Digital Scale
NOTE: BEFORE USING THE SCALE, REMOVE THE RED PLASTIC TAB FROM THE BACK OF THE SCALE TO ACTIVATE THE BATTERY.
Scale Use
1.Choose pounds (LB) or kilograms (KG) using the selector switch located on the back of the scale.
2.Place the scale on a flat surface. A hard surface is best for maximum accuracy.
3.Before each weigh in, tap the lower right
corner of the scale. The scale will calibrate and display “---- “, then “0.0” and either “LB” or “KG”.
4.Step onto the scale and position your feet so that your weight is distributed evenly over the scale platform. Stand still while the scale
calculates your weight. The scale will attempt to calculate your weight for 20 seconds and if
it can’t detect a stable weight, the display will clear, go back to “0.0” and begin calculating again.
5.Whether you remain standing on the scale or you step off the scale immediately after your weight has displayed, your weight will continue to display for a few seconds and then turn off automatically.
CARE: Periodically wipe scale surface down with a DRY cloth to remove dust. Ensure there is no weight being applied to the scale while not in use to prevent battery drainage.
CAUTION: Weight exceeding the capacity (330 LB /150 KG) may damage your scale. This scale is designed for personal use only, not commercial/industrial use. This scale is not waterproof; avoid contact with excessive moisture.

Operación de la Balanza |

|
1. En la parte trasera de la balanza, seleccione |

libras (LB) ó kilogramos (KG). |
|
2. Coloque la balanza en una superficie plana. |
|
Es preferible una superficie firme para mayor |
|
precisión y consistencia en el peso. |
|
3. Antes de pesarse, pulse con el pie en la |
|
esquina inferior derecha de la balanza. La |
|
balanza se calibrará y luego mostrará “0.0” con |
|
“LB” ó “KG”. |
|
4. Párese sobre la balanza y coloque los pies |
|
de tal manera que su peso quede distribuido |
|
uniformemente sobre la plataforma de la |
|
balanza. No se mueva durante este proceso. |
|
La pantalla intentará calcular su peso durante |
|
20 segundos. Si no puede detectar un peso |
|
estable, la pantalla mostrará “0.0” y comenzará |
|
a calcular nuevamente. |

5. Sin importar si el usuario continua parado |
|
sobre la plataforma o si se baja de ella |
|
inmediatamente después de aparecer su |
|
peso, la pantalla mostrará su peso por algunos |
|
segundos y luego se apagará automáticamente. |
|
CUIDADO DE LA BALANZA: Periódicamente |
|
limpie su balanza con un paño SECO. No aplique |
|

|

Battery
This scale includes one CR2032 battery. When “LO” appears on the display, replace the battery.
Battery Replacement
a.Locate the battery cover on the back of the scale.
b.Push the locking tab and pull the battery cover upwards.
c.Use the tip of a pen to loosen the battery. Hold the scale at an angle to allow the battery to slide out.
d.Insert a new battery with the “+” side facing up.
e.Replace the battery cover.
NOTE: The Lithium coin battery used in this product contains perchlorate material. Special handling may apply in California. For more information go to: www.dtsc.ca.gov/hazardouswaste/perchlorate.

Pila
Esta balanza incluye una (1) pila CR2032. Si aparece “LO” en la pantalla, reemplace la pila.
Reemplazo de la Pila
a.Localice la cubierta de pilas en la parte trasera de la balanza.
b.Presione la lengüeta de seguridad y retire la cubierta.
c.Use la punta de un bolígrafo para liberar la pila mientras sostiene la balanza inclinada para que salga de su casilla.
d.Inserte una (1) pila nueva con el signo “+” hacia arriba..
e.Coloque nuevamente la cubierta de pilas.
