Introduction

Lively Home is designed to help you remain at home and continue to be more
independent. It can be used to support people who have returned home from a
hospital or healthcare facility to measure if additional support in the home is needed
or if less is needed due to improving health.

The Hub is a key part of the Lively Home kit. It gathers information from the Safety
Watch and the four sensors. The sensors can be placed on pillboxes, refrigerators and
in locations around the home where movement can be detected, for example on a
walking trolley, a door or even a dog lead. Signals from the sensors are relayed back to
the hub and activities are recorded online.

Your Key Worker or Carer will provide an explanation of the various parts of the Lively
Home kit and will install it for you. If you have any queries about Lively Home or need
help, please contact your Key Worker or Carer.
