Introduction
Lively Home is designed to help you remain at home and continue to be more independent. It can be used to support people who have returned home from a hospital or healthcare facility to measure if additional support in the home is needed or if less is needed due to improving health.
The Hub is a key part of the Lively Home kit. It gathers information from the Safety Watch and the four sensors. The sensors can be placed on pillboxes, refrigerators and in locations around the home where movement can be detected, for example on a walking trolley, a door or even a dog lead. Signals from the sensors are relayed back to the hub and activities are recorded online.
Your Key Worker or Carer will provide an explanation of the various parts of the Lively Home kit and will install it for you. If you have any queries about Lively Home or need help, please contact your Key Worker or Carer.

Medication Reminders
With the Lively Safety Watch and pillbox activity sensors, you will be reminded automatically whenever you’ve missed a routine medication.
Medication notifications will be set up by your Key Worker or Carer during the activation process. Specific times for taking medications are chosen at this stage. Once set up, you will start receiving notifications.
Dismiss the reminder by tapping on the watch face.

If the pillbox sensors do not detect movement during the timeframe when the medicine should be taken, Lively Home automatically sends a helpful reminder to the Safety Watch. The watch will vibrate once a reminder is received.
The medication reminder will repeat once after fifteen minutes, unless the pillbox sensor has registered movement, indicating the medication has been taken. If medication does not register as taken by the end of the allotted time, notifications will be sent to your Key Workers or Carer’s team or designated Circle member, who monitors activity and inactivity of medications.

• To see how many steps you take each day, simply tap on the edge of the watch face to see your latest activity.
