz figur znajduje się w rozdz. 8.

1) Należy połączyć gniazdo wejściowe DMX IN (4) z

wyjściem kontrolera oświetleniowego za pomocą kabla 3- biegunowego XLR.

Do podłączenia należy użyć specjalnego kabla do transmisji o dużej przepływności. Standardowy kabel mikrofonowy można użyć jedynie w przypadku, kiedy trasa kablowa nie przekracza 100 m. Najlepsze rezultaty uzyskuje się wykorzystując przewód ekranowany 2 x 0,25 mm

lub inny spec-

jalistyczny kabel do transmisji danych. Jeśli trasa kablowa będzie przekraczała 150 m, należy użyć wzmacniacz sygnałowy DMX (np. SR-103DMX zo oferty “img Stage Line”).

2) Należy połączyć gniazdo wyjściowe DMX (3) z we-

jściem DMX kolejnego efektu świetlnego, następnie połączyć wyjście tego efektu z wejściem kolejnego itd., aż wszystkie urządzenia zostaną podłączone.

3) Należy zaterminować wyjście DMX ostatniego

efektu świetlnego DMX w szeregu rezystorem 120 Ω (> 0,3 W): rezystor należy wpiąć między piny 2 oraz 3 wtyku XLR, następnie połączyć wtyk z wyjściem DMX efektu świetlnego, lub należy użyć odpowiedniego wtyku zakończeniowego (np. DLT-123 z oferty “img Stage Line”).

4) Za pomocą mikroprzełączników (7) należy usta-

wić adres startowy DMX dla pierwszego kanału DMX w urządzeniu SCAN-10. Adres startowy otrzymujemy przez dodawanie wartości binarnych (1, 2, 4, 8 ... 128, 256) za pomocą mikroprzełączników o numerach 1 do 9, ustawionych w pozycji ON, np.

Najlepiej jest zaczynać od maksymalnej możliwej wartości binarnej i następnie dodawać mniejsze.

Trzy kolejne kanały następujące po adresie startowym zostaną automatycznie przyporządkowane kolejnym adresom. Na przykład: adres startowy 104 = sterowanie obrotem powierzchni lustrzanej w osi poziomej kanał 105 sterowanie obrotem powierzchni lust-

rzanej w osi pionowej kanał 106 sterowanie migawką kanał 107 sterowanie zmianą figur

6.4 Regulacja ostrości wyświetlanych figur

Aby wyregulować ostrość wyświetlanych figur należy odpowiednio ustawić soczewkę. Ostrość wyświetlanego obrazu zależy od odległości pomiędzy urządzeniem a powierzchnią, na której projektowany jest obraz.

8 Czyszczenie układu optycznego

Aby zapewnić maksymalną jasność świecenia, powierzchnia lustrzana oraz soczewki powinny być czyszczone regularnie, w zależności od stopnia ich zanieczyszczenia, powodowanego przez kurz, dym papierosowy i in.

Do czyszczenia należy używać miękkiej, czystej tkaniny oraz płynu do mycia szyb. Należy uważać, aby płyn nie dostał się do wnętrza urządzenia. Następnie należy dokładnie wytrzeć do sucha umyte elementy urządzenia.

Tämä laite täyttää kaikki siihen kohdistuvat EU-direktiivit ja sille on myönnetty hyväksyntä.

Huomioi seuraavat seikat:

Tämä laite soveltuu käytettäväksi ainoastaan sisätiloissa. Suojele laitetta kosteudelta, vedeltä ja kuu-

muudelta (sallittu ympäröivä lämpötila 0–40°C).

Älä sijoita laitteen päälle mitään nestettä sisältävää, kuten vesilasia tms.

●

Irrota virtajohto pistorasiasta, äläkä käynnistä laitetta,

jos:

1. laitteessa tai virtajohdossa on havaittu vaurio,

2. laitteiden putoaminen tai vastaava vahinko on saattanut aiheuttaa vaurion,

3. laitteissa esiintyy toimintahäiriöitä.

Kaikissa tapauksissa laite tulee toimittaa valtuutettuun huoltoliikkeeseen.

Älä koskaan irrota virtajohtoa pistorasiasta johdosta vetämällä.

Puhdistukseen saa käyttää vain kuivaa, pehmeää kangasta. Älä käytä vettä tai puhdistusaineita. Lasisiin linsseihin voi myös käyttää lasinpesunestettä.

