The Clarkfield processor's PCI Express interface may not meet PCI Express 2.0 jitter specifications. Intel recommends placing a 3.01K +/- 5% pull down resistor to VSS on CFG[7] pin for both rPGA and BGA components. This pull down resistor should be removed when this issue is fixed.
