Identifying blade PC parts
1 System battery
2 SODIMM sockets
3 Connector to the enclosure
4 SATA hard drive
Installing a blade PC
CAUTION: The blade PC is keyed to fit only

one way in the bay. If the blade PC does not
slide easily into the bay, be sure that the blade
PC is oriented properly.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 in the figure above for any additional blades you wish to
install.

The blades do not have any cabling requirements. All network and power cables
are routed through the enclosure.
The installation is complete.
CAUTION: You must remove blanks and install
blades one at a time to ensure proper thermal
conditions.
CAUTION: Always populate the bays with
either a blade PC or blade PC blank. Proper
airflow can only be maintained when the bays
are populated. Unpopulated bays lead to
improper cooling and thermal damage.
