HINGED COVER KIT

1. Remove hole plug caps using a flat-blade screwdriver.

2. Align holes in riser bracket with holes in trunnion pad.

NOTE: Apply Loctite® to all threaded fasteners during assembly.

3. Install mounting bolts, lock washers and nuts to secure. Tighten to 20 ft.-lb. torque with a 3/8” opened or socket wrench.

5. Attach fender washer and nuts, but do not tighten.

4. Align studs on actuator assembly to holes in riser bracket.

6. Assemble actuator assembly to rear 3 dome cover studs and secure using dome nuts. Tighten to 20 in.-lb. torque with a 1/4” open end or socket wrench.
