Symptom:
1. No video after power on;
2. No video after resolution change;
Cause: Novatek scalar bug
Solution: Update the F/W to solve no video issue.
Solution implementation:
The factory already implemented the new f/w on L1940T after S/N: CNC734PX84.
Service action:
1. All the returned and spare units in repair center (S/N from CNC7010000 to CNC734PX83) will do
the firmware upgrade to cure and prevent the no video issue, the units already f/w updated do not
need updated again.
2. Pls. refer to attached L1940T F/W upgrade SOP for instructions to upgrade firmware.