Laitteen takuu raukeaa, eikä valmistaja, maahantuoja tai myyjä ota vastuuta mahdollisista välittömistä tai välillisistä vahingoista, jos laitetta on käytetty muuhun kuin alkuperäiseen käyttötarkoitukseen, laitetta on tai-

Montering af halogen lyskilde

●

Lyskilden bilver meget varm under brug. Lad altid lyseffekten køle af efter brug (min. 5 minutter), inden lyskilden udskiftes.

●

Kig aldrig direkte ind i den tændte lyskilde når lyseffekten er åben. Det skarpe lys og de ultraviolette strå- ler kan skade øjet.

●

Undlad under alle omstændigheder at benytte lamper med større effekt end 100W.

Montering

Fastgør enheten pâ en sikker måde.

Vigtigt!

1. For at undgå ophobning af varme i enheden skal monteringsstedet vælges således, at der sikres tilstrækkelig luftcirkulation under drift. Stil enheden mindst 15cm fra andre overflader. Kabinettets ventilationshuller må ikke tildækkes.

2. Det er absolut nødvendigt at sikre tilstrækkelig afstand til materialer, som er let antændelige og følsomme over for varme.

3. Hvis enheden installeres hængende over mennesker, skal den sikres med en sikkerhedswire. Fastgør sikkerhedswiren på en sådan måde, at enheden maksimalt kan falde 20cm.

Fjern altid strømstikket før lyskilden monteres eller udskiftes.

Hvis enheden skal tages ud af drift for bestandigt, skal den bringes til en lokal genbrugsstation for bortskaffelse.

Montering av lampa

Då halogenlampor blir mycket varma vid användning, låt först lampan kallna en stund (minst 5 min.) innan byte sker för att undvika brännskador.

Titta aldrig direkt i lampan då enheten är isärtagen. Det kraftiga ljuset och UV-strålningen kan ge permanenta ögonskador.

●

Använd inte lampor med högre effekt än 100W.

Montering

Montera enheten säkert och professionellt.

Viktigt!

1. För att undvika överhettning av enheten skall den monteras så att luften kan cirkulera fritt runt den. Placera enheten minst 15 cm från materialet som skall belysas. Enheten får inte heller täckas över då detta medför risk för brand.

2. Det är mycket viktigt att hålla avstånd från brännbart eller värme känsligt material då lampan blir mycket varm vid användning.

3. Om enheten monteras så den hänger ovanför människor så måste enheten säkras med extra tillbehör (t.ex. med en vajer eller lina). Anordna säkerhetsvajern så att den maximala fallhöjden är 20cm.

VARNING

Ta alltid ur elkontakten ur elurtaget innan lampan byts.

Om enheten skall kasseras bör de lämnas in till återvinning.

Lampun asennus

Polttimo kuumenee hyvin paljon käytön aikana. Sen vuoksi anna laitteen polttimoineen jäähtyä käytön jäl- keen vähintään 5 minuuttia ennen polttimon vaihtoa.

Älä koskaan katso suoraan laitteen polttimoa kun laite on päällä, sillä sen antama kirkas valo ja sen ultravio- lettisäteily voivat vahingoittaa silmiä.

●

Älä milloinkaan käytä yli 100 watin lamppuja.

Kiinnitys

Noudata kiinnityksessä erityistä huolellisuutta ja huomioi turvallisuustekijät.

Tärkeää!

1. Laitteen ylikuumenemisen estämiseksi laite on asennettava paikkaan, jossa välttämätön ilmanvaihto on varmistettu käytön aikana. Jätä vähintään 15cm turvaväli laitteen ja sitä ympäröivien pintojen väliin. Laitteen ilmanvaihto venttileitä ei saa missään tapauksessa peittää.

2. Kiinnitä erityisesti huomiota siihen, että laitteen ja helposti syttyvien ja kuumuudelle arkojen materiaalien välinen turvaväli on riittävä.

3. Mikäli laite asennetaan roikkumaan, esim. katosta tai telineestä, on kiinnityksessä lisäksi käytettävä ylimääräistä turva narua jolla laiteen kiinnitys varmistetaan. Narun pituus mitoitetaan niin, että laitteen pudotessa maksimi matka jonka se pääsee kulkemaan alaspäin on 20cm.

VAROITUS

Irrota laite verkkovirrasta aina ennen polttimon asennusta tai vaihtoa.

Kun laite poistetaan lopullisesti käytöstä, huolehdi, että laite hävitetään asianmukaisesti jätteenkäsittelylaitoksessa.
