The gas-fired Blaze achieves exceptional energy efficiency, resulting in decreased carbon emissions and lower operating
costs. Its water-resistant shell design allows for easy spray-down cleaning and also reduces the possibility of water

What is covered: This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use, and applies only
the original purchaser providing that:
The equipment has not been accidentally or intentionally damaged, altered or misused;
The equipment is properly installed, adjusted, operated and maintained in accordance with
National and local codes, and in accordance with the installation and operating instructions
provided by Hardt.
The serial number rating plate affixed to the equipment has not been defaced or removed.
Service Repair work completed by a factory authorized service partner
Who is covered: This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies only to equipment purchase for
use in the United States and Canada, unless otherwise stated.
Coverage period: United States and Canada: Two (2) years parts and labor, commencing on the date of installation
or 8 weeks from date of shipment, whichever comes first.
Warranty coverage: This warranty covers on-site labor, parts and reasonable travel time and travel expenses of the
authorized service partner up to (150) miles and (2) hours travel time. Work performed during
regular, weekday business hours. Overtime must be pre-approved and only applies in cases where
revenue generating equipment is deemed completely non-operational.
Exceptions: Any exceptions must be pre-approved in advance and in writing by HARDT.
Exclusions: Negligence or acts of God
Calibrations after (30) days from equipment installation date
Air and gas adjustments: including issues related to hoods and facility
Light bulbs
Glass
Drying and or cleaning of the burner
Cleaning of flame sensors (3500/Blaze)
Spark Igniters (2000/3000)
Tightening of screws or fasteners
Failures caused by erratic voltages or gas supply
Unauthorized repair by anyone other than a HARDT factory authorized service partner
Use of non-Hardt partsAlteration, misuse or improper installation
Failure to follow correct operating procedures
Lost revenue or expenses incurred due to equipment failure
Cooking issues requiring program changes
Installation: Leveling as well as proper installation per appropriate installation instructions – is the responsibility
of the customer (Unless performed by an authorized
Replacement parts: HARDT genuine OEM parts receive a (90) days material warranty effective from the date of

This manual contains information necessary for the installation and operation of the
HARDT Blaze rotisserie. Retain this manual for future reference. To help the reader in
the utilization of this manual certain information has been highlighted using the following

HARDT’S Customer Support Program (CSP) ensures fast response times and efficient

Our authorized service companies provide service in the USA and Canada.
Our service companies stock parts.
Hardt is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays. We
can also be reached at 514-631-7271, Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
EST.
What to do if a service issue occurs:
Follow the steps detailed in the Troubleshooting section of this manual to rule out
the simplest faults.
Call HARDT Customer Support or the local HARDT-Authorized service
company.
Customer Support works with you to diagnose the problem. Should a
technician be required, HARDT dispatches one and provides specific
information to solve the problem. This allows the call to be handled in more
effective manner.
