The HP ProLiant BL45p G2 supports two (2) optional, dual port fiber channel adapters for SAN connectivity and redundancy. Customers are offered a choice of either QLogic-based or Emulexbased fiber channel adapters. Both adapters are mezzanine circuit boards which connect directly to the server blade system board. These fiber channel adapters are available via option kits and must be ordered separately.
